The Group is engaged in the manufacturing & selling telecommunications products, trading of electronic and electrical products.

Prospects
The Group has been looking for potential business opportunities to diversify its investments and to improve its earning capacity in long run. With the economic growth and improvement of the living standard in PRC, the demand of automobiles is increasing. Thus, the investment in Shuanghuan provides an opportunity to start its investment in the car manufacturing industry in the PRC. The acquisition and capital increase will strengthen the earning base of and bring growth to the Group in the year ahead.

The Stock Exchange has received a message from China Sci-Tech Holdings
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
Limited.

We have noted today's increase in both the price and the trading volume of
the shares of the Company and wish to state that we are not aware of any
reasons for such increase.

We also confirm that save as mentioned in the announcement dated 28 May
2007, there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended
acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under rule 13.23,
neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general
obligation imposed by rule 13.09, which is or may be of a price-sensitive
nature.

Made by the order of the Board of the Company the directors of which
individually and jointly accept responsibility for the accuracy of this
statement.

As at the date of this statement, the Board of the Company comprises Mr.
Chiu Kong, Mr. Kwan Kam Hung, Jimmy, Mr. Hui Richard Rui, Mr. Tsui Ching

Sieht gut aus zum Wochenfinale

Seit dem 20.6. vom Handel ausgesetzt. Nestor ist mit 114 Mio Shares zu 0,45 HKD eingestiegen, das sind 5,4 %.
Mal sehen was passiert, wenn der Handel wieder startet.

Die Aktie wird in HK noch immer nicht gehandelt.

Die Beteiligung von Nestor kann doch wohl nicht der einzige Grund sein. Was ist da bloß los?

Schönen guten Morgen
Was sehen wir in Hongkong? Da wird der Wert doch tatsächlich wieder gehandelt.
Er liegt um 12:54 pm bei 0,64 HK$ Umsatz 260'303'008 Stück
bei +12,28%.
