Centurion Gold Holdings Requests De-Listing from German Stock Exchange

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 2004--Centurion Gold Holdings, Inc., (OTC BB: CGHI.OB - News), said today it has formally requested that its shares of common stock be de-listed from the Berlin-Bremen stock exchange. The de-listing is expected to take effect within the next 14 days.
CEO Arthur Johnson of Centurion Gold Holdings said, "Our company`s stock price has been fluctuating irregularly, which we believe stems from activity taking place through our listing on the German exchange. As a result, we have informed the exchange to cease the trading and quotation of Centurion Gold Holdings` securities listed under the symbol CGHI.OB."
