Doch der Hammer kommt noch. Jüngste geographische Untersuchungen haben ergeben, dass die Vorkommen des Hill Copper Projects bis zu viermal größer sein könnten als bisher angenommen. Auch sind vereinzelt höhere Kupfergehalte als die bisher zugrunde gelegten 0,65% gefunden worden. Was für Auswirkungen dies auf den Wert der Liegenschaft hätte, können Sie sich denken. Aber bleiben wir bei der eher konservativen Annnahme und gehen von 800 Millionen Pound Kupfer aus. Das ist auf jeden Fall eine Menge die Begehrlichkeiten weckt und mit Sicherheit ist Aurelio längst im Fadenkreuz der Big-Player. Mit keinem geringeren als Newmont-Mining wurde am 25.04. dieses Jahres bereits ein erstes Abkommen geschlossen. Dies bedeutet faktisch den Ritterschlag für Aurelio. Man muss dazu vielleicht wissen, wie die Big-Player im Rohstoffbereich ihre Claims erweitern, um zu verstehen welche Bedeutung dies für Aurelio haben kann. Denn die Branchengrößen überlassen die aufwendige und unsichere Explorationsarbeit gerne anderen, schlagen dann aber wie ein Falke zu, sobald die Beute in Sicht ist, also eben dann wenn ein Junior-Explorer mit größeren Entdeckungen auf sich aufmerksam macht. Natürlich muss es sich dabei um entsprechende Größenordnungen handeln und Idealerweise liegen die in einem Gebiet mit guter Infrastruktur und sind zudem noch leicht abzubauen um entsprechend hohe Margen erzielen zu können. Kommt Ihnen das irgendwie bekannt vor? Nicht? Dann helfen wir Ihnen noch mal auf die Sprünge: Aurelio’s Projekt könnte eines der größten und am billigsten abzubauenden Kupfervorkommen Nordamerikas sein!
Wir würden uns jedenfalls nicht wundern, wenn es in naher Zukunft Übernahmeangebote für Aurelio geben würde. Und wenn nicht, dann wird sich das Unternehmen eben selbständig zu einem gewichtigen Kupfer-Player entwickeln. Bisherige Explorationen auf diesem Gebiet haben eine Mineralisierung in einem Bereich von 700 x 600 Meter ergeben. In über 900 Oberflächenproben wurden dabei viel versprechende Goldgehalte von 0,2 bis 1,2 g/t festgestellt. Das Management geht davon aus, dass dort mindestens eine Million Unzen Gold schlummern! Nette Kleinigkeit!
Wie erwähnt gehen wir davon aus, dass Aurelio in naher Zukunft das Ziel einer Übernahme werden könnte. Beim Wert der aktuellen Projekte dürfte aber wohl ein Preis bezahlt werden müssen, der weit höher liegt als die momentane Marktkapitalisierung von rund 40 Millionen Dollar. Natürlich wird üblicherweise nicht der volle Marktpreis der Vorkommen bezahlt werden, sondern ein Abschlag für Risiken, Förderkosten, Zeit etc. vorgenommen. Aber selbst wenn man das alles berücksichtigt wäre ein fairer Kaufpreis eigentlich im deutlich zweistelligen Kursbereich anzusetzen. Unsere Einschätzung lautet daher strong buy. Ist zwar nur ein Versuchsballon, denn so "nebenwertig" war ich noch nie, die Story klingt aber ganz interessant, vor allem der Hinweis auf mögliche Übernahmen, wenn's erst mal richtig läuft.
Vielleicht spielt der Dollar ja auch noch ein bißchen mit und kommt wieder auf die Beine.

Das schaut ja mehr als gut aus in Übersee. 
USA startet zu 1,45 und es dürfte noch weiter steigen.
Werde mal versuchen mir ein paar Stücke billig noch zu angeln.
Könnte schnelles und gutes Geld zu holen sein binnen den nächsten Tagen/Wochen.

So habe mir ein paar Stücke nun geholt.
Na, so richtig ist die Richtung noch nicht erkennbar, aber sie bewegt sich schön im Plus wenn auch noch Seitwärts.
1,50 und ein wenig mehr sollte heute noch drin sein.

Das sah ja gestern mal wieder gar nicht schlecht aus. Aurelio wurde wieder extrem eingekauft. Bei 1,43 hat sich nun ein schöner Boden gebildet. Das war auch Chartmässig nicht verkehrt, denn die 1,4? war ein kleiner Wiederstand wenn ich mir den Chart betrachte.
Nun sollte/dürfte der nächste Halt ca die 1,57 sein, wenn wir die noch diese Woche erreichen wird sich der Aufwärtstrend auch fortsetzen. Dann dürfte man neue Hoch´s sehen. (Seht euch einfach den Chart an.
Das wird hier fette Beute geben, da bin ich mir ziemlich Sicher!

acquisition of 76,780 feet of drill core from 95 holes in the Turquoise
Mining District. These holes were drilled by Santa Fe Minerals, Inc. (now
part of Newmont Mining) and Great Gray Resources Co. between 1987 and 1990.
The drill core had been stored at a private ranch in Tombstone, AZ.
Aurelio's land position encompasses virtually all the ground previously
drilled by these companies with a current total of 2,607 acres. The material
was acquired for a nominal cost.
This acquisition is beneficial because it will provide geologic information
and assay data where none existed before. This discovery represents a
considerable savings in drilling cost, which could well have exceeded $3
million as well as taken up a substantial amount of the company's time in
having to complete this drilling.
In many intervals of the drill holes, zinc and oxide mineralization of
copper and zinc were ignored and can now be examined and assayed. New assay
results could also provide a more definitive boundary between leachable and
non-leachable resources of copper and zinc.
In addition, it is anticipated that the assay results will significantly
increase the overall copper- zinc-silver and gold resources of the Hill
Copper-Zinc Project.

BR07-01, -02 and -03 were drilled with the objective of further delineating the extent of the near-surface, heap-leachable oxide copper mineralization discovered earlier this year (see March 1, 2007 news release). Preliminary results suggest that this zone of oxide copper mineralization (associated with higher-grade primary copper mineralization at depth) could extend over an area approximately 3,000 feet long and up to 1,000 feet wide to depths of more than 100 feet.

Drilling will continue on the oxide copper zone until such time as a sufficient number of drill holes have been completed to allow for calculation of an NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate by an independent engineering firm.
Drill holes BR07-01 and -03 were drilled to confirm the results of earlier core holes; the sample assay data will be incorporated into ongoing metallurgical studies.
The potential of this area could be 20 to 35 million tons of mineralized material. Assuming an average grade between 0.50 and 0.65% copper equivalent, this could add between 200 to 350 million pounds of copper to Aurelio's resource inventory.

Previous exploration outlined a large, bulk-mineable disseminated gold target of at least 700m x 600m. Due to talus cover and shallow, post-mineral volcanics to the east, this target could be much larger.
Potential -- 200 Million Tonnes
The potential of the target area is 200 million tonnes assuming a vertical interval of 180m and horizontal dimensions of 700m x 600m. The target is ready to drill. Based on 900 surface samples, ten sites have been prepared for a total of 2500m of drilling. The objective of this program is to identify a resource with grades between 1 and 2 gr/tonne gold which could be economically mined by open-pit methods.
Large Area of Hydrothermal Alteration
The drill target lies within an area of hydrothermal alteration extending for at least 2.5 km north-south and 1 km east-west. Further extension to the east, under post-mineral volcanics, is very likely.
Previous Mining on High-Grade Quartz Veins
Gold occurs as disseminated and fracture controlled mineralization in intrusive dacite porphyries and in the matrix of various hydrothermal breccias. In addition, there are four high-grade quartz veins on the property that were mined in the past for Au and Ag.
Increase in Gold Values Anticipated
The surface exposures probably represent the top part of a hydrothermal system, because of the abundance of hydrothermal breccias which commonly occur on the upper parts of such a system. Four different breccia types have been recognized in the target area. The presence of a large roof pendant of metasedimentary rocks, with a dimension of 450 x 250 m, at the topographically higher and central part of the deposit is another reason that we are seeing the upper peripheral part of a gold porphyry. Therefore, an increase in gold values is anticipated at deeper levels, similar to other disseminated gold porphyries.
Three-Phase Exploration Program
We have planned a three-phase, $470,000 exploration program, which will mainly consist of drilling, to test the target area.
Recently Discovered San Jose Breccia
This is located 1 km north of main target area in steep terrain, with channel sampling up to 7ppm Au. This target is about 100 x 200 meters on the surface. Surface evaluation is currently in progress.

auf der letzten Seite wird ein ressourcenvergleich zu Unternehmen wie Falcon, MErcator, Atna (!) gezogen, da liegen die Aurelio werte ganz gut dazwischen. von den Financials her (Aktienbezogen) kann man die natürlich nur schwer vergleichen, MErcator hat z.b. ne menge Moly im Programm, da ist gut phantasie drin, daher auch die hohe börsenbewertung. ausserdem sind die natürlich schon ein bischen weiter als nur Drilling ;-))

Drill holes BR07-04 and BR07-05 are reverse circulation twins of previous core holes, designed to compare assay results between the two different drilling techniques, as well as to collect additional leach test material. Comparisons of the assay results indicate a very good correlation, providing confidence in the continued use of reverse circulation drilling. Leach tests are in progress.
In order to compare data in the above table with assay results from holes previously drilled by Aurelio, please see Aurelio's news release of July 19, 2007. Note that core hole B-101 intercepted 285 feet of mineralization averaging 1.86% Zn and 1.48 g/t Ag, including a 50-ft interval that averaged 5.68% Zn. Core hole B-53 intercepted 235 feet that averaged 1.14% Zn.
Please also note that BR07-04 and BR07-05 intercepted several intervals of greater than 5% zinc, with -05 intercepting a 20 foot interval averaging 8.15% zinc.
Drill holes BR07-06 and BR07-07 explore and step-out from pre-existing holes. The assay results have expanded the zone of known zinc and copper mineralization, as indicated in the above table.
The Company believes that the results from these four new drill holes are consistent with and verify previous drilling by Aurelio and establishes a new area of significant, near-surface, primary oxide zinc mineralization located approximately two kilometers along trend to the northwest of the MAN area. The grades encountered in these (and earlier) drill holes compare favorably and exceed many other open pit zinc mines.

As part of the transaction, the Company has also acquired approximately 1,037 acres of surface rights covering the entire MAN deposit with additional surface and mineral rights to the east and west of the deposit.

These acquisitions were concluded through Aurelio's wholly owned Arizona subsidiary, Bolsa Resources, Inc. This transaction significantly expands Aurelio's property ownership, and provides the company with an opportunity to aggressively increase its resource base through its on-going drilling program.
The option agreement includes a down payment of $10,000, with additional staged payments over two years totaling $1.3 million. There is no royalty payable on production from any of the patented mining claims.
Additionally, the Company reports that it has staked an additional five unpatented BLM lode mining claims (covering approximately 76 acres) to the north and northeast of the MAN deposit. These claims are adjacent to, as well as to the east of, the patented Hope claims purchased in September of 2006 covering the Courtland area.
Lastly, the Company has applied for three Arizona State Exploration Permits covering an estimated 1,360 acres. The State Exploration Permits are located to the south and southeast of the MAN deposit, and cover projected extensions along strike of high-grade, copper-zinc-silver-gold mineralization.
Aurelio now controls a total of 145 patented and unpatented claims and seven State Exploration Permits in the Turquoise Mining District, with a total land position in excess of 5,000 acres stretching more than five miles long and over one mile wide.

Was mich erstaunt ist, dass der Chief operating officer auf einmal von potentially 2 mrd pfund Kupfer in Courtland und MAN Area im Video spricht. in den präsentationen und News ging man immer von 800mill + zusätzliche 100-200 durch die neuen Drill-Ergebnisse aus.
