      Schöne thread-Überschrift, oder?
      Hat was pathetisch-positives.

und kann sagen: I love this stock.

      einfach anklicken http://yahoo.marketguide.com/mgi/highlights/99150.html

Die Produkte sind sogenannte "Multi-Platform Performance Solutions for Mission-Critical Systems",
also Sicherheitssoftware.

Gerade mal 150 Mio! :)
26,25 Mio shares out, 24,7 Mio float.

Der NASDAQ-Mini-Crash hat ZITEL die Gelegenheit gegeben,
nochmal die 4 zu testen, allerdings nur intraday.
Gestern Schlußkurs wieder 5 Dollar, schön gedreht.

Und wir haben die erste Empfehlung! (Kursziel 12$, gleich mehr dazu)

      Macht Euch ein Bild und
setzt ZITEL bitte mal auf Eure watchlist.

      ----------------------------------------------------

      :)Peace to all Zitelianer!!:)

So funktioniert Börse.

      Ich bin und bleibe long.

      Zitel, goooooo!!

      Hi seitfallzieher,

Joseph Charles Initiates Coverage on Zitel Corp. as a Buy, 12-month Price Target at $12 and
      Releases Research
      Report

BOCA RATON, Fla., Apr 5, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The following is
being issued by Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc. (Joseph Charles), a member of
the National Association of Securities Dealers, CRD number 3949:

Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc. (Joseph Charles), Director of Research David
Weinstein initiates coverage on Zitel Corp. (Nasdaq: ZITL) with a Buy
recommendation and releases initial research coverage with a 12-month price
      target of $12. :):)

Zitel Corporation, headquartered in Fremont, CA, is currently unrecognized in
the market for its successful turnaround from a company with three distinct
product missions into a lean operation with a new CEO leading the fight against
denial of service attacks and for universal performance level network
management. The Company`s turnaround is most readily apparent in its past and
anticipated financial performance. In 1999 the company lost ($0.59) per share.
We anticipate the Company will reduce that figure to:)($0.05) in 2000 and show a
profit of :)$0.24 in 2001. Zitel entered its fiscal year with no long-term debt
and we expect it will have a profitable quarter in the near term. Taking into
consideration the Company`s improved financial condition, its aggressive new
CEO, the strength of its product offerings, and its impressive client list, we
are establishing coverage with a Buy rating and a 12-month price target of $12.

also ist mein 2000er KGV 25, was den Kurs natürlich explodieren lassen würde.

Interpretationen bzw. Analysten-Meinungen zu den Zahlen habe ich
      auch noch nirgends gefunden.

Wäre klasse, wenn jemand diesbezüglich was posten könnte.

Our financial goals for fiscal year 2000, to grow revenue substantially

enterprise-class performance management software and service-level assurance for eBusiness applications, the Company`s
market expansion efforts are focused in two areas: introduction of enhanced solutions in the first half of this calendar year and
acceleration of sales force hiring to double year-over-year sales headcount by the end of our fiscal year. Our financial goals for
fiscal year 2000, to grow revenue substantially over the prior year`s performance management revenues and to move toward
break-even, are based on accomplishing these objectives.``

Joseph Charles Maintains Buy Rating on Zitel Corp

BOCA RATON, Fla., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc. (Joseph Charles), a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, CRD number 3949:

Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc. (Joseph Charles), Director of Research David Weinstein reiterates a BUY rating on Zitel Corp. (Nasdaq: ZITL) and maintains a 12-month price target of $12.

We believe that the recent Nasdaq correction has afforded investors an opportunity to accumulate shares in Zitel Corporation at attractive levels. Furthermore we believe there are several near term catalysts which will focus attention on the company. Zitel released second quarter earnings on April 24, 2000.

Highlights on the quarter include: (a) Cash and cash equivalents are up 46% ($2.44 mil. vs. $1.67 mil. Fiscal year-end `99); (b) Current liabilities are down 26% ($10.8 mil. vs. $14.7 mil.); (c) Revenues for performance management software are up 18% ($4.09 mil. vs. $3.47 mil.)

Zitel earnings for the second fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2000 showed a loss of ($0.12) per share versus Joseph Charles anticipated losses of ($0.08) per share. Nearly 38% of that shortfall was due to a one-time charge for $371,000 charge ($0.015) per share for subleasing that will result in future cost savings. The balance of the earnings difference was due to a slower than expected ramp up in the sales force which resulted in a revenue shortfall of $500,000. Management has indicated that demand for its products was strong and has taken measures to insure a steady growth of the sales force this quarter. This is the first quarter that Zitel`s financial performance reflects only revenues from its performance management solutions; the Y2K business was phased out last year. This year`s quarterly revenue totaled $4.09 million, an increase of 18% over last year`s performance management solutions revenue. Last year same quarter revenue for its performance management solutions totaled $3.47 million.

We expect Zitel will post a strong Q3. Zitel will realize $3 million (from Deferred Revenues reported in Q2) as a lump sum payment from its Unisys contract. It will realize at least $1.6 million in maintenance fees from the Deferred Revenues. This will give the company a revenue run rate 10% higher than Q2 before the addition of new performance management software sales from the quarter. We expect demand for Zitel`s current software products to remain strong and expect the company to roll out new products shortly. Our earnings estimates only account for sales of existing products. We believe that the combination of demand for new products and visibility on sales from product resellers such as Unisys will provide near term catalysts for the stock to trade to higher levels.

      WorldCom(SM) Chooses FORTEL`s SightLine(TM) Solutions !!!

FORTEL Inc. (Nasdaq: FRTL, news, msgs) announced today that WorldCom(SM) (Nasdaq: WCOM, news, msgs) has selected FORTEL`s SightLine(TM) software as a strategic platform to assure the service levels of key internal and external applications and networks. WorldCom is deploying SightLine technology to ensure contractual response time commitments for outsourced call centers. SightLine is also being utilized to assure service levels as applications are added to WorldCom`s multi-terabit international backbone. Over the course of the relationship WorldCom has purchased in excess of $1 million in software licenses.

FORTEL is working with WorldCom to assure service levels for several critical, high revenue customer call center applications. For example, WorldCom uses SightLine technology to help consistently deliver on demanding call routing service levels (which are distributed across WorldCom`s network infrastructure) for a global financial services firm.

SightLine assures WorldCom call center service levels by proactively tracking the critical paths of calls through a network of hundreds of servers and a variety of telecommunications call center equipment. It monitors call center systems in real-time and correlates status with network activity to identify problems before they impact WorldCom`s customers.

WorldCom is also using SightLine technology to assure service levels for performance management equipment associated with their Next Generation Switched Network (NGSN), a multi-terabit telecommunications backbone designed to exploit the capabilities of the Internet 2 architecture.

"We are delighted to be working with WorldCom, a customer that understands the importance of optimal service levels for customer satisfaction," said FORTEL President and CEO Asa W. Lanum. "In today`s competitive environment, our ability to empower businesses with integrated, real-time service level assurance -- across key computer, networking, database, transaction, and application platforms -- offers a competitive advantage. These projects with WorldCom have helped us build on the long-term relationship via the addition of the latest SightLine offerings. At the same time their input has been critical to the continued evolution of the technology."

Nina Lytton, president of Boston, Mass. analyst firm Open Systems Advisors, said: "WorldCom`s applications of FORTEL`s SightLine technology show real-world versatility by assuring service levels both in the call center as well as for applications connected across WorldCom`s ultra-high bandwidth backbone."

      About SightLine Software

Success in the eBusiness era demands that customers receive secure, fast and efficient service levels from eBusiness infrastructures. Yet the very nature of eBusiness applications presents a number of challenges. They span the enterprise, and run on a variety of platforms and network domains that are constantly changing. Legacy network and system management products offer platform-specific point solutions that in general are event driven (problems are reported after the fact, when customers have already experienced poor service). Additionally, these point products cannot show the cause and effect relationships between components that can impact overall service levels.

FORTEL`s SightLine was developed to deal with the complexities inherent in assuring smooth and trouble-free eBusiness operations across heterogeneous multi-tiered applications. Through powerful, end-to-end, analysis and correlation capabilities SightLine identifies information flows and critical paths, helping managers predict and address trouble spots before problems turn into crises.
