Jetzt kommt der Hammer der jeden Zweifler verstummen lässt. Vertragspartner ist das SOS Kinderdorf aus Deutschland

Axia baut die Häuser mit einer vielseitigen Tafel-Technologie, die ein erschwingliches Gebäude sowie einen höheren Schutz gegen den Wind, Stürme und Kerbtiere ermöglicht.

Die Axia Technologie macht von "Styrofoam" Tafeln Gebrauch, die mit einem gewebten "Leitungsineinandergreifen" verstärkt werden. Das Ergebnis ist eine Tafel, die stärker und weniger teuer ist, als traditionelles Holz oder Stahlgebäude. Somit stellt Styrofoam ein starkes und haltbares Fachwerk für fast jede Gebäudeart dar.

- Market-Cap beträgt lächerliche 502.000 Dollar. Alleine der Auftrag beläuft sich aber auf 1,850,000 Dollar.
- Axia vollzog einen Reverse Split Ende August 2005. Seitdem verlor der Aktienkurs über 99 % seines Wertes. Der Kurs ist am Boden angelangt und hat viel Boden gutzumachen. Die gestrigen 69 % Kurssteigerung war erst der Anfang.
- Es existieren 228.38 Millionen O/S Shares. Ca. 20 % wurden alleine gestern umgesetzt!

Der "ausgeblutete" Aktienkurs sowie die gigantische Nachricht haben mich zu einem Kauf bewegt.

Mein Kursziel liegt bei einem Cent, denn der Vertrag spült richtig Cash in Axia´s Kassen. Und mögliche Nachfolgeaufträge sorgen für weitere Kursfantasie. Was möglich ist sah man bereits an USXP...

Ein GAP erwarte ich bei 0,003. Danach werden wir wahrscheinlich schnell Richtung 0,004 bzw. 0,005 laufen.

Wer in USA einsteigen will kann dass tun. Allerdings wird man höchstwahrscheinlich nicht ausgeführt werden da das Kaufinteresse zu groß sein wird.

Berliner Börse:
Laut Taxe sind nur 250.000 zu 0,004 im Verkauf

Wenn ich mir den Kurs so anschaue dann ist mir ein Einbruch schon klar,
rechne mal nach wie hoch die Firma bewertet war (ca.120 Mio US$ )

Aktuell knapp 1 Mio. € laut Börse Berlin bei 0,004 €

Wobei ich mir auch schon gedanken gemacht habe was da faul ist.Vielleicht wird hier viel Geld verbrannt ??

Damals gab es 1000 mal soviele Shares. Daher auch der 1:1000 Split.

Ich sage nochmal ausdrücklich max. 0,003 bezahlen. Wir müssen erst noch abwarten wie USA eröffnet.

bleibt am boden und hebt nicht ab.

abfischen und sollten das auch tun. wenn börsenbriefe

Liebe Axia freunde,

war gestern leider nicht da und konnte das börsengeschehen
nicht verfolgen. gestern stellte ich bei hohem gewinn
2/3 meiner position glatt das restliche drittel lies ich
weiterlaufen und traute meinen augen nicht als ich auf
meinen monitor blickte.

was war das...konnte das sein?

das hiess, dass ich mit meinem restlichen drittel mein
geld verzwölffacht hatte. wenn ich mir allerdings den
kuriosen kursverlauf rückwirkend anschaue (ich war ja
zum glück nicht da!!!!!), dann weiß ich nicht, ob ich
das nervlich durchgestanden hätte.

von 0,0014 bis auf 0,034 an einem tag, so etwas gibt es
nicht oft und das haut auch den stärksten mann vom hocker.
wie ist solch ein kursverlauf zu erklären?

ich selber habe vermutlich alles richtig gemacht, sollte
man sich hier, wie einst kostolany sagte, wirklich hinlegen
und nicht hinschauen, um unüberlegte handlungen zu vermeiden?
was denkst ihr?

fazit: ich bin immer noch ganz baff und war ja einer
der ersten, der dabei war. ich freue mich an dem großen
interesse der wo-user. eine solche spektakuläre
performance, lockt natürlich alle an...schmunzel.
die glücksgefühle sind einfach unbeschreiblich.

manchmal ist im leben die nichtreaktion die beste reaktion.

Six months ago we began our work in the country of Sri Lanka, an island off the southern tip of India
where thousands were killed and hundreds of thousands were displaced from their homes by a tsunami in
2004. Axia entered uncharted territory when it decided to introduce a new technology for building
homes to this side of the globe. By working in these remote areas, we have learned a tremendous amount
that could not have been gained in any other way. But the rewards have been remarkable and from
these efforts an exciting direction for Axia Group has taken shape.

The Sri Lankan project is run by Raj Janan, who is President of the Axia subsidiary, Axia Building
Technologies. Janan was born in Sri Lanka although he now makes his home in New York City. When
the tsunami struck in 2004, Janan traveled to his homeland to find a way to help. The need for
affordable homes was the most pressing need. In the summer of 2005, Janan met up with Axia to
undertake a project to bring a new panel based technology that could rapidly build strong, weather
resistant homes.

We began by forming a partnership with a Sri Lanka company called MicroConstruction, a division of
MicroCars, a local manufacturer of automobiles and trucks. MicroCars is a well established company
with a strong reputation for innovation and producing results in Sri Lanka. We demonstrated our housing
technology to the Sri Lanka government by building a model home on the grounds of the Housing
Authority back in 2005. The structural and aesthetic qualities were evident and subsequently we were
one of the first groups issued a permit to begin building homes. In conjunction with the German
nongovernmental organization (NGO), S.O.S. Kinderdorf, we were awarded 250 homes to build in the
eastern seaboard city of Batticoala. To date we have completed 30 homes, have another 30 homes
nearly completion and have won the acceptance of the government, many NGOs and the people of Sri
Lanka.

During my visit to Sri Lanka in October of last year, I met with the government and many NGOs who were
closely monitoring our progress. The problem in Sri Lanka is not the people – they are some of the
warmest, most intelligent and industrious people I have had the fortune to meet. The real challenge is
working in areas where all basic support and infrastructure has been literally washed away. We arrived to
a desert littoral where there had once been a village but now had no electricity and no running water --
even the people who used to live in the area have moved away so we had no local source for labor.

We not only demonstrated the superiority of our panel technology, but we also demonstrated our ability
to create, train and manage work teams in remote areas. That was the biggest challenge and again our
greatest success. With this experience we can move our technology anywhere in the world, I am
convinced. Just in the last few months we have indeed had inquiries from Pakistan, the Dominican
Republic and Nigeria to introduce out technology to their countries.

In addition, our technology has promising application here in the U.S. as well. In fact several homes
including higher end residences have been built with this method. We recently hired an individual with
more than 20 years experience in the construction and home development business to begin pursing
opportunities in the Gulf Coast and other areas that need a housing technology that can stand up to
hurricane strength winds and flooding.

I will be returning to Sri Lanka in March of this year with Raj Janan, to meet with the Red Cross, the
United Nations and other NGOs which have seen our development and expressed interest in our
capabilities. It is my hope to return to the US with new contracts to build our strong, simple but beautiful
single family homes, contracts that not only help people in dire need of help, but contracts that are
profitable at the same time. There is a need for nearly 200,000 new homes in Sri Lanka alone, and we
fully expect to be responsible for a fair share of these new developments.

Along with refining our operational abilities, we have made great progress in our pricing and cost
management of these programs. We are currently evaluating the benefits of owning and operating our
own manufacturing plant, which would reduce the price we pay for materials. We will pursue these
options in more earnest when we have more contracts under our belt.

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Building Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Axia Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AXIGE), has announced that it has signed a joint venture agreement with MicroConstruction, Ltd., a Sri Lankan company to fulfill a $1.85 million contract to build 250 affordable homes in areas of Sri Lanka affected by the tsunami of 2004. The contract is with SOS Kinderdorf of Germany and involves building 250 single family homes on the eastern seaboard of Sri Lanka, one of the areas hardest hit by the tsunami. Axia is building the homes with a versatile panel technology that allows for fast and affordable construction as well as superior protection against wind, storms, mold and insects.

Axia was one of the first companies to receive permission to begin building permanent homes in areas of Sri Lanka that had been damaged by the tsunami. Government officials have indicated that as many as 200,000 homes need to be rebuilt in Sri Lanka alone. Traditional means of home building, such as cinder block and cement, take too long and do not offer improved protection against future storms. The Axia technology makes use of Styrofoam panels that are reinforced with a woven wire mesh that create strong and durable framework for almost any kind of construction. The result is a panel that is stronger and less expensive than traditional wood or steel construction and more flexible for use in different environments.

The typical home being constructed by Axia in Sri Lanka is approximately 600 square feet and can be completed in about 10 days. The price per home ranges from $8,000 to $12,000 per home. Axia uses local labor and has now trained many experienced engineers and technicians in how to build with this technology.

Axia has spent the last six months in Sri Lanka training teams of laborers in the use of the panel technology including student a local engineering and vocational school. "We are extremely impressed with how quickly the Sri Lankan people have mastered this technology," stated Raj Janan, President of Axia Building Technologies, Inc. "In a relatively short period of time, we have created a very efficient team of leaders who now oversee more than 100 laborers."

Raj Janan lives in New York but was born in Sri Lanka. ausgerechnet powerautomation, der nun wahrlich nicht
der hellste ist. und wenn er selber mal axia kaufte,
dann doch vermutlich auch, weil er von dem wert über-
zeugt war, ansonsten wäre er sicherlich nicht erst nach

sein einstiegskurs lag bei 0,014$. das heisst, er hatte
rund 1000% verpasst und tut nun so als wären die anderen
dämlich gewesen. wenn er so schlau ist, warum sprang er
dann erst so spät auf den fahrenden zug auf? na die
antwort könnt ihr euch alle selbst geben.

Formula Plus-Vehicle Owners` Club launched

The Formula Plus-Vehicle Owners Club from Sri Lanka Insurance is an initiative that was launched to further enhance the services provided to all SLI motor policyholders. The club has three categories of membership - Platinum, Gold and Silver, with its own distinctive card.

A Formula Plus Policyholder will be eligible to become a member by earning points under a selection criteria set by the company.

The insured value of the vehicle/s, the `No Claim Bonus` (NCB) awarded to the policyholder, the duration of the policy holding with SLI, the number of vehicles insured with SLI owned by the policyholder, the number of vehicles owned by the policyholder will play a key role in the selection.

Owners of motor cars and dual-purpose vehicles who are policyholders of SLI will be eligible to join the club on application after a selection committee determines whether they have met the `selection criteria`. According to Suren Galagoda, Consultant (Motor) at SLI, application forms have already been sent to owners of motorcar and dual-purpose vehicles who are eligible under the selection criteria.

Governed by the `Formula Plus vehicle owners club constitution`, membership of the club is renewable each year and upon renewal of their insurance policy the club membership too is automatically renewed.

Axia has received payments to date for the work it has done in Sri Lanka and from those payments, which are not reflected in the current financials, employees have been paid. Executive management is working without pay until we have hit certain milestones.

We do not own the technology although we are in talks to have a license for certain parts of the world. Still, that does not protect us from other technology providers, especially in foreign countries. In actuality it comes down to relationships with the right people in these areas. So our focus right now is where we have those relationships.

We obviously need to capitalize the company, but we wanted to demonstrate our abilities and be able to book revenues first.

Axia Building Technologies, Ltd. Completes Purchase From Capital Group Holdings Corporation of 100 Residential Plots of Land in Kingman, Arizona


SAN DIEGO, March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Building Technologies, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Axia Group, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: AXIGE), today announced that it has completed the purchase of 100 plots of land from Capitol Group Holdings Corporation. The plots are part of a 1600 plot residential development in Kingman, Arizona called Valle Vista. The Sales Agreement was for approximately $1.3 million and includes the option to enter into a Joint Venture with Capital Group Holdings Corporation to develop the properties over the next two years. Capital Group Holdings Corporation is a subsidiary of Global Links Corp. (Pinksheets: GLKC).

Raj Janan, President of Axia Group, Inc., stated, "The purchase of these properties is an important step for Axia as this now gives us a real asset against which to procure bonding for our overseas housing projects. At the same time, we are very excited to have the prospect of developing these properties with Capital Group Holdings in the future."

Axia is currently using a cost-effective panel based technology to build homes and commercial buildings in the Southeast Asian country of Sri Lanka. Its current project in the town of Batticoala is nearly complete and will provide new homes to more than 250 families who were displaced by the tsunami of 2004.

Capitol Group Holdings Corporation Completes Sale of 100 Lots in Kingman, Arizona
