King pharmaceutical ist aus chartechnischen Überlegungen
und unter Beachtung der letzten Tage eine Überlegung wert.
Ein US-Boy(?) hat die Situation zusammengefasst.
Leider wenig Handel in D!
Today was a very important day for KG.
It has completely truned bullished today with all technical indicators turning bullish.
here is a break down:
1- MACD turned positive today for first time in almost 2 month. Slow signal crossed the 0 line and in positive. This is very bullish
signal.
2- 10 day moving average crossed up 50 day moving average. This is the most bullish signal. KG usually goes up 4 to 7 points when this happens historically.
3- KG price above 10 day, 13 day and 50 day moving average.
4- 200 day MA at 15.76 and falling. I believ that in next couple of trading days and perhaps on Monday, KG will cross 200 day MA. when this happens, it will be unstopable and will go to new 52 week high.
5- Histogram at 0.2 and rising (bullish)
6- RSI at 75.6 and rising (bullish)
7- KG price broke resistance at $14.80 with good vlume. No resistance until $16.80 -17 range. Price will be rising until then steadily with increasing volume. That is if no good news is release. Any good news will take KG to over 17 and 18 area easily and to new highs after that.

King Pharmaceuticals Inc. Sells Animal Drug Line to Virbac for $15.1 Million in Cash
BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) -- King Pharmaceuticals Inc. has sold its animal drug line to rival Virbac Corp. for $15.1 million in cash, the companies announced Tuesday.
Bristol-based King`s veterinary products line generated sales of $5.7 million in 2002, led by Soloxine, the leading thyroid hormone replacement drug for dogs.
Other King products acquired by Virbac are Pancrezyme, used to treat pancreatic enzyme insufficiency in dogs; Tumil-K, a feline supplement for low blood potassium levels; and Uroeze and Ammonil, for bladder stones in dogs and urinary tract inflammation in cats.
The transaction includes unfilled customer orders, inventories, manufacturing equipment and intellectual property.
In addition, Fort Worth, Texas-based Virbac acquired King registrations for Soloxine and Tumil-K in Canada and assumed a distribution agreement for Soloxine, Tumil-K and Uroeze in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The deal "represents the completion of yet another step in Virbac`s growth strategy as we continue our expansion in the U.S. companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical market," said Thomas L. Bell, Virbac president and CEO.
Jefferson Gregory, King chairman and CEO, said the sale was part of King`s "previously announced strategy to divest products that are not strategic to our business plan."
Shares of King fell 4 cents to close at $15.63 in trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Shares of Virbac rose 8 cents to $6.63 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
