Hi kain,

die Email liest sich ja ganz gut.
Können wir nur noch hoffen, daß alles so klappt, wie Phan es sich
vorstellt.
Werde auf jeden Fall drinbleiben, weil man sonst den Aufsprung wahrscheinlich verpaßt. (Ich weiß wovon ich rede)

Meinem Depot würden ein paar Dollar mehr sicherlich nicht schlecht
stehen. Heute ist es nämlich ziemlich gebeutelt worden.

Hi Kain,

ich denke jetzt ist mal wieder Geduld gefragt.
Der Kurs wird sicherlich bei News wieder anspringen aber
auch möglicherweise wieder in sich zusammensacken. Die
14-16€ sind sicherlich sehr gut für einen OTC-Wert. Was die
Aktie jetzt braucht sind neue Einsteiger. Und die werden
kommen sobald wir an der Nasdaq sind. Bis dahin ist HRCT
eine seine Grenzen gestossen, da kein Anleger vekaufen will
und die Neulinge den Wert noch nicht kennen. Sobald wir an
der Nasdaq sind wird der Wert bekannt, in Fonds aufgenommen
und von Analysten bewertet. Und dann sollte es richtig ab gehen.

Greenspan cult has followers in China

SHANGHAI, Jan 27 (Reuters) - "Dai Xianglong plays Greenspan," read the bold character headline on the front page of the China Business Times.

It was meant as a compliment to Dai, governor of the People`s Bank of China, after his annual news conference last week when he outlined Beijing`s monetary plans for the year ahead.

"Ge-lin-si-pan" -- as U.S. Federal Reserve Board chairman Alan Greenspan is known in Chinese -- inspires awe and admiration among top Chinese leaders and think-tank economists.

He is the man most identified with U.S. economic power.

Many Chinese policy-makers believe Greenspan`s success in steering the U.S. economic expansion lies in making the stock market an unstoppable engine of growth, said Huang Zeming, an economics professor at Huadong Normal University.

"Greenspan inspires policy-makers to seek the `wealth effect`, using the stock market as a macro-economic tool," he said.

The "wealth effect" refers to a cycle of consumer spending spurred by soaring stock prices, which fuels economic growth.

MANY-FACED TITAN

The owlish Greenspan gets respect from the Chinese for his vision of the "new economy," that technological change unleashes productivity, making it possible to run the economy at a higher rate of growth without triggering inflation.

But Greenspan`s repeated warnings of "irrational exuberance" in the stock markets seem to have fallen on deaf ears in China.

"The Chinese see what they like to see in Greenspan," Huang said.

Chinese reformers have placed great faith in developing capital markets to speed the economic transformation from a planned economy.

But even the most ardent reformers want to retain the lever to rein in market forces if necessary.

"Greenspan`s greatest appeal lies in his towering personal credibility to move and shake the financial markets, not his pro-business laissez-faire beliefs," said an equity analyst at a Shanghai securities firm.

If the U.S. financial community studies the oracle-like sayings of Greenspan for clues on interest rates, his followers in China have sought from him magic formulas to cure the ills of the country`s ailing financial system.

The most talked about cure was the $50 billion debt-for-equity swap scheme to securitise the dud loans owed by state-owned enterprises.

Greenspan may have been a catalyst for the programme.

He met premier Zhu Rongji and his advisers in Beijing last January during a brief stopover after the Bank of International Settlements meeting in Hong Kong.

"Greenspan was said to have cited the successful example of the Resolution Trust Corp to securitise the debt of over-leveraged banks that ended the savings and loans crisis in the U.S." said an economist at a Beijing think tank, who asked not to be identified.

The swap was studied in earnest and on April 20 the first asset management company to take over the bad loans of China`s banks, modelled after the Resolution Trust Corp, was formed.

"The lightning speed with which the asset management company was launched indicated it came from the very top," he said.

CONJURER`S TRICK

The debt-for-equity swap, or rather the form it is assuming in China, has shocked many academic economists.

Under the scheme, banks transfer dud loans owed by state-owned enterprises at full book value to the asset management company, which then securitises them.

In offering shares, the asset management companies are authorised to raise more capital than necessary to cover the debt. It then pays back the bank and uses the balance of the proceeds to recapitalise the wobbly enterprises.

Huang, the economics professor, said the scheme amounted to a conjurer`s trick.

"Had Greenspan known, he would not have approved of the swaps that begin with no write-downs -- then further inflate the assets through IPOs."

NASD Board Approves Limit Order Pilot Protection
Program For the OTC Bulletin Board

WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
(NASD®), today announced that its Board has approved a pilot program that will provide protection to investors who
place limit orders for some OTC Bulletin Board® (OTCBB) securities. If approved by the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), the program will require Market Makers in a select group of OTCBB securities to execute customer
limit orders before trading for their own accounts.

Under the new program, Market Makers will be prohibited from executing proprietary trades at prices superior or equal to
a customer`s limit order without providing contemporaneous execution of the customer`s order. Contemporaneous is
defined as ``within a reasonable time frame, but not to exceed five minutes.`` This definition takes into consideration the
fact that, without an automated means of execution, Market Makers in OTCBB securities must execute those orders
manually.

``Since the introduction of the Internet as a mainstream marketing communications tool for small issuers and innovative
brokers, investor participation in the OTC equity market has grown dramatically,`` said J. Patrick Campbell, chief operating
officer of Nasdaq. ``We believe that these new investor protection provisions will greatly benefit the OTCBB market.``

If approved by the SEC, the 12-month ``Limit Order Protection Pilot`` program will phase in 300 OTCBB securities over a
period of several weeks. Securities selected will be the 200 most active plus an additional 100 to complete the pilot based
on other factors including some that have been delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market® and now trade on the OTCBB.

In the last four years, the OTCBB has experienced growth of 106% in Market Maker positions, 687% in average daily
share volume, and 96% in average daily dollar volume.

The OTCBB is a quotation medium for subscribing members, not an issuer listing service, and should not be confused with
The Nasdaq Stock Market(SM). OTCBB securities are traded by a community of Market Makers that enter quotes and trade
reports through a highly sophisticated, closed computer network, which is accessed through Nasdaq Workstation IITM.

During the most recent session, HRCT opened at 16.250 with a daily high of 16.250 and a low of 15.875. The last trade for HRCT was at 16.062 with volume of 12,000 shares traded. 4% of the stock`s thirty-day average volume has been traded in the most recent session.

HRCT is exhibiting a strong positive divergence from its 200-day moving average line. Recent demand for the stock has pulled the share price of HRCT upward. Insofar as the moving average line describes the price trend of a stock over a specific period of time, a move this large away from the 200-day average indicates that HRCT may be overextended. Investors looking to invest in this stock for the long-term may consider waiting for a consolidation or pulling back before placing buy orders.

hallo leute,

ist ja schon erstaunlich, daß sich hrct bei eine so beschissenen nasdaq doch recht beachtlich hält.

mal nachgedacht :

hab vor ca. 4 jahren mit aktien angefangen und dachte, das ist ´ne gute langfristanlage. doch dann kam hrct ! da haben wir doch alle (oder fast alle !) das warten verlernt, oder besser gesagt - mit der geduld ist es nicht mehr weit her !
manchmal könnte ich mir in den hintern beißen wenn ich so dasitze und und immer auf die refresh-taste drücke - ist doch echt bescheuert !
tut sich meistens eh nix großartiges !

ich habe fast das gefühl, das es um mich geschehen ist ! was kann ich tun !? oder geht´s euch vielleicht genauso !?

hrct ist ´ne droge, die mich nicht mehr losläßt ! hiilllffffeeee !!!

was könnt ihr mir als entzug empfehlen !?

Hi Gurki!
Ich wollte eigentlich auch gerade schreiben ,daß unser HRCT sich sehr sehr stark zeigt.Bei derzeitigen Börsen-Stimmung,bei der Zins-Angst,
bei schwachem Don Jones und Nasdaq und vor allen bei der Korrektur
der US Internet Werten ist wirklich erstaunlich wie wenig wir abgeben müssen.
Ist HRCT für dich ´ne Droge? Suchst du wirklich ein Entzug?
Ich gebe dir keinen Rat -wenn du HRCT los bist ,bist du nicht mehr glücklich.

das kann ich dir abel schwören. hab einmal durch sl 1000 meiner babys verloren und sie aber geistesgegenwärtig wieder zurückgekauft ! aber die zeit dazwischen war die hölle !

irgendein laster braucht der mensch ! bei mir ist das hrct !

mein Leidensgenosse (hatte auch 1000
und mußt nach Stop zurückkaufen, ich konnte
oder wollte nicht mehr 1000 bezahlen, daher nur
noch 800). Aber ein wenig besser geht es mir schon.
hrct ist nur ein ein Posten mit weniger als 10%
im Depot. Wenn es mehr wäre, dann wäre die Refresh
Taste schon durchgescheuert
Im Augenblick erfreue ich mich der guten haltung von
hrct trotz (oder wegen) fehlender Nachrichten.

man bin ich froh ! du outest dich auch ! manchmal hat man das gefühl, daß man erst ab einem investment von 50000E oder mehr etwas zur einer aktie posten sollte/darf.

ich finde es schon etwas demoralisierend, wenn hier der eine oder andere von seinen gigantischen geldmengen erzählt und selber ist man "nur" ein kleiner fisch !

naja, ich will nicht mein problem zu dem der anderen machen !

vielleicht spiele ich ja eines tages auch im club der großen mit und meine auch jedem mitteilen zu müssen, wieviel asche ich in meinem sack habe !

nichts für ungut - war nur so´n gedanke !
