IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity Exchange Ltd. ("IFEX") has initiated a
marketing co-operation agreement with CICOM Organisation ("CICOM") to co-manage
its pan-European IFEX Innovation Finance Platform operations.

IFEX/CICOM Management Co-operation:

IFEX is establishing an Innovation Finance Platform providing a pre-IPO deal
flow generation mechanism and pre-IPO finance solutions. CICOM provides support
for IFEX in establishing pan-European deal-flow introducer networks, with the
aim of promoting "Champion Deals" that seek financing. The CICOM team performs
the initial assessment and due diligence/screening of deals proposed for
promotion to the IFEX capital raising network. CICOM can call on its well
established network of co-operation partners including a strong linkage with
the European Business Innovation Centres Network ("EBN"), Sophia Antipolis
Science Park, Growth+, International Association of Science Parks (IASP), World
Trade Centre Network (WTCN) and others.

Mr Peter Brincker MØLLER:

Mr Møller (Director of IFEX Ltd (UK)) has been appointed as Managing Director

starting the pan-European roll-out of the IFEX Innovation Finance Platform
concept.

Mr Møller has over 15 years experience in investment banking. Previously, he
has worked for Varde Bank (leveraged finance), AP Pension, Nykredit (portfolio
management). In 2000 Mr Møller joined Gudme Raaschou, the Danish subsidiary of
Westdeutsche Landesbank, with a primary focus on IPOs, SPOs and SME focused
investments in Scandinavia and northern Germany.

frühestens in 4 Jahren wenn die bis dahin nicht völlig abstürzt

Es ist wirklich phantastisch: Der Laden, der 99,99% Verlust seit seinem IPO gebracht hat, schlechter als jeder beliebige Insowert, fühlt sich nun berufen, künftigen IPO-Firmen beratend zur Seite zu stehen.

Was denen wohl gesagt wird?

Achte darauf, nie weniger als ein paar Milliarden Aktien ausstehen zu haben.

Den Handel kann man schnell beleben, und auch Absturzpotential eröffnen.

Re-Splitt 1 zu 1000 oder 1 :10 000. Dann hätte der Kurs ein vernünftiges Niveau und die Aktie könnte sich bewegen. Rauf oder runter?
