Warum ich schon heute an MRKL erinnere? Aus einem ganz einfachen Grund. Wenn TCNH steigt muss MRKL auch steigen. Und bei TCNH ist ein dicker Rebound überfällig. Schon gestern konnte TCNH fast 50 % Kurssteigerung verbuchen



Der Kurs von MRKL zog nur mässig nach. Je mehr TCNH steigt desto mehr muß auch MRKL steigen.

Klar kann man auch direkt in TCNH investieren. Aber wenn man MRKL kauft schlägt man zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe.

Wieviel OS hat Markland?

Ein Beispiel:

Bei angenommenen 250 000 000 Aktien und ausgeschütteten 2 500 000
Aktien, heißt dass

dass man für 100 Markland Aktien eine TCNH Aktie bekommt.

Hält man beispielsweise 100 000 Markland für aktuelle 2500 Euro, dann kriegt man 1000 TCNH im Wert von 4 400 Dollar kostenlos dazu!!!

Ich muss mal recherchieren wieviel Aktien Markland hat. Ansonsten wäre das das Geschäft schlechthin.

Ich finde keinen Haken, selbst wenn Markland 500 000 000 Aktien hat, dann ist das Verhältnis bei 2 500 000 ausgeschütteten Aktien immer noch 1 zu 200.

Dass hieße für 100 000 Markland Aktien für 2500 Euro bekäme man immer noch 500 Aktien im Wert von 2 200 Dollar.

Warum schütten die soviel Geld aus? Unfassbar oder? Erst wenn der Kurs deutlich höher ist, dann würde sich die Dividende nicht mehr rechnen.

Das heißt ich kaufe mir 150 Aktien von MRLK zu 0,025 also 3,75 $ und bekomme eine TCNH für 4,60 $ dazu.(Vorausgesetzt der Kurs bleibt bis Juli bei 4,60 ,vielleicht steigt er aber auch.
Besser geht es nicht.

Wie muss ich die Ankündigung verstehen?

Wenn ich am 01.05.06 Markland halte, bekomme ich dann die angekündigte Dividende zum 05.07.06 ausgeschüttet auch wenn ich die Aktien beispielsweise bereits am 03.05.06 wieder verkauft habe? Oder muss ich Markland noch bis 05.07.06 halten?

Ich erbitte eine Stellungnahme der Spezialisten hier im Thread.

Ich bin zwar kein Spezialist aber meine Erfahrung zeigt, dass man die Aktien nur am "Record Date" halten muß.

Danach kann man verkaufen.

In Berlin wird der Kurs mit einer Order von 12000 Stck auf 0,023 gedrückt und der Kurs steht jetzt bei 0,022 zu 0,024.
Ich hatte heute morgen eine Order zu 0,022 drinne ,da hat er einfach hochgetaxt und nicht bedient.
Die MM's machen Ihre Spielchen,das kann aber hierbei ganz egal sein,da wir ja TCNH dazubekommen.

Markland Technologies, Inc. The SEC is still in the process of reviewing a previous unrelated Technest registration statement. Financial statements for Technest for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 and for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 have been filed. An amendment to this unrelated Technest registration statement will be filed shortly, with the goal of clearing all SEC comments as soon as possible. Once that registration statement is declared effective, an amended (or new) registration statement covering the issuance of the Technest dividend shares, which includes these financial statements, will be filed with the SEC. The SEC then has the right to comment further on the dividend registration statement. Once all SEC comments have been cleared, the dividend registration statement can be declared effective and the distribution can occur. As previously announced, once the Technest dividend shares are registered with the SEC and a payout date is determined (which is expected to be approximately two business days after the effective date of the registration statement), the NASD will establish the ex-dividend date. Zum weiteren Kursverlauf kann ich natürlich nichts sagen.
Der Markt entscheidet dies ... wie man momentan sieht, scheint sich der Trend ja eher Richtung steigende, denn fallende Kurse zu etablieren.
Der Newsflow seitens MRKL ließ ja sehr zu wünschen übrig, von daher ist "die News" positiv einzuordnen, zumal sie sich mit dem Thema "maximize shareholder value" auseinandersetzt. MRKL scheint Interesse an einer positiven Entwicklung zu haben. Ob dies gelingt, bleibt abzuwarten. Mit dem Rutsch in die Pinksheets hat man sich aber sicher keinen Gefallen getan. Da ich mit Minieinsatz hier "investiert" bin, wäre für mich ein Totalverlust nicht tragisch (ärgerlich allerdings sicher) ... den sollte man nach wie vor einkalkulieren.

So Weltbewegend ist meine Position hier auch nicht aber jeder Verlußt ist schon ärgerlich.Würde mich ja echt mal Interessieren wer hier noch alles Investiert ist. Gerade jetzt wo Berlin nicht mehr Handelt ist es um so Wichtiger diesen Tread nicht Sterben zu laßen. Dann würde ja auch der Info-Fluß sterben.

Da ich Kunde der Diba bin und diese noch keinen Auslandshandel anbietet (mir wurde gestern bestätigt, dass dies im kommenden Jahr angeboten werden soll), muss ich zwangsläufig auch meine Position im kleinen 3-stelligen Bereich aussitzen. WARWICK, RI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/05/07 -- Markland Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MRKL), a company transforming advanced laboratory technology into real-world products, has issued the following update on its planned dividend of shares of Technest Holdings Inc. common stock:

On May 1, 2006, the record date for the dividend distribution, there were 485,944,539 shares of Markland common stock outstanding (determined on an as-converted basis, taking into consideration the conversion of all Markland Series D Preferred Stock outstanding on such date, which by its terms was entitled to participate in such distribution). The planned dividend payout ratio is one (1) share of Technest common stock for every 194 shares of Markland common stock outstanding at the close of business on the record date. No fractional shares will be paid out and holders with fewer than 194 shares will receive no dividend stock. Of the 2,500,000 Technest shares to be issued as part of the dividend distribution, approximately 325,743 shares will be reserved for holders of Markland Series D Preferred Stock outstanding on the record date. As of December 4, 2006, Markland had issued and outstanding all of its authorized common stock of 500 million shares. No more common stock can be issued without a shareholder vote approving an increase in authorized common stock. As of December 4, 2006, the balance of Series D Preferred Stock was cancelled and there are no more shares of Series D Preferred Stock outstanding. As of December 4, 2006, there were no longer any shares of preferred stock outstanding that are convertible into an indeterminate amount of common stock.

As previously announced, the issuance of the Technest dividend shares must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A registration statement covering the issuance of the Technest dividend shares was originally filed by Technest with the SEC on June 29, 2006. Since then the SEC has been reviewing Technest on another unrelated registration statement. That review has just recently been successfully completed.

Technest is currently working diligently to revise the dividend registration statement to incorporate all comments provided by the SEC with respect to the other registration statement and to include updated financial information and we believe that the revised registration statement for the dividend will be submitted to the SEC within the next week. The SEC then has the right to comment further on the dividend registration statement. Once all SEC comments have been cleared, the registration statement can be declared effective and the dividend distribution can occur.

Furthermore, once the Technest dividend shares are registered with the SEC and a payout date is determined (which is expected to be approximately two business days after the effective date of the registration statement), the NASD will establish the ex-dividend date. The ex-dividend date is the date on or after which a security is traded without the right to receive a specific dividend or distribution. According to the NASD, the ex-dividend date in this case will most likely be the day after the payout date.

Because the NASD has not yet declared an ex-dividend date, any shares of Markland common stock outstanding on the record date (May 1, 2006) that are (or have been) traded after the record date but before the ex-dividend date are (or have been) traded with the right to receive the Technest dividend shares. Shares of Markland common stock traded on or after the ex-dividend date shall be traded without the right to receive any Technest dividend shares.
