China Direct Becomes Sales Agent For U.S. Generator Distributor

COOPER CITY, Fla., Oct. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- China Direct Trading Corporation (OTCBB:CHDT) (China Direct), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, China Pathfinder Fund, LLC (CPF), has signed a sales agreement to become a commissioned agent for Complete Power Solutions, LLC (CPS), an established distributor of electrical generators.

CPF has recently received order inquiries from several individuals seeking to purchase generators for their home or business, but CPF is not licensed by its sources for selling or delivering small quantity orders from individuals. In order to fill such small orders from individuals, CPF today became a sales agent for CPS. CPF will earn a 4% sales commission on all individual sales orders referred to and closed by CPS.

"We are quickly building a solid relationship with CPS by not only supplying Chinese generators but also by receiving or winning U.S. orders for generators. Consumers are noticing our press releases and are calling with orders for generators, which we refer to CPS. Any orders taken now from individual consumers will be filled with U.S. made generators until the Chinese generators distributed by our company receive UL approval. We expect to start shipping the Chinese generators in the first quarter of 2006," said Howard Ullman, Chairman and CEO of China Direct and CPF.

CPS, Complete Power Solutions, LLC, is a full-service authorized generator dealer and exclusive Home Depot supplier for Broward and Pam Beach Counties and provides residents and commercial establishments within the State of Florida and throughout the Caribbean with Automatic Standby Generators. CPS is currently expanding into the Northeast and Southeast regions.
