HOUSTON, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIC) has entered into an exclusive 5 Year, $9 million contract with a large petroleum engineering firm that conducts business throughout Mexico.

This agreement specifically will enable Marmion Industries Corp. to manufacture and install their explosion-proof air conditioners, refrigeration systems, chemical filtration systems and building pressurizing which help eliminate caustic and explosive byproducts from sensitive working environments.

Marmion Industries Corp Announces Definitive Agreement Finalized for Three Million Dollars

HOUSTON, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIC) announced today that it has finalized the definitive agreement worth three million dollars over the next five years with Al Dunia in Kuwait effective Jan. 1, 2006. `We are looking forward to working with Al Dunia on the coming projects and I am very pleased with our alliance,` said W.H.
