LAS VEGAS, July 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NanoSignal Corp, an OTC Pink
Sheets fully reporting company (Other OTC:NNOS.PK - News), announced
today that further negotiations are underway to acquire a privately
held biomedical products distribution company
(http://www.nanosignalcorp.com). This announcement was made by
President and CEO, James Wolfe.
The biomedical company being considered has been in business for
over 15 years, has produced consistent annual revenues averaging
$6,000,000 with profits of approximately 20% to the bottom line. The
company owns over $5,000,000 in net tangible assets and operates a
distribution center in South Florida.
NanoSignal, in collaboration with BBX, has signed a new agreement
with Cell Robotics International, Inc. (Other OTC:CRII.PK - News), a
company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of a
laser-based medical device with applications that address the blood

LAS VEGAS, June 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NanoSignal Corp, an OTC Pink
Sheets Fully Reporting Company symbol (Pink Sheets:NNOS), announced
that it has cancelled another one hundred fifteen million shares of
common stock that were issued previously, one hundred million in
Santa Rosa Trading Co acquisition and fifteen million in the aborted
debenture program This comes on top of 560 million shares cancelled
under terms of the court action, one hundred million on the Santa
Rosa Trading, Co aborted merger, and two hundred sixty million
shares on the debenture program.

Ich wollte mal ein paar schnelle Euronen machen naja das wars wohl.
Deshalb gibts jetzt bei mir nur noch Fonds und ein paar standart Aktien.
Wie z.B. die Autos die den Stern auf der Motorhaube haben.
das habe ich auch gemerkt.
Deshalb werde ich nie mehr auf irgendwelche Super duper Empfehlungen hören.
