NEW CANTECH VENTURES INC. GRANTS OPTION TO PURCHASE 60% OF LUCKY SHIP MOLYBDENUM PROPERTY AND A CARRIED 60/40 JOINT VENTURE

New Cantech Ventures Inc. has entered into an option/joint venture agreement with Palm Clean Energy, Inc. of Seoul, Korea, and has granted Palm Clean an option to purchase a 60-per-cent interest in Cantech's Lucky Ship porphyry molybdenum property.

In order to exercise the 60-per-cent option, Palm Clean will be required, amongst other things, to put the Lucky Ship property into continuous production and to fully finance the resulting joint venture, including debt financing Cantech's portion of the 60/40 joint venture. Cantech is required to repay its 40-per-cent of the total cost of the joint venture out of the cash flow from the joint venture. During the term of the option, Cantech is to be the operator.

Palm Clean to purchase $1-million of units

Palm Clean is also required to purchase $1-million of private placement units at the price of 50 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to purchase a further share at the price of 75 cents during the first year and at the price of $1 during the second year.

Da habe ich aber mal wieder einen tollen Thread eröffnet.

Suuuper

ich war gerade in Dubai und konnte nicht ins Internet. Ich hätte heute erst mit der Nachricht gerechnet. Was ist nu... ich sitze im Flieger und lese diese geniale Nachricht.

Das ist doch Perfekt für New Catech. Die müssen sich keine Sorgen um die kosten machen und werden nun 100% un Produktion gehen.

Die Koreaner sind ja nicht doof. Die Chinesen hören auf Moly zu exportieren und was soll man da machen. Haben die gut geamacht. So sichern sich die Koreaner 60% an der Mine und das ist gut so.

Ich denke das wenn diese Nachricht erstmal verdaut ist geht es hoch auf .40€ und wenn die pre-feasabilty rauskommt gib es einen neun Schub.

Super ich freu mich.

DRILL HOLE DDH-2006-124 YIELDS 9.14 METRES GRADING 2.64 GPT GOLD AND 424 GPT SILVER

Pinnacle Mines Ltd., Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. and New Cantech Ventures Inc. have received assays for eight holes from the 2006 exploration program on the Indi claim property. The Indi claim property is along the west side of the Silver Coin project (51-per-cent Pinnacle Mines and 49-per-cent Mountain Boy Minerals joint venture), located about 24 kilometres north of Stewart, B.C., in the Skeena mining division. The Silver Coin project is a gold-silver-base metal deposit with a total inferred resource estimated to contain 500,000 ounces of gold and 2.11 million ounces of silver without incorporating any drilling results from the 2006 diamond drill program. Additional drill hole assay results are pending for other claim blocks within the Silver Coin joint venture.

Drilling was along the faulted off extension of the Main breccia zone located along the west side of Dan Hill on the Indi 9 claim. Work has indicated that the faulted-off extension has been traced for approximately 200 metres in this area on the Indi 9 claim. Work has indicated that the Main breccia zone is open along strike to the south back onto the Silver Coin joint venture.

Intersections in DDH 2006 117 to 124 are shown in the table below. Assay results are incomplete for DDH 121 with missing assays in the middle of the mineralized zone. No significant mineralization was encountered in DDH 123.

The Indi project is the subject of an option with New Cantech Ventures, pursuant to which the Pinnacle/Mountain Boy joint venture has earned a 55-per-cent interest.
