      Beide sind auf ATL. MTNX hat eine Finanzierung, wenn auch sehr bescheiden, bekommen und XMLG einen neuen CEO. Auf dem aktuellen Niveau 0,06 und 0,14 $ kann man da eine kleine Position riskieren? Was hälst Du davon?

Robert Czajkowski (CEO & President), Richard Ausbrook (VP, Administration & Investor Relations), and Stuart Shanken (VP, Marketing & Business Development), have exercised options to purchase 1 million shares each under the outstanding Stock Option Plan. The purchase price was $.10 per share. The MeltroniX, Inc. Board of Directors recently granted these options.

      The shares have been pledged as collateral for a loan to MeltroniX, to be used on its behalf to support ongoing and future operations. This financing arrangement is part of a larger effort, expected to include both Solana Capital Partners, Inc. and US Semiconductor Corp., who continue to provide funding as part of the restructuring plan. At a Special Meeting of the Shareholders scheduled for July 9th, MeltroniX shareholders will be voting on an increase in authorized shares that will allow MeltroniX to pursue this restructuring.

      NEW YORK, NY, June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - XML Global Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: XMLG), a developer of XML Middleware today announced that it has signed a three year software licensing and support agreement for GoXML(TM) Transform with one of North America`s largest private independent software vendors. The agreement stipulates that XML Global will receive an immediate initial payment of $500,000 and is guaranteed annual royalty payments over the contract`s term. The contract is worth a minimum of $1.25 million over its term.

      Under the agreement XML Global will grant a non-exclusive worldwide license to use and distribute GoXML(TM) Transform only as an embedded component of the software vendor`s products. The agreement is effective immediately and shall remain in effect for a period of three years at which point it will be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods. In addition to the initial payment, XML Global will receive, on a quarterly basis, a percentage of license royalties with a stipulated minimum annual payment.
