Management of SiteWorks (OTC BB: SWKJ), a construction and real estate development company, announced today that the company has secured a number of significant contracts during CEO C Michael Nurse’s recent visit to Thailand.
The contracts include a previously announced service contract to build 1,772 low-income housing projects for a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) of USD16,500,000, a 9-unit luxury house project in Layan (on the company website at www.mysiteworks.net), sales from which are estimated to be valued at approximately USD12,000,000, a and USD4,600,000 GMP contract for a 24-unit condo project, also in Phuket. The company also has commitments to build two new warehouses for VMC, a leading Thai manufacturer of curtain-wall and glazing products, each of which will be guaranteed maximum price contracts of over 3 million dollars. The total contracts the company has on hand in Thailand are in excess of 30,000,000.00 USD.
SiteWorks will also be offering to the purchasers the ability to secure mortgages for its projects through Knightsbridge Law, a Thai law firm. The mortgages will be offered for 50% of the purchase price of the houses.
SiteWorks CEO Michael Nurse commented, “We expect construction to start on these projects later this year. Planning for the 1,770-unit project has already started. We are now gearing up for construction. The Layan project has completed plans and we are now evaluating local suppliers and subcontractors. The 24-unit condo project will get underway in January 2006. By the end of calendar year 2006 we expect to have completed the 1,700-unit project using fast tract building and simplified prefabricated building technology.”
Domestically, the company continues to operate as a General Construction company in South Florida. The local projects include the previously announced Chiefland development project (for which the company has already paid commitment fees and now will finally take place in November), and several smaller and medium sized remodeling and new construction projects in South Florida.
CEO Mike Nurse also addressed the corporate structure: “As of October 31, 2005, the company has 139,769,021 common shares issued of which approximately 67,000,000 are restricted. The increase in free trading was due entirely to Cork shareholders, a company we had acquired in 2003, converting their restricted to free trading. The company still has a relatively small amount of shares outstanding and a small float. We expect that after we report the revenues from our new contracts in the new year, the share price will be reflective of the true value of the company."

Ich bin mit 800 K investiert. Habe genau soviel interesse
Also nichts für ungut.
