Starnet Subsidiary Worldbroadcasts.com Announces Internet Broadcasting Partnership With Activate
ST. JOHNS, Antigua--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2000--Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTC-BB: ``SNMM``) (``Starnet``), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, World Gaming Services Inc. has entered into an Internet broadcasting agreement with Activate, a majority-owned operating company of CMGI, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, Activate will provide Internet broadcasting services for World Gaming Services` Web sites that are located at www.worldgaming.net and www.worldbroadcasts.com.
Activate Corp. (www.activate.net) is a leading provider of Internet-based communications, providing a full range of services including event broadcasting, live 24x7 broadcasting for radio and television stations, and on-demand hosting of streaming content to enhance any Web site. Major clients include Microsoft, Dell, Unocal, AIMR, iCAST, Rivals.com, National Public Radio, and CTV Sportsnet.com. Activate is a majority-owned operating company of CMGI, Inc. Its headquarters are based in Seattle, Wash and it currently operates facilities in New York and Toronto.
Meldon Ellis, president and chief executive officer of Starnet said, ``This agreement demonstrates management`s intent to increase Starnet`s capabilities and services and expand our leadership into new high potential markets. Video streaming is an exciting addition that enhances our Web-based gaming services. We will continue to add value to our service offerings and seek out additional partnerships and alliances that will enable Starnet to grow and build shareholder value.``
Market research projects substantial growth in both online gaming and broadband services. Analysts have estimated the online gaming market will generate revenues of $3 billion by 2002. In addition, broadband is projected to be installed in 60% of US homes by 2004, greatly expanding the types and capabilities of online services. Starnet management has targeted online, live video streaming services as a high potential market poised for rapid growth, and by developing an online video streaming offering, has strategically positioned the company to benefit from this market`s expansion.
Martin Mullally, strategic planner said, ``Online video streaming is a natural extension of our online gaming offerings. The market is demanding these types of services, and through our partnership with Activate, we can now provide the level of online broadcasting expertise and network infrastructure needed to implement this technology to the rapidly growing online gaming community.``
``Activate is very pleased to be working with one of the first movers in the Internet gaming arena,`` said Stew Chapin, senior vice president of marketing, Activate. ``Starnet`s utilization of Activate`s Internet broadcasting services will help keep them in the forefront of this exciting space.``

Company Press Release
Starnet Announces Resignation of President of EFS Caribbean Inc.
ST. JOHNS, Antigua--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2000--Starnet Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC-BB: ``SNMM``) (``Starnet``), an online provider of interactive media and information systems and a recognized leader in Internet gaming, today announced the resignation of Jack Carley as director and president of EFS Caribbean Inc., effective immediately. EFS Caribbean Inc. is one of Starnet`s e-cash processing subsidiaries.
Mr. Carley stepped down from the company`s board in December 1999 to limit his responsibilities, and recently elected to remove himself completely from managing Starnet`s operations to pursue other interests.
Meldon Ellis, president and chief executive officer of Starnet said, ``Jack Carley helped build Starnet from a small start-up to a company that today employs 200 people and is one of the leading players in a market projected to generate $3 billion by 2002. As a result of his efforts, we now have in place a sophisticated e-cash processing division capable of not only servicing the growing needs of our online gaming operations, but potential additional e-commerce initiatives as well. We thank Jack Carley for helping to prepare Starnet for significant long-term growth and wish him continued success.``
Jack Carley stated, ``I am pleased with the progress we have made. I strongly believe in the strategic direction Starnet is pursuing, and have every confidence in the ability of Meldon Ellis and Starnet`s management team to execute their plan. The tremendous talent of Starnet`s executive team, the strategic restructuring of the company, and the extensive market opportunities open to Starnet lead me to believe that the future is very bright for this company. With the company poised to enter a new level of growth, I believe this is the appropriate time for me to step away from my day-to-day management responsibilities and pursue other interests

Tja RAZ,
Was glaubt Ihr, was sich da ein "Druck" aufbaut
Was passiert dann? ????????
Also, gemeinsam weiter Druck aufbauen!
Offi

Hat man Ihm dort bereits mitgeteilt, was kommen
M.
