PTS, Inc. Reports Record Third Quarter

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH - News) has reported third quarter unaudited revenue results, as follows.

Sales revenue for the three-month period ending September 30, 2006, was $229,865. Compared with the same period in 2005, this represents an improvement of $214,214 or 1,468%.

On a nine-month comparison basis, PTS, Inc. has booked revenue of $575,563 for the first three quarters of 2006, compared to $139,791 for 2005, an increase of 411%.

The increase is almost entirely attributable to Disability Access Consultants, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PTS, Inc. Earlier this year the company had executed an agreement with a major international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance inspections on a national basis.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to provide equal access to goods and services for individuals with disabilities. Public entities are held to a higher standard of access to programs, services and activities and are mandated to have developed a transition plan and self-evaluation that determines if any facilities, programs or services are discriminatory in regards to individuals with disabilities.

habe mich mal ein wenig schlau über PTS INC.habe da was von übernahme gelesen(wenn mein englisch mich nicht in stich gelassen hat:eek gemacht und muss dir recht geben, da steckt kurzfristig verdammt viel potenzial drinn.
wenn du schnelles geld machen willst biste hier gut aufgehoben. lass dich nicht von den miesepetern hier draufschicken.
meiner meinung nach wird bis spätestens freitag die 0.015 stehen.

Die Herren Kritiker können sich ihre Munition noch etwas aufheben. Graffy hat nicht gesagt, dass der gestrige Tag der PTSH Tag sein wird.

Merger-News werden vom Markt beinahe ausnahmslos (zuersteinmal) positiv aufgenommen. Hier sind einige Updates fällig und sie wurden angekündigt.

Wer PTSH kennt, weiß, dass man sich bei Veröffentlichungen die Uhr danach stellen kann.

Einige Wochen nach diesen Merger Updates werden dann die nächsten Quartalszahlen den nächsten Schub bringen.

Ich hab gestern nochmal zu 0,004 nachgekauft, weil ich der Meinung bin, der News Flow geht im Oktober erst so richtig los. Außerdem wird PTSH für die eine oder andere Überraschung gut sein.

Pro und Contra machen die Börse aus. Vergesst bitte nicht, dass Disability Access Consultant gute Verträge an Land zieht. Offenbar haben die sich einen guten Namen gemacht.

Die statten Gebäude behindertengerecht aus. Erst neulich konnte ein Vertrag über 5 Mio. vermeldet werden.
