Ende nächster Woche müßte meiner Meinung nach die 30-Tage-Frist um sein.

Was passiert wenn EMB es bis dahin nicht geschafft hat das Problem zu lösen ?

Ich hatte mal was von vorübergehendem Delisting gehört. Na und dann "Gute Nacht". Aktuell sind die in USA schon wieder 14,31% in den Miesen. Die springen ja meist zwischen Bid/Ask umher, sodass es heute
abend vielleicht schon wieder besser aussieht. Aber mich berührt es ja nicht mehr ganz so.(siehe Teil I)
Übrigens hatte ich schon mal einen zweiten Teil eröffnet. Hoffentlich kommt jetzt keiner durcheinander.

Also trotzdem Good Trade with EMBU(hoffentlich bald ohne E) und ENNT!

Habe leider zu spät gelernt, aus fallenden Aktien rauszugehen. Obwohl ich gestern doch noch Glück hatte.

Wer mit 50% Verlust verkauft, ist selber schuld. Geduld ist angesagt.

Hier ein Ausriss aus dem amerikanischen Board von heute:

I was told today that the Edgarization took a bit longer than expected because the accountants had to add some new info to the
RE-filing of the 10-KSB for year ended Sept. 30, 1999. That it`s being Edgarized right now, that it could take about 2 to 3 days to
complete the Edgarization of the very long financial report ( remember that it`s an annual report 10-K ) ====== Therefore, that it will

(Edgarization and final transmission to the SEC) by Fr. 7th or Mo. 10th., and that the "E" should be removed almost immediately at
start of next week, since EMBU is already a fully reporting Co. since August 1996 - 1997(?).

I was also told the same as posted by Rick : that news should be out soon after the "E" is removed. Including news confirming the
deal with ENNT ++.

I feel good, holding strong & long = IMHO, our patience & loyalty should be handsomely rewarded. Happy trading.

Und zudem wurde nochmals der Aktientausch (1 ENNT für 4 EMBU) bestätigt.

Tja, sieht fast so aus als hätte sich das Warten gelohnt. :-))

Nun bin ich mal gespannt, wie die Börse heute in USA reagiert. Und ob es bald noch mehr gute Neuigkeiten von EMBU und ENNT geben wird.
