      Total revenues for the quarter ended December 31, 1999 were US$10.8 million, a 105 percent increase from total revenues of US$5.2 million for the quarter ended September 30, 1999 and a 927 percent increase from total revenues of US$1.0 million for the quarter ended December 31, 1998.

      chinadotcom corporation reported total revenues for the year ended December 31, 1999 were US$20.1 million, a 483 percent increase from total revenues of US$3.5 million for the year ended December 31, 1998. The company`s net loss for the year 1999 was US$18.7 million. Excluding non-cash components, such as goodwill amortization and stock compensation expenses, the net loss was US$7.0 million.

      Advertising revenue for the quarter was US$4.4 million, representing a 113 percent increase from the previous quarter. E-business revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 1999 was US$6.2 million, representing a 113 percent increase from the previous quarter.
