Nettel Holdings Provides Corporate Update

Company Initiates Call Center and Service Center Construction

PORTLAND, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/26/05 -- Nettel Holdings subsidiary (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487) provides corporate update on active operating subsidiaries.

Management is currently in setting up a major customer service and Network Operating Center (NOC) which will act as the main servicing hub for Nettel Telecom, VoipEscrow, AVOP, Entec Software, and PhoneZoo. The call center will greatly increase the scalability of Nettel Holdings, so that it can process increased volumes of orders and customer inquiries.

Nettel Telecom has been Nettel Holdings main revenue driver over the past few months with a combined $4.7 million in revenues through the first two months of Q3. Throughout the month of September, Nettel Telecom has seen average daily revenues in the range of $105,000-$115,000/day with 10-12% Gross Profit Margin. Revenues would have been even greater if additional short-term resources weren`t used to set up the call center. Nettel Telecom has also hired and trained additional management personnel to support the expected increases in buying/selling minutes and assurance of quality routes. Currently, Nettel Telecom is buying over 30 million minutes per month from other network carriers and reselling them to large wholesalers.

Customers have been testing the VoipEscrow beta version over the past month and are very impressed at the convenience of the system, not just the cost savings. In the past, customers have ignored pursuing many smaller profitable transactions because the existing escrow or LC process is too time consuming and costly. VoipEscrow is the only company now on the market that will allow us and our customers to initiate and complete the entire transaction without having to go through a manual process involving customer service. VoipEscrow is currently patent pending, and the company expects this subsidiary to start reporting significant revenues in the next 60 days. There are several major differences between this press release and others.

In previous press releases, revenue projection for AVOP, Prepaid calling cards, and entec software were projections and estimates that were made based on client expectations and orders. Revenue generated from those divisions has been materializing at a slower pace because more resource
and effort were needed in our wholesales division, Nettel Telecom. Which have been, in the past 2 months, generated more sales and profit for Nettel Holdings.

The 1.5 million for July and 1.5 for the half months of August were wholesales minutes that have already been processed, sold, and PAYMENT RECEIVED by our Nettel Telecom wholesale division. These figures are not projection.
