The Directors of Tanami Gold NL (ASX: TAM) are pleased to announce that mining commenced at the Company\'s 100%-owned Coyote Gold Project in Western Australia this morning, marking a significant milestone in the Company\'s history.
In addition to mining commencing today, the airstrip is now complete and operational, the camp establishment is well advanced and civil works for the plant site have commenced.
The Company\'s employees and contractors, CDE Capital Pty Ltd and BeMeX Corporation Pty Ltd, have done a great job to get the Coyote Gold Project to this stage.

The Company is well placed and on track for first gold production from Coyote in June 2006. Stage 1 of the Coyote Project is forecast to ramp up to an initial production level of 60,000 ounces per annum.

eigentlich nicht schlecht nur schon ziemlich hoch bewertet.

Bei 100.000 oz pro Jahr * 350 US$ wären das 35 Mio US$ oder 28 Mio Euro an Bruttomarge ab 2007 über 5 Jahre.
Nach Steuern Overhead und Exploration könnten das zwischen 15 Mio und 20 Mio Euro Nachsteuergewinn sein.
Ein KGV 2007 (e) von 5 ist sicherlich nicht teuer, allerdings bei einer Lifetime von (bisher) 5 Jahren angemessen.

Die AKtie ist aber in einem Aufwärtstrend...warum sollte e snicht weiteregehen.

Tanami hatte ich schon im Depot, nur bekommt man sie nur sehr schlecht oder gar nicht wieder los, da in D einfach kein Handel zustande kommt, bzw. der Makler einfach weiter runter taxt, wenn man eine Order aufgibt.
Handel wohl nur direkt in AUS zu empfehlen.

bei zunehmendem Interesse an der Aktie wird sich auch in Deutschland ein Markt ergeben.
Habe das an anderen Firmen gesehen, die in Australien mit erheblich weniger Volumen als Tanami Gold gehandelt werden.
Denke hier z.B. an SOLCO ( AU000000SOO7 ). SOLCO hat inzwischen in Deutschland ein größeres Handelsvolumen als in Australien.

Mensch..Du bist hier ja faßt Alleinunterhalter, dabei ist TANAMI GOLD ein sehr interessanter Wert.
Werde Ihn mir mal genauer anschauen und wenn ich interessante finde hier einposten.

The Directors of Tanami Gold NL (Tanami) announce that the Company has reached in-principle agreement with Hartleys Limited to undertake a placement of up to 50 million shares at an issue price of A$0.20 per share to raise up to A$10 million to international and domestic institutional investors and sophisticated investors.

With construction of the Coyote treatment plant completed, commissioning underway, and the treatment of high grade ore expected by the end of this month, cash flow from gold sales is scheduled to increase during the December 2006 quarter as the treatment plant is ramped up to full production.

The delayed commissioning, previously anticipated to be in late July or early August 2006, has meant the deferral of revenue from gold production sales while the Company has continued to fund mining and treatment operations and ongoing exploration drill programs. The capital raising will ensure that the Company is well funded to meet its commitments and to maintain full operations and funding of exploration during the next few months while the treatment plant is commissioned and ramped up to full production with positive cash flow.

As illustrated in the photograph below, significant progress has been achieved since May 2006 in developing the Coyote Gold Project. Full commissioning of the treatment plant is scheduled for the end of September 2006 and mining is well advanced with 70,000 tonnes of ore stockpiled which will be treated during the December 2006 quarter.

Share Placement

Monarch Gold Mining Company Limited (ASX: MON) (Monarch) announces that the Company has agreed to subscribe to a share placement in Tanami Gold NL (ASX: TAM) (Tanami).

Monarch will pay $2.5 million for 12.5 million fully paid ordinary shares in Tanami at a price of $0.20 per share.

Tanami plans to utilise the placement proceeds to fund the ongoing development of the Coyote Gold Project.

Merger Discussions

Monarch and Tanami have commenced discussions in relation to a possible merger of the two companies.

The parties have entered into a mutual confidentiality agreement under which they will exchange information. Although discussions between Monarch and Tanami have commenced, the outcome of the discussions is uncertain.

The placement is independent of the outcome of the merger discussions referred to above.
