Lawsuit of 4 Billion from JPM
Lawsuit of 13 Billion from the FDIC
Lawsuit of 3 Billion in Tax refunds if WMI was Insolvent if it WASN'T there will be HELL to pay for JPM/FDIC.
That alone should bring us up to 27 Billion worth in assets.
27 Billion - 11.8 Billion = 15.2Billion/1.7 = 8.94$ and is what we should see approximately if WMI wins the court cases against both the FDIC and JPM and NOTHING ELSE. Note those are DAMAGES that FDIC/JPM inflicted on WMI... not Wamu Banks and Wamu Banks will not pay for it's debt out of the parent company's holdings.
If discovery court proves that Wamu Banks are sitting on 25+ Billion worth of Washington Mutual Inc Property we will be sitting on an extra windfall of potentially 14$ or more to bring us up to a 23$+ total.
Sure it might be a pie in the sky figure but I believe it also could be completely possible, which is why I will not sell until my commons are CANCELED, or I get the HUGE PAYDAY. For me their is NO OTHER OPTION.
Don't get me wrong if the court's said screw you WMI go home we got nothing for you the commons would be canceled, however due to the theft that was inflicted I can never see that happening.
In my opinion JPM and the FDIC will pay heavily for seizing a solvent bank and that will be end game, settlement could be imminent or this could drag on for another year, we really do not know exactly what will happen at this point which is why I suggest anyone who has faith in the court systems put their money in and forget about it or just turn your back and never look back to remind yourself of the possible opportunity missed, or otherwise you can laugh at us for getting royally screwed over. Point is I want to be in this whatever happens because it is a gamble but the rewards far outweigh the risk, at least to me. You will have to decide your own level of personal comfort with the stock.
