Sie müssen nur entdeckt werden und genau das wird demnächst bei Reality Wireless kommen.

Im Moment ist kaum Handel, aber wer schon länger an der Börse ist, weis wie schnell es gehn kann.

Wer dabei sein will, sollte sich langsam mal positionieren.

Der Newslow aus der vergangenen Zeit.

Mehrere hundert Millionen Aktien an zwei Tagen bei extremen Kursausschlägen (High gestern 0,0033, Low vorgestern 0,0012) das gab es bei dem Wert noch nie. Wird wohl kein Zufall gewesen sein. Wobei nachrichtentechnisch die Lage etwas unübersichtlich ist. In den letzten News stand immer nur etwas von Mergers. Wozu eine konkrete erfolgte Mergernews führen kann, kann man bei anderen Werten beobachten!

Zudem sieht es für Wirelesswerte wieder besser aus, und ich rede hier nicht nur von Seamless WiFi, sondern viele Aktien in diesem Bereich ziehen langsam wieder an.

Die fetten Umsätze vor wenigen Handelstagen könnten ein Indiz sein, daß sich hier bald was tut (wissen Insider mehr??)

Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNW) noted today that Mr. David Laurence, Chairman and CEO of Reality´s merger partner PeopleMatter, announced today that PeopleMatter has entered into an agreement with one of its current Alliance Partners, Professional Growth Systems Inc., to bring to market a variation of PeopleMatter´s Tapestry(TM) web services product. The new product is focused on improving the performance and accountability of governing boards in both the business and non-profit sectors.

Reality Wireless Networks Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire \$29 Million Diversified Trading Company

Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNW) and Arabian Recab Trading Company (" ARTC" ) jointly announced that they have entered into a letter of intent proposing a merger whereby Reality would issue common stock for all the issued and outstanding shares and interests of ARTC. ARTC (and its predecessor organization) is a 25 year old Saudi Arabian company focused primarily on the transportation industry. For the year ended December 31, 2004, ARTC generated more than 111,750,000 Saudi Riyal (approximately \$29 million USD).

ARTC operates four primary divisions:

GIG HARBOR, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2005--Arabian Recab for Trading Co. ("Recab International"), the merger partner of Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNW - News; "Reality") announced that its mining division ("ARCO-MINE") has acquired a business that operates one of Saudi Arabia`s major granite quarries. Recab International anticipates generating $7 million of annual revenue from this acquisition.

The quarry acquired has one of the most internationally sought after quality and color of granite called "Najran Brown." This type of granite is only available from Saudi Arabia and there is a perpetual shortage internationally of this quality leading to high selling price and one of the best returns in the business.

Recab International plans to increase the present production rate of this quarry threefold to over 10,000 cubic meters per annum, which will reduce the per unit production cost and increase the profitability. The current export price of the Granite is about $700 per cubic meter (with current costs of approximately $250 per cubic meter). Demand for the granite comes primarily from Italy and China.

Recab International anticipates a $3.3 million profit to be generated from producing 10,000 cubic meters over a twelve month period.

Factory

ARCO-MINE has also acquired a marble and granite cutting and polishing factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This factory currently has a capacity of producing 2,000 square meters of granite and marble. It is expected that within a period of 6 months this capacity will be expanded to 6,000 square meters.

The end product of this factory, which is "Fabricated Granite and Marble" (polished and cut to size slabs and tiles), is exported mainly to the Unites States and Canadian building market. The local market for slabs and tiles in the Arabian Gulf area is also very strong due to the construction boom in the Middle East.

Recab international erwartet, \ $ 7 Millionen von jährlichen Einnahmen aus diesem Erwerb zu generieren.

der erworbene Steinbruch hat am internationalsten gesuchte eins, nachdem Qualität und Farbe des Granits anriefen "Najran werden braun". Diese Art des Granits ist nur aus Saudi-Arabien verfügbar, und es gibt eine immerwährende Knappheit international an dieser Qualität, dazu führend, hoch Preis und eins der besten Einkünfte im Geschäft zu verkaufen.

Recab internationale Pläne dafür, die gegenwärtige Produktion zu steigern, bewerten von diesem Steinbruch dreifach zu über 10.000 als Kubikmeter pro Jahr, welches reduziert d pro Einheitsproduktion zu kosten und zu steigern die Rentabilität. Der gegenwärtige Exportpreis des Granits ist über \ $ 700 pro Kubikmeter (mit Strom kostet von ungefähr \ $ 250 pro Kubikmeter). Fabrik

ARCO Mine hat auch einen Marmor und Granit erworben, die Fabrik in Jeddah, Saudi-Arabien schneiden und polieren. Diese Fabrik hat gegenwärtig eine Kapazität, 2.000 zu produzieren, Quadratmeter Granit und Marmor. Es wird erwartet, daß innerhalb von einer Periode von 6 Monaten diese Kapazität auf 6.000 Quadratmeter ausgedehnt wird.

Nach dem Endprodukt dieser Fabrik, die "erfundene Granit und Marmor" ist, die (poliert, um Platten und Fliesen zu dimensionieren, und geschnitten) sind, wird hauptsächlich exportiert d vereinigt Staaten und Kanadier, Markt bauend. Previously a provider of Internet access to underserved markets in northern California, Reality Wireless Networks shut down its Internet operations in 2004 and announced intentions to enter the wireless product market. Arabian Recab Trading Announces 300% Increase in Revenues
Arabian Recab Trading Co. ("Recab International"), which merged with Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNW) ("Reality") on July 21, 2005, announced a dramatic increase in revenues for the quarter ending June 30, 2005.

Revenues for that quarter were 28,561,072 Saudi Riyal (approximately $7.6 million USD). This represents an increase of over 300% in revenues from the previous quarter (ending March 31, 2005).

In addition, Recab International announced that the months of July and August also saw significant revenue growth. For the two months ended August 31, 2005, Recab International generated 26,615,527 Saudi Riyal (approximately $7.1 million USD). This suggests that Recab International should see an increase of more than 135% in revenues from the June 30 to September 30 quarter.

These revenues do not include sales from Recab International`s telecommunications business (as announced on September 13) or granite and quarrying business (as announced on September 6).

Hallo an alle Investierten hier, und die, die es noch werden wollen!!

Stellt lieber mal alle Eure Shares zum Vielfachen ultimo in den VK!! ...damit sie nicht an Hedger/Shorties von Eurer Bank verliehen werden können!!!
Dann helfen wir aktiv mit, das das Ding ab geht, sag ich Euch!! Dann haben wir unsere Rakete!! Dann gibts nämlich weniger LEERVERKÄUFE!!!

Los auf geht`s, alle ne VK Order zum Vielfachen des jetzigen Kurses reinstellen - ultimo - versteht sich (also bis z.B. 31.12.2009), damit Ihr sie nicht die ganze Zeit erneuern müsst, die VK Orders!!! (Falls es bei Euch kostenlos ist gilt ultimo wahrscheinlich nur immer bis Monatsende, dann halt immer am 1. des Monats VK ORDER erneuern!!) Gebt am besten Eure Kursziele als Limit ein!!

Klar der Kurs wird früher oder später sowieso anfangen zu steigen (bzw. explodieren/ausbrechen), denke ich, aber somit können wir es beschleunigen, meine ich und viele andere die sich etwas auskennen im Geschehen!

Egal ob es 5 Piepen kostet oder so (bei mir kostet es nichts!!:cool, es lohnt sich seine Aktien LONG zu setzen, meiner Meinung nach, und nicht nur meiner Meinung nach, sondern es ist auch die aller anderen, die das Börsengeschehen einigermassen durchschaut haben, und über Hedge/Shortiemachenschaften bescheid wissen aber wollen das der Kurs steigt und nicht runtergeshortet wird sondern gen Norden marschiert! (das gilt natürlich auch für Zocker, denen ist vielleicht auch nen SL zu empfehlen, damit sie aus dem Markt sind die Shares aber besser drüber ne VK damit kein SL Fishing betrieben wird! Meine Meinung) Zocker können aber auch das gleiche machen, also oberhalb des Kurses ne VK Order reinstellen, man kann die VK Order doch jederzeit ändern, wenn man verkaufen will einfach rausnehmen und mit dem Limit raushauen das man sich halt setzt zu dem Zeitpunkt!

Ich stell meine Shares meistens zu 10 Euro oder 1 Euro bei manchen auch nur 10 Cent zum Verkauf rein!!

Sonst werden sie nämlich ohne das WIR gefragt werden an Shorties/Hedger von Euren Instituten verliehen!! Muss nicht sein, aber kann sein, die dürfen aber keine Aktien verleihen für die ne VK Order gesetzt wurde!!

Wenn Ihr das alle macht und das wären MULTIMILLIONEN Stücke, dann sind diese alle zum VK eingestellten Shares gesperrt also nicht mehr verleihbar!!!! und somit aus dem Markt raus!!!!

Das gleiche gilt für Stopp Loss Orders!! Aber nicht unbedingt zum Empfehlen, da oft SL Fishing betrieben wird!!
Zum Zocken ist es manchmal besser SL`s zu setzen, aber nicht für LONGIES die den GROSSEN AUSBRUCH und dies auch noch STEUERFREI mitmachen wollen! (So einer bin halt ich, micht interessieren Tagesschwankungen überhaupt nicht, ob Ihr mir das glaubt oder nicht!! Mit Schnuppe! Ich bin absolut LONG in meinen Werten, klar hab ich auch schon mal bischen hin und her gesprungen, bin jetzt aber ULTIMO investiert mit allen meinen Werten!! Finales Depot sozusagen!! Alles OTC Werte..bzw. auch 1 Wert der gerade dabei ist wieder an die OTC zurückzugehen!!
