Wer Level 2 hat wird bemerken das bei einem Bidpreis von 2$ ein MM sitzt der bei OTCBB´s normalerweise nicht in erscheinung tritt, jedenfalls hab ich ihn noch nie gesehen!

dein hinweis auf lcam ist hinsichtlich der these, das nach dem r/s neue investorenschichten auf den plan treten werden, sehr interessant.

ich poste das auch mal auf dem rb-board, natürlich mit der gebotenen zurückhaltung.

ich glaub, das wird hier noch tierisch spannend. zumindest war dieser tag eindeutig unser. keine shorties, kein ausverkauf.

a ebnk-long on the german board says, that the mm LCAM on the bid-side (2$) is the Ladenburg Capital Managment.

this long means, that the LCAM attend largely institut-investors and is normaly not active on the otc-bb.

hab gerade einer eingebung folgend nachgeschaut und LCAM als mm bei anza (ex-ennt) und bei fonx gefunden. zwar nicht aktiv, aber sie stehen auf der ask und bid-side. ach ja, bei STRU stehen sie auch, meinte jemand auf`m amiboard.

hab grad nochmal gecheckt - bei pbdy stehen sie auch drin.

sieht wohl doch so aus, als hätte LCAM was mit otc-shares am hut! trotzdem interessant, das ein traditons-investmenthaus sich jetzt bei APDT ins gemenge schmeißt.

Es tut sich ja nicht mehr viel hier im Thread, die meisten scheinen schon etwas negativ gestimmt zu sein. Ich sehe dafür momentan keinen Grund. OK - der Kurs ist in den letzten Tagen ziemlich stark niedergedrückt worden, genauso kann er in den nächsten Wochen auch wieder steigen. Alpha Trade habe ich von der ersten Sekunde an als ein langfristiges Investment (mind. 1 Jahr) betrachtet und daher macht mir die momentane Siution nicht so wahnsinnig viel Kopfzerbrechen.
Das Produkt ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung und wird auf Dauer bei sehr vielen privaten und instutionellen Usern benützt werden. Wer hätte zum Beispiel vor X Jahren geglaubt dass eine kleine Garagenfirma zum grössten Softwareanbieter der Welt avancieren könnte ??? (>>Microsoft<<.
Ausserdem ist positiv zu bewerten, dass offensichtlich niemand mehr bereit ist seine Aktien zu diesem Preisniveau auf den Markt zu werfen, was bei sehr vielen anderen Unternehmen nicht immer der Fall ist.
Es heisst zwar immer, dass man sich in eine Aktie nicht verlieben darf, trotzdem muss ich gestehen dass Alpha meine Lieblingsaktie ist.

Dann gibt´s auch bessere Charts in E-Gate.
Die Marktkapitalisierung von $ 1.8 Mio ist sowieso schon

Ein r/s darf nicht automatisch negativ ausgelegt werden. Die Firmen denken sich ja schliesslich etwas dabei wenn sie so etwas durchführen. Leider ist das in der Praxis nicht immer so gut verlaufen und bei sehr vielen ist der Kurs danach rapide abgestürzt ( ich glaub die Statistik zeigt ca. 90%). Tatsache ist aber auch, dass viele Unternehmen in einem r/s ihre letzte Chance sehen. Dass ein r/s als lezter Hoffnungsschimmer meist nicht gut geht ist fast logisch.
Bei Alpha sehe ich das ganz anders. Der Splitt wurde wirklich durchgeführt um die Firma vom Pennynieveu wegzubringen und auch einer anderen Investorenschicht zugänglich zu machen.Ich sag ja man muss Geduld haben, was für viele von uns nicht immer einfach ist.
Ich bin jedoch felsenfest davon überzeugt, dass wir in Zukunft die Gewinner sein werden.

was wäre wenn mit den news kein volumen kommt? siehe 6. dezember! wer in den hype reinkauft macht selten fehler wenn er sich schnell von seinen dingern trennt. vielleicht nicht alle, aber sein geld sollte man sich schon holen.

Und so manche andere Inets vor Neid erblassen würde!

die prefered shares müssen erst umgewandelt werden. wenn es soweit ist kann man sich verabschieden. bis dahin gilt HAPPY TRADING

beides ist übrigens gängige praxis. ich kenne keinen stock bei dem der reverse split anders gewirkt hat

Bei Alphatrade.com bahnt sich etwas Grossartiges an.
Der Chart gefällt mir mitlerweile so gut, dass ich mich seit einigen Tagen positioniere.

Natürlich könnte ich jetzt den Chart reinstellen und mit meiner Analyse anfangen, jedoch unterlasse ich dieses.
Ich möchte es verhindern, dass sich wiedereinmal Zocker in diesen Wert stürzen und nur Impulse von 160 % auslösen.

Alphatrade wird die Aktie des Jahres 2002 für mich.

Momentan sprechen ganze 8 INDIKATOREN der Charttechnik ihre extremen Kaufsignale aus, und das in einem sehr extremen Masse.

MUNICH, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 2002--Healthbridge, Inc. (OTCBB:HLBR - news; Berlin Stock Exchange:HBZ), today announced the acquisition of pioneering infectious medical waste sterilization and disposal technologies, developed in Germany by B.I.M.E. GmbH, in response to a variety of problems now facing the medical industry in managing the disposal of infectious waste.

The agreement transfers to Healthbridge, exclusive ownership of both the Valides® Modular Infectious Medical Waste Disposal System, and the Medides System, together with all the intellectual property required to manufacture, operate and market these technologies worldwide.

The Valides® and the Medides Systems were developed for the treatment of infectious medical wastes generated by hospitals, laboratories, dental offices, clinics, blood banks and other facilities in the medical industry due to the prohibitive escalation of costs associated with the disposal of infectious waste. Countries around the world have imposed increasingly stringent health and safety regulations regarding the transport of infectious medical waste to disposal sites and in some instances have even prohibited the transportation of certain infectious wastes. Growing concern over the potential affects of infectious waste disposal on our environment and the imposition of increasingly rigid air quality standards, combined with a myriad of other restrictive guidelines for incinerator or land fill disposal, have made it a growing problem in need of an effective solution.

Healthbridge is convinced that the patented Valides® and the Medides Systems can effectively quiet environmental concerns and reduce the prohibitive expenses associated with the disposal of infectious waste. Solch eine Anmache hat nichts in einem Aktienboard zu tun, da man doch sachliche Hinweise bringen sollte. Wenn jemand Infos hat, die halt nicht in schriftlicher Form vorliegen, dann kann man dem glauben oder auch nicht.

Wenn der USER topten ein Gerücht verbreitet und dies
auch von vornherein als Gerücht darstellt ist es sein Blues.

Wenn du hier schreibst das deinen Information zufolge
die Firma pleite ist, sehe ich das nicht als Gerücht sondern
als eine von dir gepostete Tatsache an. Es stört mich
persönlich nicht sonderlich da du eine extrem
unglaubwürdige Gestalt bist.

Andere, die sich nicht mit dir beschäftigt haben, können

Hallo Geldcasher,

bin ein Mann der offene Worte mag.

Meinen Background kennst Du vielleicht, hab ich auch gepostet. Da ich nunmal wohl aktiv als auch passiv mit der Börse zu tun habe, besuche ich nicht nur Roadshows, sondern bin neuen Kontakten immer sehr ausgeschlossen. Ich hatte keinen Besuch, sondern wir waren verabredet und haben Alphatrade nur am Rande mal besprochen. Herrn Holtermann leitet eine Firma und darüber haben wir uns ausgetauscht, genauso wie ich mit verschiedenen Frankfurter Maklern spreche. Ist für mich das normalste auf der Welt. Was für mich überhaupt nicht normal ist, dass hier kritische Poster bewusst verunglimpft werden und das in einer Art und Weise, die jeglicher sachlichen Diskussion entbehrt.

Im übrigen bin ich niemanden Rechenschaft für mein Tun und meine Termine schuldig. Obige Aussage poste ich, weil ich nix schlimmes daran finden kann, mich mit anderen Menschen zu treffen und Meinungen auszutauschen. Aus diesem Grunde bin ich auch in den Boards.

Hoffe das Dir das jetzt weiterhilft, Alphatrade und damit Thema dieses Forum wohl kaum

Hallo miteinander,
ich habe bei www.stockreporter.de eine Empfehlung von INFE.com gefunden, Kurs 0,40USD, (KZ 7,00USD). Auffallend ist die ausführliche Unternehmensbeschreibung.

Meine Frage: Habt Ihr Erfahrung mit stockreporter.de und wie glaubhaft/serös ist dieser Info-Dienst? Wenn man sich alte Empfehlungen einmal anschaut, sieht das gar nicht so gut aus.

projections concerning one of the touted companies. According to the complaint, during various periods both the website and press releases failed to
disclose both the nature and source of such compensation as well as the defendants` personal stock sales shortly after the touting, which caused the
price and trading volume of the stock of certain companies to increase significantly in the short term. The complaint alleged that on at least 15
occasions, the defendants sold their holdings of the touted stocks into the inflated market they created, thereby realizing profits of $111,530. This
action is part of the fourth nationwide Internet fraud sweep conducted by the Commission since October 1998.

The Commission`s complaint alleges that Prochnow, Hass and WOI violated Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5
thereunder and Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. The Commission seeks disgorgement, a permanent injunction and civil penalties. Without
admitting or denying the Commission`s allegations, the defendants have consented to the entry of an order that would enjoin them from future

hast du auch gewußt das Holtermann die Exclusiv Rechte für E-Gate ( Deutschen Raum )haben möchte

somit ist es in diesem Forum sehrwohl interessant

den Penny will keine Exclusiv Rechte vergeben, also muß man sie ein bißchen unter Druck setzen

bei diesen sehr Marktengen Stock kann man den Kurs mit ein wenig Basherei den Kurs runterprügeln und du kannst das ja sehr gut = angefangen hast ja schon ( siehe #107 )

mir kann es ja wurscht sein ( bin nicht mehr investiert )
aber so eine Linke Sache ist mir noch nicht untergekommen

Auch mir kann es egal sein, denn EBNK steht lediglich auf meiner Watchlist. Ich poste im übrigen nur zu folgenden Werten meine kritische Anmerkungen: HRCT (nicht in diesem Board) HOTK und eben EBNK.

Der Kurs ist ja wohl nicht runtergeprügelt worden. Bin gespannt, wieviel sich bei Miura gemeldet haben, denke nicht einer, wenn ja sollte dies auch öffentlich gemacht werden.

spricht das auch eher für die Seriösität der Firma.

Da du deinen eigenen Angaben zufolge Herrn Holtermann und Jörg Schweizer persönlich kennst,
und dich letztens mit Herrn Holtermann getroffen hast, wirst du Ihm sicherlich deine Bedenken
bezüglich APTD erzählt haben. Warum sollte er also die Marketing Rechte für Deutschland

wenn in meiner Firma etwas Leerlauf ist, übernehmen die

zu beschützen.

Mag ja sein das du es so siehst, aber warum hast du bei
ORTG den Usern zum nachkaufen geraten(um zu verbilligen)
bei über 70% Kursverlust.Warum war der r/s bei ORTG etwas
positives(jetzt gehts aufwärts) und der Kurs hat sich
seitdem wieder in eine range zum verbilligen bewegt.

Die longs, die deine ORTG Threads verfolgt haben und
auf dich gehört haben, sitzen auf 98% Kursverlusten.
Nach deinen Angaben gehörst du auch dazu.
Deine Theorien mit verbilligen, würde ich gerne mal von dir
vorgerechnet bekommen.

also ich finde deine sperrung nicht okay. sperrungen sind für mich ein legitimes mittel gegenüber schweren beleidigungen aller art oder auch bedrohungen.

wenn sich jemand über den zweifelhaften wahrheitsgehalt einiger deiner postings mokieren will, dann kann er das hier tun. ansonsten bin ich der meinung, das jede aktie ihre pusher und basher haben sollte, weil in diesen extremen sich auch die chancen und risiken eines investments widerspiegelt.

Woher nehmt Ihr denn Eure sagenhaften & sagenumwobenen Informationen?!? Aus dem Reich der Phantasie? Man lancht schon auf der Straße über Euch zwei. Davon scheint Ihr ja richtig viel zu besitzen. Mehr aber auch nicht. Wisst Ihr was - ich mach Euch nen Vorschlag: wir treffen uns nächste Woche bei Penny Perfect und diskutieren die ganze Sahne mal face to face. Meine Quellen sind gecheckt. Sind alle öffentlich und im
Internet einsehbar. Desweiteren besteht in Deutschland
die Möglichkeit Handelsregisterauszüge von Firmen einzusehen.
Aber bitte, was möchtest du denn genau wissen,

Preisniveau von APTD lächerlich gering!
Eine zündende News und APTD wird sich verdreifachen!

Irgendwo hat er einen Disclaimer, da steht es drin. Die 100K hat er wohl erhalten und wahrscheinlich auch direkt verkauft (wenn er schlau war). Dies Filing kam jedenfalls sehr spät. Aber vielleicht ist auch alles nur ein Gerücht

wenn ich irgendwas nicht leiden kann, dann sind das Andeutungen zu machen, ohne auch nur einmal mit der angeblichen Information rauszurücken.
Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten: Entweder das zu sagen was man weiß, oder sich mit irgendwelchen Andeutungen zurückzuhalten. Ich weiß mit Sicherheit mehr über Penny und ihren Laden als du. Und trotzdem ist auch mir nicht immer klar, was da abgeht.
Aber eines ist sicher. E-GATE ist einfach genial und hat große Aussichten am Markt.

Dir würde ich raten entweder klare Aussagen zu machen, oder den Ball flach zu halten. Ich habe nämlich den Eindruck, daß du dich nur wichtig machen willst und die wallstreet-bühne dazu benutzt.

Wichtig machen, tun andere. Ich mit Sicherheit nicht ! Wenn Du Alphatrade auch seit 3 Jahren kennst, dann kennst Du ja einiges. Wie man schon vorher um neue Investoren geworben hat und die Businesspläne. Sind sie eingetroffen ? Weiss natürlich nicht, ob Du sie jemals gesehen hast.

Was für Aussagen braucht Du denn? Das was der Markt flüstert, oder das was man dann mal über Alphatrade(nicht das Produkt lesen wird?

Da SoWhat meine Frage auf die Ihm eigene Art beantwortet
hat , jetzt nochmal für alle : Falls das Phantom
seine shares noch hat, kann er maximal 2000 Stück verkaufen,
da durch den r/s auch die restricted shares gesplitted
wurden. Bei einem durchschnittlichen Tagesumsatz von 15.000
Stück (zuletzt 20.000) sollte das eigentlich nicht ins
Gewicht fallen.
