Hallo Globexianer möchte mal in die Runde fragen was ihr bei unserer Globex Aktie von einen cost average effekt Einkauf haltet und ob dies bei den zu kleinen Sprüngen im Wert überhaupt rechnet .Zudem würde ich euch fragen wie der Kursverlauf für dieses und nächstes Jahr gesehen wird ,danke schön für eure eventuellen Antworten .

schon 4 Tage alt, im Grunde nur eine Formmeldung, Lincoln ist dabei die Bedingungen für den Kauf von Bell Mountain zu erfüllen (updated PEA und einen Finanzierungsplan) und plant dafür eine Kapitalerhöhung in naher Zukunft

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 15, 2024 / Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. ("Lincoln" or the "Company") (TSXV:LMG) is pleased to provide an update on its previously announced acquisition of the assets comprising the Bell Mountain Project located in Churchill County, Nevada (the "Transaction"). This update follows the Company's news releases dated August 10, 2023, October 27, 2023, November 6, 2023, January 5, 2024, and March 15, 2024 (the "News Releases") pertaining to the Transaction.

The Transaction is governed by a purchase agreement dated November 3, 2023, as amended on January 8, 2024, and March 15, 2024, between Lincoln Resource Group Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Eros Resources Corp. ("Eros"), and Bell Mountain Exploration Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eros. The Company received conditional acceptance to complete the Transaction from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") on November 24, 2023.

To ensure the parties have adequate time to satisfy the remaining TSXV requirements and obtain final approval, the parties have extended the outside date to complete the Transaction to May 31, 2024.

The Company is to fulfill specific conditions to secure final approval from the TSXV. These conditions include providing the TSXV with an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (the "PEA") for the Bell Mountain Project and a financial plan which outlines the Company's anticipated expenses in the first six months following closing of the Transaction.

In order for the Company to satisfy the outstanding requirements of the TSXV, Lincoln intends to launch a private placement offering in the near future. Further details regarding the private placement will be disclosed in a subsequent announcement.

Es muss nächstens ein Deal kommuniziert werden

In einem Interview aus der zweiten Hälfte Februar 2024 spricht Jack von einer Vereinbarung, die er gerade getroffen habe betreffend 2 Goldprojekte. Unter anderem spricht er auch von Timmins-Deloro wo 85% des Aushubs Erz ist und man immer noch auf der Suche des geeigneten Partners sei.

Nee, hab dazu auch keine Neuigkeiten bezüglich Excellon.

Ich gehe so nach und nach die alten Royalties durch, wird aber noch eine Zeit brauchen bis ich einen guten Überblick habe.
Bissl ungeduldig bin ich schon , denke, es wäre an der Zeit dass wir eine gute Nachricht von Globex (neue Veroptionierung , könnte mir Monalembert oder Royuen vorstellen) oder extern , vor allem dass nichts mehr von Electro Metals and Mining (Fabie Bay und Magusi ) kommt ist nervig.

Anbei eine schöne Übersicht über die jährliche Produktion von Metalle....

Excellon - Silver City

Der Kurs von Excellon hat sich in den letzten Tagen wieder etwas erholt. Per Ende Februar bewegte sich der Kurs zwischen 0.075 und 0.08 CAD und liegt aktuell bei 0.18 CAD. Habe auf keine News gesehen. Man wollte doch das Projekt Silver City ausgliedern......hat jemand was gehört?

So sehen das die neuen technologiegestützten Bewertungsprogramme, auf die sich viele Investoren verlassen. Da weiß man dann, warum Globex nicht steigt.....

PS: Es fehlt an Umsatzwachstum, es fehlt an Profitabilität. Von Substanz kann man sich nicht ernähren.....

Seit langem schon produziert die westliche Welt mit einem steigenden Zuwachs an Verschuldung einen immer geringeren Zuwachs an Waren. Das heißt: Die Geldmenge steigt immer stärker an, während das jährliche Produkt immer schwächer wächst oder gar schon stagniert. Inflation ist die Folge.....
