TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2005--S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH - News) today issued its November investor newsletter, which can be viewed on the company`s website at www.s3investments.com/newsletter.asp. A text-only version will be sent out electronically to those subscribed to the company`s email alert system.

The November newsletter includes articles on the filing of the company`s 10-K Annual Report with audited financial statements for fiscal year 2005 and executive vice president Bradley Smith`s most recent trip to China. Also included is a new feature, the Investor Forum, which allows shareholders to submit questions regarding the company that are addressed directly by management. The inaugural question, answered by chairman and chief executive officer Chris Bickel, concerns the re-payment of capital invested in S3`s portfolio companies.
