As I mentioned on this board a few weeks ago I had a gut feeling that fbrc would do anything in their manipulative powers to prevent a higher share price base. Those words did not speak any louder than yesterdays trading pattern. It was blatant. Fbrc and nite basically naked shorted against any large buy side orders to the tune of 8mil shares. I won't go in to detail other than to say they had to match the high volume buys with high volume shorts to control the action. Unless we step up and communicate to the sec this will continue. If they can control the action with the news that came out yesterday they will control the action indefinitely, even if sj is pro wamu for the 4bil. They are not doing this for themselves they are doing this more than likely for jpm. I have sent two correspondence to my contact at the sec. I recommend that you folks, if you care at all about your investment in wamuq or the p's will also do so. Here is the general complaint area to send the information. Give them what ever facts you feel are important but be sure you mention that the share price is being manipulated in your opinion. What I will then do during my next correspondence with my contact I will ask him if others have complained about share price manipulation, he will then contact the complaint center and this may get the ball rolling. This worked for me before and it can work again. Ghost, my offer still stands and I did respond to your request but never heard back. Take action people or you will get screwed in the end.
