Hi Xnetler,

jetzt haben wir ja die 100000 Subscriber erreicht-hat meine Hochrechnung doch gestimmt. Der Kurs ist auch wieder da.
Meiner Meinung nach wird Xnet 2000 aus folgenden Gründen der Renner:

1) Konzentration auf E-commerce (NT und Linux)
die Akquisitionen werden anfang April abgeschlossen sein und die neue E-Commerce Offensive im Bereich Computer Hard.- und Software kann beginnen. Wird einschlagen !!
2) Durch den Deal mit Sina wird Xnet die Kundenbasis enorm vergrößern können. Es sollen ca. 180000 Subscriber in 2 Tranchen (erste Mitte März, zweite Mitte Juni hinzu kommen), und das nur für Peking-der Deal soll im Sommer ausgeweitet werden. Der Bekannheitsgrad von Xnet wird damit auch noch viel größer werden. Eine gute Basis für die E-Commerce Platform ! Was das alles bedeutet kann sich ja jeder selbst ausmalen.
3) Die Domains werden weiterhin rasant zulegen, bis jetzt schon 50000 Kunden. Überlegt mal, Xnet hat damit erst im Juni begonnen.
Das Geschäft ist schon profitabel. je bekannter Xnet wird, desto mehr werden sich über diese Fa. registrieren lassen. Viele davon über Sina.
4) Nasdaq-Listing: Ich glaube die Institutionellen werden die gleichen Überlegungen anstellen. Wenn das Listing erfolgt wird Xnet mehr Aufmerksamkeit genießen. Eine der wenigen reinen Chinesischen Internet-Aktien wird man sich sicher nicht entgehen lassen. Wenn die Fa. weiter so wächst wird früher oder später eine der großen Investmenthäuser einen positiven Kommentar zu diesem Wert ablasen. Viele Investoren stehen jetzt sicher schon in den Startlöchern.

Hier noch 2 Berichte. Letzterer hat die weit reichenden Auswirkungen von den Sina-Deal meines Erachtens nicht richtig erfasst.

China will E-Commerce als Wachstumsmotor nutzen

SCHANGHAI (dpa-AFX) - China will den elektronischen Handel per Internet (E-Commerce) ausbauen und als
einen Motor für das Wachstum des Landes nutzen. Die Entwicklung von E-Commerce werde die gesamte
wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Chinas voranbringen, sagten Vertreter des Ministeriums für die
Informationsindustrie am Donnerstag in einer Fachkonferenz in Schanghai. Die Zahl der Internetnutzer und
der Websites für E-Commerce in China wächst rasant. Jedoch sorgen strikte Auflagen für Internetanbieter
sowie das Fehlen endgültiger Bestimmungen für die Beteiligung ausländischer Investoren an chinesischen
Internetfirmen weiterhin für Unsicherheit in der Branche.

Ende 1999 gab in China fast neun Millionen Internetnutzer. Bis Ende 2000 wird sich die Zahl nach
Einschätzung des Ministeriums auf etwa 20 Millionen Nutzer erhöhen. Derzeit sind landesweit gut 570
Websites im E-Commerce tätig. In diesem Jahr könnten nach Prognosen von Regierungsstellen noch einmal
500 Anbieter hinzukommen. Der Umsatz der Branche werde etwa 96 Millionen US-Dollar erreichen. Für 2002
wird bereits ein Jahresumsatz von 1,2 Milliarden US-Dollar vorhergesagt.

Chinas Regierung hatte Ende Januar strengere Regeln für den Austausch von Informationen im Internet
erlassen und damit die Kontrolle über die Industrie verschärft. Eine verbindliche Entscheidung darüber, in
welchem Maße ausländische Investoren sich auf Chinas Telekommunikationsmarkt engagieren dürfen,
erwarten Fachleute mit dem Abschluss aller Verhandlungen über den Eintritt Chinas in die
Welthandelsorganisation (WTO)./kp/mk/DP


Xin Net Corp.`s Risk Rating: V-2

Xin Net Corp., a hot China Internet stock with offices in Hong Kong
and Vancouver, B.C., is similar in structure to many joint venture
companies common along the Hong Kong/Canada axis. These
companies offer services and manufacturing in mainland China, are
incorporated in Hong Kong, and rely on their Canadian headquarters
for capital and long-term strategy.

It`s worked like a charm in the garment, plush toy, watches, and
consumer products industries -- why not the Internet? So far, it`s
doing just fine for Xin Net (ticker: XNET), a small Internet company
with big ambitions.

Investors have been impressed with Xin Net`s model so far, pushing
the shares up more than 2000% in a year, to 12.75. That despite a
loss of US$156,329 on sales of US$592,581 in the first nine months
of 1999.

Most of the share price gain occurred in the last six months, during
which the company took a series of steps to transform itself from a
plain vanilla ISP and portal Web site into a business-to-business
Internet platform.

The company has avid followers at the investor bulletin boards
Raging Bull, Silicon Investor, and America Online. When the
company signed a deal recently to offer Internet access to visitors at
Sina.com, China`s most popular Web site that gets 14 million page
views a day, the chat room crowd audience roared and pushed Xin
Net`s stock up 10.4%.

Is the optimism justified?

Here`s how Xin Net does on the Seven Questions test:

1. Can you reach the company easily by phone?

Absolutely. Their Vancouver is sometimes answered by Ernest
Cheung, the company`s 49-year-old Secretary and a 13.9%
shareholder. When I asked to speak with Marc Hung, the
company`s president, I was doing so within of a minute. Today I
spent a half hour speaking with both of them. (V-1)

2. How good are the company`s main products?

It`s existing products are average. The company`s main Web site, at
www.Xin Net.com.cn, is an ordinary portal -- although the company
swears it is not aiming to be a portal site. Its got news, sports, and
arts stories, as well as links to freeware and shareware sites. Any of
the major portal sites such as Sina.com, Netease.com, or
Sohu.com, offer plenty more of everything on Xin Net.com`s site. As
an ISP, the company has about 55,000 registered users, enough,
the company says, to make it the fifth largest ISP in Beijing, and
the third largest in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenyang. The
company also runs a domain name registry, ChinaDNS, that has
45,000 registered users. Last year the company started an E-bay
like auction site, www.xinbid.com, that lies virtually unused because
there is still no good way in China to buy and sell things online. The
company`s vaporware, by contrast, sounds much more exciting. Xin
Net has given up on the idea of the online auctions and now plans to
transform www.xinbid.com into a B-to-B (business to business) site
offering companies fee-based distribution services including online
catalogues, ordering, transaction, inventory and accounting. Two
mainland China companies, Beijing San Jie Heng An Technology
Company Ltd., and Guangdong Xin Na Te Electronics Company
Ltd., have pledged to use Xin Net as their sole online platform and to
pay a commission on sales. Bottom line: average real products,
good dream products. That would rate them a V-3, except for the
fact that it`s run-of-the-mill in Internet land. (V-2)

3. Does the company talk big? Are its goals justified or nearly
so?

It is most refreshing that Xin Net`s press releases report on realistic
if modest accomplishments, rather than overblown hype standing in
for company goals. In 200 pages of SEC filings and news releases, I
didn`t once see the company claiming to become "an Internet
powerhouse in China." Maybe this company won`t be the AOL of
China; maybe it`ll just be the Mindspring. Certainly, give Xin Net
credit for linking up with Xin Hai Technology Development Ltd., a
Beijing-based ISP, as their joint venture partner. Xin Hai was a solid,
mid-sized private ISP, with good market share in Beijing, Shanghai,
Guanzhou and Shenyang, and licenses to operate in six other
Chinese cities. In December the company was awarded a five-digit
nationwide access number -- 95777 -- allowing subscribers to
access the Internet through Xin Net from any city in China. That
number offers true value to customers and is a strong selling point
as long as Beijing limits the number of nationwide access codes it
awards. (V-2)

4. Does the company claim to have "good guanxi," "superior
contacts," "partners at high levels in the Chinese
government?"

The company couldn`t have achieved the items in #3 without all of
the above. (V-1)

5. Does the company have good products in the pipeline?

Xin Net has signed Letters of Intent to buy two companies -- Future
Computer Co. of Hainan, and Professional Software Co. of Hong
Kong -- which will provide the software to power the B-to-B Web site
described in #2. The former offers software designed to service retail
industries, and the latter, banking and finance. Still: does the
company have what it takes to make the dream products real ones?
Or will it stay permanently behind the innovation curve, putting up an
E-commerce site only in time to see another killer application
become the "in thing" in Internet sites? Chances of the latter are
good. (V-2)

6. Is the management team up to the task?

The company`s structure makes that hard to determine without a
visit to the Xin Hai Technology offices in Beijing, where Xin Wei, a
1991 computer science graduate of Beijing Industry University, runs
the show. Marc Hung, the company`s 54-year-old President, comes
to Xin Net from Hydro-Quebec, a major Canadian utility, where he
served as director of a high-tech research division of the company.
That may not sound like the best preparation for an Internet start-up
job, but on the other hand, the way the company is structured,
Hung`s basic job is to raise money. The company has $4 million in
the bank, Hung reports, which will largely be used to finance
acquisitions. The company is also planning for warrants on the
company stock to be exercised in March 2001 and March 2002, for
a windfall of around $40 million -- as long as the share price holds
that long. (The strike price is $4.) To me, that`s counting your
chickens before they hatch. Overall, there`s just not the level of
Internet brainpower you`d like to see at such a company, whose
development so far has been workmanlike if uninspiring. (V-2)

7. Does the company have a strong overseas operating
presence that would give it either technological or financial
expertise?

The Canada-based management offers Xin Net a more stable
financial base than it could get in mainland China or Hong Kong, but
not a technological base. The latter is a notable flaw, because in the
Internet world, innovation is a requirement of survival. Which brings
us to the downside of the Hong Kong-China-Canada model: it was
designed for low margin manufacturing businesses, not
knowledge-worker trades. And that could hurt Xin Net in the long

Beijing, March 9 (Bloomberg) -- Sina.com, which runs China`s most popular Web site, plans to list abroad before the end of the
year, the Hong Kong-based Wen Wei Po reported, citing Walden International Investment Group, a venture capitalist. The
company has still not decided whether to list on Nasdaq or on Hong Kong`s Growth Enterprise Market, according to Walden,
which has investments in Sina.com. It`s possible that Sina.com may decide to launch initial public offerings in both places at the
same time, the paper said.

Sina.com, which had 7 million daily page views at the end of last year, is popular among Chinese users because of its news
content and its search engine giving access to about 100,000 Web sites.

Betrifft Nasdaq-Listing von Xin Net: Gibt es Erfahrungswerte wie lange die Prüfung für ein Listing an der Nasdaq dauert? - Ich habe gehört etwa 2-4 Monate(?). Xin Net könnte also frühestens Ende März gelistet sein.

gestern schluß 12,00 genau an meinem Limit. Nur bei der comdirect steht leider nichts mehr im Orderbuch. Weder als offene noch als ausgeführte order. Habt Ihr ähnliches schon mal erlebt? Und vorallem hat es zu 12$ umsätze gegeben??

habe den Ami-Boards entnommen, daß es schon öfter Probleme mit Orders gegeben hat-Volumen ist halt doch ziemlich gering.
Das Listing könnte jetzt jeden Tag kommen. Morgen beginnt der Deal mit Sina. Sina soll angeblich für die erste Tranche (90000 Subscriber)an Xnet 2,75 Mill $ Zahlen. Im Juni (2 Tranche) würde dann die Summe nochmal anstehen. Im April wird ein neues Büro eröffnet (vielleicht schon eher).
Meiner Meinung warten schon viele Institutionelle auf den Einstieg nach dem Listing. In 3 Monaten sehen wir sicher andere Kurse !!

spekulativen, aber auch sehr aussichtsrei-
chen Wert vorstellen.
Es handelt sich um den ch i n e s i s ch e n
Internet Service Provider (ISP) Xin Net, der
durch ein sagenhaftes Subscriber-Wachstum
gl-nzt. Doch Xin Nnet agiert nicht nur als
ISP, sondern ist auch in den anderen sehr
a u s s i ch t s re i chen Gesch - ft s fe l d e rn E-Business
und Domaine-Namen Re g i st ration aktiv.
Als erstes michte ich auf den ISP-Bereich
eingehen: Xin Net konzentriert sich auf die

Die Armut der chinesischen
Bevilkerung ist sicherlich
auch ein Punkt der gegen
gro§e Gewinne bei Xin Net

der Lohnanstieg in den
l e t z ten Jahren lag beispielsweise in
Shanghai im Durchschnitt bei ca. 28 % von
Jahr zu Jahr! Dieser Trend, ebenso wie die
dadurch hervorgerufenen rasant steigenden
PC-Verkaufszahlen, wird sich mit Sicherheit
fortsetzten!
Xinnet kann man nicht gerade als Aktie
bezeichen, die in einem bilderbuchm-§igem
Aufw-rtstrend verl-uft. Xinnet l-uft meist
seitw-rts/abw-rts bis dann plitzlich eine
s ch l a ga rt i ge Ku rsexplosion kommt! Dazu
kinnte es meiner Meinung nach durchaus
wieder am 15. M-rz kommen, wenn der Deal
mit Sina.com in Kraft tritt!
Z w i s chen 9$ und 10$ hat sich eine re ch t
m a ssive Unterst.tzungzone gebildet. Wider-
st-nde liegen bei 15$ und 20$.
Fazit: Xinnet ist sehr aussichtsreich, aber
kein Investment f.r schwache Nerven. Man
mu§ mit dem Risiko eines Totalverlustes leben
kinnen, allerdings hat Xinnet praktisch unbe-
grenzt Luft nach oben, wenn man es zu einem
erfolgreichen chinesischen ISP schafft.
In unser Muste rdepot nehmen wir zum
Schlu§kurs von Montag 850 Xin Net-Aktien
mit einem gro§z.gigen Limit von 15$ auf.
Xinnet wird nicht in Deutschland gehandelt,
sondern nur am OTC-Markt der amerikani-
schen Nasdaq. Das Symbol ist XNET. Den Stop
plazieren wir bei 8$.

VANCOUVER, Mar 21, 2000 /CNW-PRN via COMTEX/ -- Further to the press release of January 3rd, 2000 the board of directors of Xin Net Corp. is pleased to announce that Guang Dong Xin Na Te Electronics Company Ltd. (``Xin Na Te``) has signed an agreement to use Xinnet platform for their B2B e-commerce. Xin Na Te is one of the largest computer hardware distributors in China. It is an agent for LG monitors and optical drives in Southern China. Its network comprises over 50 agents and 300 retailers. LG is currently the fourth largest Korean business group with an annual revenue of US$ 73 billion and 126,000 employees in over 120 countries.

Under the terms of the agreement, Xinnet will build, implement and maintain an online ordering, transaction and management platform for Xin Na Te. Xinnet will also provide training and support to Xin Na Te management and technical personnel. Xin Na Te will require all its agents and distributors to utilize the Xinnet platform. Xin Na Te will pay Xinnet a commission based on the value of the total transactions done through the platform, with a guaranteed minimum. Operations are scheduled to start on May 1st, 2000.

Through separate agreements signed with Sun Microsystems Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNW) and Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL), Xinnet will be able to tap these companies` technical expertise to support the Xinnet/Xin Na Te platform which, being proprietary to Xinnet, can be easily modified to accommodate other Xinnet e-commerce customers.

Further to the press release of January 3rd, 2000 the board of directors of Xin Net Corp. is pleased to announce that Beijing San Jie Heng An Technology Company Ltd. (“San Jie”) has signed an agreement to use Xinnet platform for their B2B e-commerce. San Jie is a major computer and computer supplies distributor and the exclusive agent for Samsung monitors and LG optical drives (both large Korean conglomerates) for the Northern China region. San Jie has offices in several major cities in the region and supplies to over one hundred retailers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Xinnet will build, implement and maintain an online ordering, transaction and management platform for San Jie. Xinnet will also provide training and support to San Jie management and technical personnel. San Jie will require all its agents and distributors to utilize the Xinnet platform. San Jie will pay Xinnet a commission based on the value of the total transactions done through the platform, with a guaranteed minimum. Operations with regards to this agreement and to that previously announced with Guang Dong Xin Na Te Electronics Company (see Xin Net press release of March 21, 2000) are scheduled to start on May 1st, 2000. These two agreements mark the launch of the Xinnet e-commerce platform to businesses in both Northern and Southern China regions.

The Xinnet e-commerce platform is built on Sun Microsystems servers and the Solaris operating system. It also incorporates Oracle Corp. database and software. Both Sun Microsystems and Oracle have extended their full support towards Xinnet’s e-commerce efforts.

The board of directors is also pleased to announce that the first phase of its co-branding campaign with a leading Internet portal in China will end today and the results are very positive.

Ich glaube was bei Xnet seit einiger Zeit passiert ist ein "Schüttel den Baum" (SoWhat).
Der Wert wird fundamental von Monat zu Monat besser. Das Ergebnis aus dem Deal mit Sina wird sein, daß diese Jahr wahrscheinlich noch hudertausende von Subscribern hinzu kommen (zusätzlich zu den anderen, die auch stark wachsen).
Die E-Commerce Aktivitäten beginnen am 1 Mai-wird der volle Erfolg bei dem Bedarf an Computer Hardware. Nicht zu vergessen sind die 2 akquirierten Firmen die das Angebot von Xnet ergänzen.
Marc Hung (Präse) hat gesagt, daß schon Interesse seitens der Institutionellen nach dem Nasdaq-Listing besteht. Er hat auch beigefügt, daß die Umsätze in den nächsten Jahren ein vielfaches des derzeiteigen Umsatzes betragen werden.

Das Nasdaq-Listing ist nun schon auch schon seit längerer Zeit angekündigt, genaueres ist aber nicht bekannt. Dies alles sind so schlechte Vorzeichen, dass man sich nicht wundern muss, dass der Wert so weit gefalllen ist.
Eine Zukunft hat dieser Wert kaum noch und wird deshalb wieder auf 1$ zurückfallen.

Xin Net Files First Quarter Results

The board of directors of Xin Net Corp. wishes to announce that the Company has filed first quarter 2000 financial results (Form 10QSB) with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 12, 2000.

Revenues from operations increased to 418% and totaled $729,339 in the quarter as compared to $174,144 in the same period in 1999. Net loss increased to $416,637 in the quarter, compared to net loss of $6,900 in the same quarter in 1999, on account of expenses of $1,044,472 in 2000 as opposed to $144,698 in 1999, largely due to expansion in its Internet access provision, domain name registration and online auction & e-commerce solutions. Employees numbered approximately 200 at the end of the period in 2000 as compared to approximately 50 at the end of the same period in 1999. Loss per share was $0.02 in the quarter in 2000 and nominal in the corresponding quarter in 1999. At the end of the quarter in 2000, the Company had cash on hand of $4,949,431.

The customer base at the end of April 2000 reached 230,000 ISP subscribers and domain name registrants, as compared to 200,000 at the end of March 2000 and 68,000 at the end of December 1999.

The Company further wishes to announce that Bristol Myers Squibb (China) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and a Website Design Contract with Xinnet. Under the terms of the Memorandum of Cooperation, Xinnet will provide consulting, design & development and support services to enable Bristol Myers Squibb (China) to acquire e-commerce capability and achieve greater efficiency. Both Bristol Myers Squibb (China) and Xinnet have agreed to establish a long term cooperation, of which the Website Design Contract is a beginning.

Lastly, the board of directors wishes to announce that the Company has complied with all its SEC filing requirements by filing an amended registration statement (Form 10SB) on May 5, 2000 and an amended annual report (Form10KSB) on May 8, 2000. The NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) has recently appended the Company ticker symbol with an “E”, signifying that the Company has until May 17, 2000 to clear SEC comments regarding its filings. Past that date, if the SEC comments are not yet cleared, the Company shares will no longer be traded on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board but rather on “Pink Sheets”. However, the board of directors believes that the Company’s recent filings take into proper consideration the latest SEC comments. 10000 Neukunden in einer Woche, d.h ca. 40000 pro Monat (ohne dynamisches Wachstum gerechnet-ist aber vorhanden!). Mit dem Sina-Deal kommen zusätzlich ca. 90000 (News vom 14.02) Mitte Juni dazu. Im Sommer wird dann entschieden, ob der Deal noch auf andere Städte übertragen werden soll. Wenn ja, kommen ca. nochmal 200000 dazu.
Hochrechnung Subscribers für 00:
Ende April 230000
+ 8*40000= 320000=550000
+ evtl. 200000=750000
dazu E-commerce Aktivitäten und dynamisches Wachstum.
Die Probleme mit der SEC werden bald gelöst sein.

Guten Morgen, hier noch ein paar Infos:

- Xnet hat das verbesserte Filing der SEC zum Überprüfen gegeben. Man wartet jetzt auf eine Reaktion. Damit will man vermeiden, daß wieder irgendwelche unklaren Dinge bei Filing offen bleiben.

- Xnet fokusiert sich auf 4 Einnahmequellen:
1) Erhöhung der Subscriber-Zahlen mit z.B. Sina-Deal. Es werden im August noch mal 80-100k dazu kommen. Eine Ausweitung auf andere Städte wird gerade verhandelt.
2) Domain Name Service mit ChinaDNS. Man wird im Juli operativ und autark arbeiten (1 von 2 in China). Bis jetzt war man nur Agent und Vermittler für andere wie Network Solutions. Die Margen werden somit in diesem bereich stark ansteigen, da man dann die vollen Gebühren einsacken kann.
3)B2B-Aktivitäten laufen in vollem Gange. Die Platform läuft schon bei San Jie in der Real-Time-Probephase.Wenn das vorbei ist, kommt die Fa. Xin Na Te auch dazu. Läuft alles nach Plan und die Platform funktioniert, werden sicher andere Firmen auch auf den Zug aufspringen. Xnet kassiert dabei gebühren für Transaktionen und Mitgliedschaft.
4) Werbeeinnahmen-mit über 250000 Abonneten und dem prophezeiten Wachstum (der Präse geht von konservativen 500000 bis ende 00 aus) wird man allmählich interessant für Werbeanzeigen und die kosten Geld.

Wie Ihr seht läuft alles nach Plan, das Filing wird sich klären und der Erfolg wird kommen.

eines Jahres eine Million Unternehmen ins Internet bringen. Dies berichtete
die staatliche Nachrichtenagentur Xinhua unter Berufung auf das
Wirtschaftsministerium. Zunächst würden Firmen aus den Bereichen Oel, Auto,
Stahl und Flugzeugbau von dem Programm profitieren, hiess es. Ziel der
Online-Initiative sei es, das Management und den Einkauf effizienter und die
Unternehmen damit wettbewerbsfähiger zu machen. Aufgrund seiner hohen
Bevölkerungszahl und bislang relativ geringen Verbreitung von
Informationstechnologien gilt China als einer der grössten Wachstumsmärkte
für E-Commerce. Der Umsatz wird in diesem Bereich nach Experten von 400
Millionen Dollar im vergangenen Jahr auf 3,8 Milliarden Dollar im Jahr 2003

Möchte mich für deine super Info/Basisarbeit bedanken.
Habe den Ritt der Aktie von 2,5 bis 18 und wieder retour, (dummerweise ohne Gewinnabsicherung"sehr Ärgerlich") mitgemacht.
Da ich eher langfristig eingestellt bin, (was bei so volatilen Werten,sehr viel Nerven und entgangenen Gewinn kosten kann.)
warte ich auf die nächste Chance meinen Einsatz zu vervielfachen. Das sollte bei dem enormen Wachstum von Xnet(hoffentlich)
nur eine Frage der Zeit sein ??
Es gibt viele investierte die als Leser im Hintergrund dankbar um Infos zu ihren Shares sind.

Thank you for e-mailing again.

We are awaiting word from SEC reviewers regarding the amended Form 10sb we
filed a while ago. Judging from past patterns, we should be hearing from
them soon, although this time around we may have to factor in SEC staff
summer vacations.

The company is committed to clear SEC comments. Once this is done, it will
apply to be reinstated for trading on the NASD OTCBB.

Zuerst die Frage warum heißt Xnet nun im Kürzel
xnete ?

Warum sind die von 15 US $ wieder auf 3 US $ zurückgekommen ?

Die User zahlen sind ja mächtig in die Höhe gegeangen oder sind sie gesplittet worden.

Du warst ja schon mächtig lange nicht mehr dabei. Kurzer Abriß der kürzeren Vergangenheit. Kurs ging u. a.
deshalb steil nach oben, da das NASDAQ listning beantragt wurde. Vor lauter Freude auf dieses listning
haben die Schlaumeier vergessen ihre Hausaufgaben für OTCBB zu machen und sind von dort in die pink
sheets gekommen. Der zwischenzeitliche Verfall der Internetwerte tat ein übriges dazu. Wenn Du Dir noch
die Angaben von Diridari durchliest, kannst Du Dir eine Bild machen. (Meine Meinung: Kaufen, liegenlassen
und in näherer Zukunft mächtig freuen).
Ein paar Worte noch zu Diridari. Danke für die Info`s die Du immer wieder hier reinstellst. Ohne Dich ist das

Guten Morgen,

hier ein interessantes Posting aus RB:

Last Thursday I spent 1 ½ hour with Marc Hung at the Xin Net office in downtown area of the beautiful Vancouver city. I`ve just gotten back from my vacation at 2am this morning and here is what I remembered from our conversation; most of the info I got from him had already been posted here on this board:

1. The latest status on 10sb form is that the person at SEC reviewing the form is now back in the office from vacation; hopefully this person will get back to the company soon with the effectiveness decision. Marc said that SEC usually gets the comments back to Xin Net within a month after the company filed an admendment; SEC told me the default period is 60 days. There is no problems with accounting practices that were reported (IMHO there is no need for big 5 accounting firm as many have screamed for); however, there is a sticky point with the stock option that was granted back in March which Marc confidently feels that it will be resolved. He doesn`t think calling SEC will bear any fruits although he understands the investors` anxiousness and sentiments.
2. Marc tries to return phone calls once and if the person is not there he can`t afford the time to keep calling again, he also takes time out to reply emails as many of you have received his responses in the past. He feels for the investors whom bought in at high teens and will work hard to bring the stock price back up in double digits. Management team stands to loose the most and they all are competent/hardworking people to lead the company into a major player in China internet huge internet market.
3. The company`s business is growing nicely and expect another 80k-90k increase from Sina.com second sign up phase. 2Q numbers should be out in mid August and expect good revenue growth.
4. B2B is still the major direction Xin Net is taking; ISP and domain name registration will support short and intermediate revenue goals. The markets are so dynamic and the company has to be on its feet to make changes to adapt to the environments.
5. Xin Net was approached by many "big names" company but the company is in no hurry to deal since they want to build a solid business base, besides the pink sheets situation doesn`t lend any bargaining powers.
6. Marc wants to be candid and open about progresses and he will release PRs to keep us informed as news develop but we won`t see anyone from Xin Net posting information on ragingbull; i.e. HRCT CEO.
7. The company watches every penny it spends and more concern with growing businesses and showing profits than having an PR firm and big name accountant firm. This is the sentiment of many investors as reflected in net stocks sector in recent months.

I was pretty tired yesterday from the late home arrival and time change but I wanted to get a quick report out to everyone, here are some more points that are coming back to my memory bank:

1. Marc treats every investor equally; individual with few hundred shares or institution with thousand of shares. He also stated that several brokerage firms approached him and they weren`t too much concern about the current share price but were more interested in the businesses and how the company is going to grow.
2. I asked him how does such a young person like Jack Wei (Xin Hai President) have good connection with various gov`t agencies in order to get national phone line, post offices deal, ect.? Marc said Jack has a good network of friends and associates that he went to school with and it helps to make things easier but what going to make the company grow and prosper will depend on solid business models. Jack takes care of the daily operations in China and he does it well.
3. They do have a marketing team working to expand markets as reflected in more than 1,000 agents selling domain names.
4. The company has more than 80 programmers/engineers and they do get paid well in order to retain their loyalty as their skills are critical to the company`s success.

There are a lot of interests in this company as reflected in big name companies and several brokerage firms approached it and many investors on this board and others. The current stock price support level of 2 ¾ is pretty good for being on pinks and this pink situation shouldn`t take any longer. The outlook for Xin Net in 2 or 3 years is pretty bright and I feel comfortable with my investment in it.

das kürzel ist xnet. wkn gab es mal, vor dem delisting in d-land, ich weiss aber nicht, ob dein banker die noch akzptiert.

natürlich bin ich noch drin. Ich weiß, die Entwicklung der letzten Wochen ist miserabel.
Das noch nicht erfolgte relisting und fehlende News schlagen sich auf dem Kurs nieder.

I`ve just got off the phone with Earnest (Director Xnet); he said that the company`s lawyer was told by
SEC that there is no legal issues with the recent filing and they are waiting to hear from
the accounting side. I wanted to know if Xin Net has received any more official comments
from SEC that would require another filing and the answer was no. We should hear from
SEC pretty soon and the 60 days period is coming up on the 26th. Let`s hope for the
best.

Der Präse ist noch im Urlaub und nächste Woche wieder im Haus. Dann werde ich wieder mehr erfahren.

Danke für die News.

Bin seit 2 Jahren in Xnet, habe allerdings bei 19,5 verkauft, und bin jetzt wieder dabei stücke zu kaufen.

Meinst Du daß momentan der Wurm drin ist bei Xnet, oder glaubst du ein re listing wird wirklich kommen???

Was mir nicht gefällt, ist das Xnet unglaublich in den Usern zugelegt hat, jetzt aber auch mehr minus macht.
Das stimmt mich nicht so gut, normal müßte mit steigender Userzahl auch die einnahmen steigen.

Ich bezahle einfach nicht gerene 1,75 Dollar für ne Aktie die minus macht.

Da gibts einfach momentan viel bessere Aktien, die sogar mehr verdienen als sie kosten.

Bestes Beispiel CYAA wkn 873599 verdient ca 1,8 Mio im Jahr interner wert ca bei 7 mio
kostet bei dem preis von 1 Dollar aber nur 3,2 mio dollar.

Warum das so ist ?

Keine Ahnung.
Eins ist klar, man kann sie natürlich nicht für 3,2 mio kaufen, da momentan schon 500 St den Kurs verändern.

Also wer 50000 St kauft, der reist den Kurs wieder auf 2-4 dollar hoch, zumahl momentan nur ca 200K im Umlauf sind

Ich selbst habe 20K davon.

Sieht besser aus als Xnet.

Möchte aber trotzdem mögluicherweise wieder inm Xnet rein, da ich die ganze Sache auch für übertrieben halte.

erst von 1 auf 20 rauf und jetzt von 20 auf 1 runter.

Momentan gibts aber viele solcher stox EDIG,HRCT,IJNT;OBJX;XENO;XNET;WINR;LOCH; Usw usw.

Ich glaube gerade ist einfach ne kleine otc Kriese da.

Sehe es aber als einmaligen einstieg.

Guten Abend Jenoptik,

es ist ganz normal, daß eine Fa. die expandiert höhere administrative Kosten bekommt. D.h. bei Xnet sind unter anderen die Kosten für Marketing und die Eröffnung neuer Büros
schneller gestiegen als die Einnahmen durch die neuen User.Doch das macht sich früher od. später bezahlt. Desweitern mußt du bedenken, daß die erste Tranche des Sina-Deals (ca. 100000 User) erst gegen ende des 1Q eingegangen sind.
Somit kommen die Erlöse im Q2 richtig zur Geltung. Diese Zahlen und weitere News (auch Info über relisting) sollten nächste Woche kommen. Also schau ma mal !!

Ich frage mich, wie die noch von den Pinks rauskommen wollen, wenn sie weiterhin solche

so viel ich weiß hat sich bei der WKN nichts geändert. Xnet wird im Moment nur in USA gehandelt und da in den Pinks. Am besten Du rufst mal bei Deiner Bank an und machst die Order telefonisch.

New internationally registered domain names
almost double in second quarter

(17 August 2000) China is continuing to open up to the
outside world-this time in the area of the country`s number
of internationally registered Internet domain names.

According to the China Data Network Service (CDNS), the
country`s top international domain name service provider,
Chinese institutions had acquired 477,900 domain names of
this type by the end of June. This means that China added
nearly twice as many international domain names in the
second quarter as in the year`s first three months,
CCIDnet.com reported on Aug. 14.

CCIDnet.com is the Web site of the Center of Computer and
Microelectronics Industry Development, which is the
research-and-development arm of the Ministry of Information
Industry (MII).

CDNS statistics show that Guangdong, Beijing and Shanghai
continue to lead the country in the regional concentration of
registered domain names at 19.3 percent, 14.3 percent and
11.2 percent, respectively. However, compared with the first
quarter, Beijing has now ceded the top spot to Guangdong.

In addition, although the regions of northwestern
China-which achieved low rankings during the first
quarter-once again failed to improve in the rankings, they at
least achieved a strong increase in their number of registered
domain names, CCIDnet.com said.

As for industries with internationally registered names,
China`s computer industry, electronic information industry
and commercial businesses are the top three finishers with
19.1 percent, 7.58 percent and 5.08 percent, respectively, of
such domain names. These industries` share of China`s
internationally registered domain names did not increase
significantly.

Also, non-state companies led China in holding almost half of
the country`s internationally registered domain names.

Hi, noch was !



Nomalerweise ist es so, daß ein relisting erfolgt wenn 60 Tage nach den Einreichen des Filings kein Einspruch seitens der SEC kommt. Das Filing wurde am 26.07der SEC vorgelegt und es kam noch nichts negatives seitens der SEC.
Übrignes ChinaDNS hat schon mehrere Agenten die die Domains vekaufen. Stelle bei Interesse eine Liste ins Board.
ChinaDNS ist jetzt operational, d.h man ist auf der gleichen Stufe wie Network Solutions. Früher (bis vor ca 1-2 Monaten) war man als Agent für die tätig, mußte also einen großen Teil der Erlöse an die abgeben. Darum erkläre ich mir die hohen Kosten für die Domain Sparte (siehe Filing). Im nächsten Quartal dürfte der Gross Profiz in diesem bereich um einiges höher sein.
Und vergesst mir den B2B-Bereich nicht......

Xin Net Corp. Files Revision To Form 10SB



The Board of Directors of Xin Net Corp. announces that the Company
has filed a revision to its Form 10sb at the request of the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) in their August 18 sixth-round comments
regarding the Company`s previous revised Form 10sb filed on June 26,
2000. The revision consists essentially of further disclosure in Note 2 of
the financial statement relating to revenue recognition. There are no
other amendments to the Company`s financial statement. The new
submittal to the SEC is available for review on their
www.freeedgar.com website.


Furthermore, the Form 10Q for the second quarter was recently filed
with the SEC and is now available for review on the Company`s
www.xinnet.net website. Revenues increased seven-fold to
$1,539,946 in the second quarter of 2000 from $191,945 in the same
period in 1999. The increase was mainly due to growth in the domain
name registration services. Net operating loss totaled $704,222 in the
second quarter of 2000 compared to a loss of $61,967 in the same period
in 1999. The loss was mainly due to $628,340 spent on advertising &
promotion and expenditures to expand the Company`s ISP, Domain
Name Registration and E-commerce business.

Xin Net Corp. shares continue to trade on the National Quotation
Bureau (NQB) Pink Sheets under the symbol XNET. The Company
reiterates that it is committed to clearing SEC comments. Once the SEC
review is complete and Form 10sb filing has been accepted, the
Company will apply to be reinstated for trading on the National
Association of Securities Dealers Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board

INTERVIEW-China portal Sina.com discussing possible mergers


BEIJING, Aug 24 (Reuters) - Internet portal Sina.com is talking to several Chinese
startups about possible mergers or acquisitions, Sina`s chief operating officer Daniel
Mao said on Thursday.

"We`ve been talking to several companies in the last few months, including on this trip,"
said Mao, who is visiting from the company`s offices in Sunnyvale, California.

"We`re exploring strategic alliances, investments and some M&A opportunities," he told
Reuters in an interview. "We can`t disclose the specifics of who, but we are looking at
candidates."

Sina was interested in niche content providers, such as entertainment and sports portals,
as well as technology firms which package Internet content for delivery to televisions and
mobile phones, he said.

The company was also looking into tie-ups with narrowly focused electronic commerce
firms, such as an online sellers of books or home appliances, he said. Sina has a
strategic alliance with Eachnet.com, an online auction firm in China.

Analysts say they expect a raft of mergers and acquisitions among Chinese dotcoms this
year as well-capitalised firms like Sina seek to cherry-pick startups with good ideas and
talented staff, but almost no money.

Internet portal tom.com , part of the business empire of Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing,
announced this month it would buy a Chinese sports advertising agency and a sports
Web site in deals worth $53 million.

Tom.com said it would take 70 percent control of ad firm Yang Cheng Press Advertising
Ltd and 100 percent of Sharkwave Asia Pacific Ltd, which operates the Chinese sports
site shawei.com.

Mao poured cold water on rumours in Chinese media that Sina was considering joining
forces with either of its main competitors, Sohu.com and Netease.com .

"Never say never, but there is nothing from our end in terms of talking or exploration," he
said. "It`s at the early stage of the market -- let`s give competition a shot."

Sina was the first mainland Chinese portal company to list overseas, raising $68 million
in its Nasdaq listing in April.

Its shares have hovered roughly 20 percent above their $17 listing price -- higher than the
valuations of Sohu.com and Netease, which came to the market later and have watched
their shares slip about 50 percent since their public offerings.

Sina also has more cash on hand than its rivals: $130 million at the end of June,
according to Mao.

He declined to give a timeline for the acquisitions.

"When a melon is ripe, it falls off the stem," he said. "It`s a natural process. We`re not
going to force it."

Sina, majority owned by non-Chinese investors, runs Chinese-language Web sites in
mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and North America.

Die Kursentwicklung der letzten beiden Handelstage war ja recht erfreulich.

Hier ein paar neue Infos:

1) ChinaDNS ist ab Q3 operativ (kein Agentenstatus mehr), d.h der Gross Profit wird in diesem Bereich um einiges höher.
2) B2B Einnahmen waren in Q2 noch nicht zu verzeichnen, warten wir auf Q3. Dieser Bereich steckt aber noch in den Kinderschuhen.
3) Die 2 Tranche (ca. 100000 neue Kunden) des Sina-Deals kommt Anfang Sept., es hat da Verzögerungen gegeben. Die Erweiterung des Deals
auf andere Städte wird gerade verhandelt, es sieht aber gut aus.

So, hoffen wir, daß das Relisting bald erfolgt und wir in absehbarer Zeit wieder zweistellig sind.

In a victory for the White House and pro-trade business groups, the Senate voted 92-5 to move forward with the legislation, which would grant permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) to China and give U.S. companies unprecedented access to the fast-growing Chinese marketplace, potentially the world`s largest with 1.3 billion consumers.

Xin Net applied for a Nasdaq small cap listing in January 2000. Nasdaq
subsequently closed the application because of the decline to under $4.00
of the stock price.

Xin Net just got reinstated on the NASD OTC BB. We are pleased to include a
press release about this event.

One of the requirements is stock price at $4.00 or above for a period of 30
days. At this moment, Xin Net does not meet this requirements. We plan to
reapply when requirements are met.

Die meist älteren Analystenmeinungen auf iexchange erscheinen doch reichlich optimistisch. Meiner Meinung nach werden die 50$ bis Januar 2001 bei weitem nicht erreicht. Sina, das wesentlich größer als Xin Net ist, notiert gegenwärtig unter 20 $. Ich wäre froh, wenn wir bis Jahresende die 10 $ wieder erzielen würden. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich nach der Senatsabstimmung in den USA, welche den Weg Chinas in die WTO ebnete, einen gewissen Schub im Kurs nach oben erwartet habe und habe deshalb kurz davor am Montag noch weitere Aktien zu 3.375 $ gekauft; tatsächlich gab es bis heute ein Schübchen nach unten. Börse ist manchmal rätselhaft.

Natürlich kann man der fallenden Nasdaq die Schuld zuweisen,
doch es gibt auch Probleme in Asien selbst.

Viele
der Unternehmen wickeln ihre Geschäfte auf dem chinesischen Festland
ab, da das Wachstumspotenzial in Taiwan und Hong Kong
begrenzt ist. Allerdings ist die VR China immer noch
ein kommunistischer Staat, der den Kapitalismus nur duldet. Dies
zeigt sich ganz klar in den Richtlinien für Webseiten,
die das chinesische Informationsministerium zusammengestellt hat.



Ausländische Beteiligungen an Content-Providern
dürfen 49 Prozent nicht übersteigen. Außerdem sind die Betreiber
der Seiten für den Inhalt verantwortlicht. Zahlreiche Inhalte von
Pornografie und Glückspiel bis zu politisch unerwünschten Aussagen müssen
von den Providern blockiert werden.



Informationen, welche „das Ansehen Chinas
schmälern“, sind ebenso unerwünscht wie solche, welche „die Wiedervereinigungsbemühungen
mit Taiwan untergraben.“ Auch „kultischer und feudaler Aberglaube“ darf
nicht gefördert werden; diese Beschreibung wird oft zur Verfolgung
religiöser und spiritueller Gruppen wie der Falun Gong verwendet.



Alle
Inhalte, auch die Mitschnitte von Chat-Räumen, müssen 60 Tage
gespeichert und der Polizei zugänglich gemacht werden. Vor dem
Start einer Webseite muss der Geschäftsplan genehmigt werden. Weicht
ein Unternehmen später davon ab, oder zensiert es nicht
allen unerwünschten Content, kann es belangt oder geschlossen werden.



Diese
Regeln sehen die amerikanischen Anleger besonders kritisch. Die Nasdaq-notierten
Portale wie Sina.com und Chinadotcom werden diese Woche massiv
abgestraft. Im Gegensatz zu den Amerikanern und den Reportern
ohne Grenzen, die weltweit für Pressefreiheit eintreten, sehen die
Chinesen dieses Regelwerk unkritischer. Die in Hong Kong notierten
Werte hingegen können im Wochenverlauf wesentlich niedrigere Verluste vorweisen.
Tom.com gibt lediglich 9,3 Prozent auf 0,48 Euro ab.

Wie wärs mal mit nem neuen Trade?

Keine Schlechte Idee, allein ich weiß nicht wie? Deshalb meine Frage hier. Kann mir irgend jemand sagen weshalb es in letzter Zeit schwierig ist ordentliche Kurse zu bekommen. Consors und das Ragingbullboard scheinen dort ein paar Probleme zu haben. Gestern angeblich über 40% Verlust auf 1.96. Mit 1.96 liegen die ja nicht so falsch nur sind es über 8% im plus. Es ist schon seit einigen Tagen zu beobachten, daß bei Consors der Kurs vom Vortag bei 3.30 steht. (Daher über 40% minus) Wenn man ordentliche Kurse haben will muß man wohl auf Freerealtime.com gehen und xnet.d eingeben. Weiß jemand was es mit dem "d" auf sich hat? Vieleicht klärt sich dann ja auch weshalb meine Xnet-Aktien in meinem Consors Depot nicht bewertet sind.

Die Kursprobleme gibt es auch bei Comdirect schon win weilchen. Immer wieder springt der Kurs auf 3.3$. Bei Yahoo kann man auch sicherheitshalber auch nahschauen (XNET.OB).

Von Xnet bin ich trotz aller wiedrigkeiten ueberzeugt. Die kommen wieder. Hat man am Freitag beim Kurssprung von 20% gesehen. Xnet ist ja keine chinaesische Firma. Von daher ist diese 49% beteiligungsmarke unerheblich. Xnet macht zur Zeit das Beste aus den Verhaeltnissen in China. Die roten Brueder dort tauen auch noch auf. Der naechste Hype duerfte zum Beitritt Chinas in die WTO ende des Jahres anstehen. Lassen wir uns ueberraschen. Also nicht nervoes werden und drin bleiben.

Ist ein riesiger Markt in China. Leider werden die zahlreichen News nur auf chinesisch raus gegeben, dazu ein Statement vom Präse:

The China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) announced that it would upgrade its Chinese domain name registration system from November 7, China Youth Daily reports.

Internet users may apply for their Chinese domain names ending with.cn,.zhongguo,.gongsi,.wangluo at the nine Chinese domain name registration service providers authorized by the CNNIC.

The nine Chinese domain name registration service providers are www.gov.cn, www.gb.com.cn, www.hichina.com, www.xinnet.com.cn, www.eastcom.com, www.sinonets.net.cn, www.east.net.cn, www.jingtong.com.cn and the Chinese Domain Name (Hong Kong) Co Ltd.

According to the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Chinese-character
domain-name registration officially opened at 9 p.m. (Beijing Time) on Nov. 7.

By 10 p.m., a stampede of 60,000 applicants had stormed the system, this according to one
CNNIC official who estimated a "steady" flow of applicants at an average of 10,000 every 10
minutes, reports the Nov. 8 Zhongguo Qingnian Bao (China Youth Daily).

Roughly 1 million applicants have preregistered for Chinese character domain names with the
nine CNNIC-authorized domain name registration service providers.

Xinnet.com.cn alone took in 200,000 applicants in one week. China Channel had 16,000
applicants on the first day of preregistration. Many applicants registered with more than one
domain-name registration firms, the story said.

Mit Einführung der chinesischen Schriftzeichen in der Domainnamen-Registrierung wird ein wahrer Ansturm
die nächsten Monate einsetzen. Jedes Unternehmen aus China, Hong Kong, Korea, ... wird seine
Domainnamen in den landesspezifischen Schriftzeichen registrieren lassen.
Das bringt viele $$$ und hoffentlich eine Kursralley für unsere Xin Net.

A rush to register Chinese Internet domain names is expected in the next few months after Asian-language characters
were introduced on Friday by the global keeper of dotcom names.
SAR experts believe the new service by US-based VeriSign Global Registry Services would further encourage use of the
Internet by Chinese speakers, especially on the mainland.

The chairman of the Hong Kong Internet Service Providers` Association, Charles Mok, said Hong Kong companies would
rush to register for protection rather than promotion.

``There could be a rush in the first few months as companies want to protect their brand names in different languages to
protect their intellectual properties and avoid cybersquatting,`` he said.

``This may be more a headache than a business opportunity as there are many languages available for registration with
the new service.``

Hong Kong Information Technology Federation president Anthony Au Wai-hung said: ``Companies that want to create a
distinctive branding in Chinese would use the service. It`s good for marketing and promotion. Also it would make it easier
for many people on the mainland who really don`t know a word of English.``

While at least two SAR companies have been offering Chinese character registration for more than a year, the addresses
still end in .com, .net and .org.

The new service would allow even the suffixes to be in Asian languages, including Chinese, Japanese and Korean, thus
allowing the whole of the Web-address string to be written entirely in the relevant characters.

Xinnet (ChinaDNS), a Chinese domain name registration service provider, is further reducing the cost for Chinese enterprises to get online, the July 17 Diannao Bao (Popular Computer Weekly) reported.

With Xinnet (ChinaDNS)’s reduced registration fee, an enterprise needs only 350 renminbi (US$42.30) for one year—or less than Rmb 1 (US$0.12) per day—to own an international domain name. For the fee, customers also receive access to 150 megabytes of Web site space and dozens of large e-mail boxes; they may also use services from the online store.


In addition, if customers only need to register domain names, they can do so on Xinnet’s PayCenter, and the registration fee is even lower—only Rmb 75 (US$9.10) per year, which is currently the most competitive price in China’s domain name registration sector, according to the article.

Kz zu nennen ist immer schwierig.Die aktuelle Börsensituation hat viele Kurse purzeln lassen, vor allem China Internet Werte. Bei Xnet brummt auf jeden Fall das Geschäft-Q4 wird sehr gut ausfallen, die Fa. ist gut positioniert. Hab auch schon alle Höhen und Tiefen mit gemacht und bin überzeugt, daß Xnet es schafft. Das Management ist gut, aber eher zurückhaltend mit News.
schließlich und endlich werden die Zahlen zeigen ob die Richtung stimmt.Wenn ja, kommt der Kurs automatisch.

CNNIC official: 420,000 domain names were
accepted during registration drive

(13 December 2000) A representative from China Internet
Network Information Center (CNNIC) told ChinaOnline on
Dec. 12 that 420,000 domain names were successfully
registered during a recent registration drive; 380,000
names were rejected.

The figures had been misreported by several news outlets
in both the Chinese- and English-speaking press
(including ChinaOnline). Those stories put the number of
registered names at 42,000 and the number of rejected
names at 758,000.

Out of the 800,000 preregistered names, the 380,000
rejections were eliminated mainly due to duplicate
registrations or substandard registration methods,
according to the Nov. 29 Jisuanji Shijie Ribao (China
Computer World).

Many companies registered the same name at all nine
registration service providers. But the CNNIC data bank
will only acknowledge one of the registrations, and the
duplicates therefore were rejected and discarded.

Domain names that did not meet the requirements were a
great loss for companies, the article noted. Although the
regulations are clear, the article said, a large number of
characters that did not meet the requirements were
included in the preregistered names.

The "Interim Administrative Regulations on China Internet
Domain Name Registration" stipulate: "Domain names are
formed by alphabets (from A to Z in both capital letters and
lower cases), numbers (from 0 to 9) and the hyphens (-).
Each level of domain name is connected by the dot (.). The
length of the three-level domain names should not be
longer than 20 characters."

Those who did pass this round of inspection can begin
using their new Chinese-language domain names in
mid-December, the article said.

The three-week registration effort concluded Nov. 28.

Xin Net is a well positioned, diversified Internet services company that`s growing by leaps and bounds! Xin Net was the first company to plant its feet in the domain name services (DNS)arena.
