Thanks for your inquiry.
Since the release of our intended JV with Central China Goldfield we have continued with the exploration on our Song Jiagou property in China .
Majestic's program at Song Jiagou is designed to test a broad zone of potentially bulk-mineable gold mineralization and the adjacent high-grade gold bearing structures that was the subject of an independent resource estimate, released on April 25, 2006.
This program involves 9 surface drill holes and about 20 holes underground. On Aug 31, we announced the results of three of the 9 diamond drill holes. We have now completed drilling 3,700 metres in all 9 surface drill holes and the majority of the underground. We are awaiting data from the lab to release the results.
Meanwhile at Sawayaerdun, we have completed additional exploration including geochem studies and IP s surveys and will be releasing the results when finalized.
Suffice to say our exploration advances and we are encouraged by our JV partnership with CCG which will ensure the exploration continues towards making a mining decision at Song Jiagou in 2007. Our CCG partnership provides the following long-term benefits.
Projects get funded without need for substantial further dilution to existing shareholders
Provides the key monies to advance Song Jiagou to
It provides access to strong persons with may years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Asia
It provides Majestic shareholders the opportunity to participate in additional projects in China following CCG’s exercise of the option to acquire the final 50%
Majestic shareholders will receive fair market value for the remaining 50% in the form of CCG shares and become significant shareholders in CCG which will grow into a significant mining company in China – or get the projects back with minimal dilution.
Regarding conferences, we are at all the majors: Cambridge House, IIC and a few of the recently ones in China and London . The links are below.
