In North America, legislation is being considered to limit the use of PVC products. The State of New York has already introduced restrictions on the use of PVC in the food wrap industry.

As a result, Diamant Film Inc. is now prepared to ship its first substantial commercial order to Victory Packaging (www.victorypackaging.com), as part of their five year distribution agreement for North America which commits Victory Packaging to purchasing approximately 135 Million feet of Diamant (TM) film in the first year and approximately 4.2 Billion feet in total. Diamant Film Inc. CEO Stefan Gudmundsson commented, "We are extremely pleased to be in a position to fulfill our first substantial commercial order, but more importantly, the completion of this product processing will allow the Company to generate its first significant revenues. On March 10, 2005, FILM signed an exclusive agreement with Presidential Holdings, Inc. ("PRESIDENTIAL"), giving PRESIDENTIAL the exclusive right to sell, market and distribute DIAMANT™ film to the United States military market. PRESIDENTIAL comprises professional military and private sector consultants whom assist companies to develop supply contracts with the US military. In addition, former Vice Admiral, U.S. Navy, Commander, Giffin, who is a senior strategic consultant with PRESIDENTIAL became a member of FILM`s Advisory Board.
Diamant Art Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary Diamant Film Inc., has secured the exclusive marketing and distribution rights in the United States, Territory of the People`s Republic of China , Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas to Diamant(TM) film, a non-PVC food stretch film.

glad you got in networkdude,I rarely ever play stocks outside of the medical sector but I got two e-mail tips from long time traders that I knew for many years and I know I can trust them.Apparently this is the small PR,the others involve what could be a military deal and/or a major food company here in the United States.I can see this one running away quick based on the numbers I see,a dime could possibly be an easy target if they announce what I think they may.
