      Colorado Goldfields Acquires Historic King Solomon Mine; CEO and CFO to Appear on "The Big Biz Show" With Russ and Sully

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/08/2009 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) announces that it has signed a letter of intent to lease with an option to purchase the King Solomon Mine collection of properties located in San Juan County, Colorado, USA.

      The King Solomon Mine is located on the southern flank of King Solomon Mountain, just a few hundred yards up the mountain from the first discovery of gold in the San Juan Mountains in Little Giant Basin. Opened in 1876, the mine was in production until 1883.

      Newspaper accounts and shipping records of the day indicate that the product was good to very high-grade silver ore with substantial credits for lead and copper.

      "The King Solomon Mine, located within 2 miles of the Company's Pride of the West Mill, is of particular interest to Colorado Goldfields because of its strategic placement in Little Giant Basin. Although no activity has occurred on the property since 1883, nearby properties in Little Giant Basin have produced significant gold," stated John Ferguson, director of Operations.

      Colorado Goldfields intends an exploration program to determine whether the veins will become more important for their gold content with depth, as has been the case in many of the San Juan mining properties, which were first mined for the silver content.

      In an all-stock transaction, Colorado Goldfields will lease with an option to purchase the King Solomon Mine in exchange for shares of Class A Common Stock. The acquisition is of course subject to mutual due diligence. The due diligence period extends to September 30, 2009.

      The Company is also pleased to announce that Lee R. Rice, President and CEO, and C. Stephen Guyer, CFO have been invited as guests on the "The Big Biz Show" with Russ and Sully (http://bigbizshow.com/) aired on Business Talk Radio Network.

      Heute wieder mit news news news:cool:Colorado Goldfields Announces Company Executives' Interview "Live" on "The Big Biz Show" With Russ and Sully Now Available on Company Website www.cologold.com, Management Updates 2009 Work Plan for Brooklyn Mine Acquisition With Gold Resource Estimated at $14.5 Million

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/15/2009 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) is pleased to announce that the Company Executives' interview on the "Big Biz Show," which originally aired on September 9, 2009, is available on the Company's website:

      http://www.cologold.com/uploads/2009-09-09_BigBizShow.wmv.

      In addition, the Company is pleased to provide an update of the 2009 work plan for the Brooklyn Mine acquisition.

      The existing historic resource estimate for the Brooklyn Vein offers Colorado Goldfields a prime opportunity to develop a near-term minable reserve through confirmation and step-out diamond drilling. The expected resource blocks are located below the Number 2 Level of the mine and occur as down-dip extensions of known ore shoots. Most importantly, these ore shoots are open at depth and the continuity of mineralization is indicated by historic ore grade (0.10 to 2.13 ounces per ton of gold) drill intercepts over composite 4 foot mine widths. Colorado Goldfields will perform mapping and infill sampling of the Number 2 Level drift to support and guide diamond drilling from the surface to confirm and guide expansion of these important resource blocks.

      Colorado Goldfields' personnel have completed an extensive review of all available information concerning the exploration, past production, and the existing historic resource estimate (14,535 oz. gold $14.5 million at $1000/oz.) of the project area, and have developed a specific and dynamic strategy for exploration.

      In total, the Brooklyn property consists of approximately 600 acres of patented and unpatented mining claims centered on the Brooklyn Shear Zone. Surface reconnaissance of known mineralized areas, a geochemical soil survey, and a geophysical magnetic surveying are planned for late 2009 in order to assess the scale of any unrecognized mineralization.

      Through historic data review and collaborative field work, we have identified three major geologic targets for detailed exploration -- Rainbow, Gloucester, and Frankie.

      The Rainbow Shear Zone parallels the Brooklyn Vein to the northwest, and has yielded historic high-grade gold values in several locations both on the surface and underground.

      The Gloucester Vein is a prominent structure that crosses the Rainbow and Brooklyn Veins and has historically returned numerous ore-grade sample results in prior exploration. The Gloucester Vein also produced significant high-grade ore (over 1.0 ounces per ton gold) where it was mined on the Number 2 Level of the Brooklyn mine.

      The Frankie target is a small adit located on the SW end of the Rainbow Shear. All of the targets are open along strike and dip, and have never been drill tested in either capacity.

      The table below presents sample data and assay results of these exploration targets.

      Target Gold (opt) Silver (opt) Width (ft) Location
      Rainbow 2.69 4.85 0.5 Surface Trench
      Rainbow 0.176 5.19 3.7 143' x-cut
      Rainbow 1.218 1.67 2.4 143' x-cut
      Gloucester 0.380 6.62 0.5 Drift
      Gloucester 2.644 1.66 1.5 Drift
      Gloucester 0.652 4.39 1.1 Drift
      Frankie 1.376 88.78 1.42 Prospect adit
      Rainbow 0.444 2.16 1.1 143' x-cut
      Rainbow 0.108 0.87 10.0 143' x-cut

      - Sample results taken from Brooklyn Mining Company exploration completed
      in summer 1984. All sample results are taken from assay reports of Root
      and Norton Assayers of Silverton, Colorado. All sample locations taken
      from field notes and summary reports of field geologists involved.

      Proposed work for the remainder of 2009 includes detailed mapping and extensive sampling of accessible structures, outcrops, and prospects related to the Rainbow Shear and Gloucester Vein zones to generate diamond drill targets for follow-up exploration.

      In an all-stock transaction, Colorado Goldfields will lease with an option to purchase the Brooklyn properties in exchange for shares of Class A Common Stock. The acquisition is of course subject to mutual due diligence. The due diligence period extends to September 30, 2009.

      Colorado Goldfields Completes Acquisition of Brooklyn Mine; Company CEO and CFO Third Appearance on "The Big Biz Show" With Russ and Sully

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/06/2009 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed execution of a Mining Lease with Option to Purchase Agreement for the Brooklyn Mine in San Juan County, Colorado. The terms of the agreement include the issuance of 75,000,000 restricted shares of Class A common stock in Colorado Goldfields restricted in a lock up for a period of 3 years during which no sales or other conveyances may be undertaken, a work commitment averaging $200,000 per year, and a 5% Net Smelter Royalty. The lease automatically renews so long as ores, minerals, or metals are being produced or sold.

      The properties consist of approximately 600 acres of patented and unpatented claims located along the historic Brooklyn Mine and associated structures. Since its discovery in the year 1900, the Brooklyn Mine has consistently produced exceptionally high-grade gold ore.

      An historic resource estimate of $13.8 million (14,535 ounces of gold times $950 per ounce) at a grade of 0.69 ounces per ton contained in two established and accessible ore shoots below the existing workings is based on well-documented and confirmed prior exploration. "We are targeting grades of 0.30 to 0.90 opt Au, however the Brooklyn Vein has produced ore with grades as high as 30.0 ounces of gold per ton," stated Jonathan Moore, Project Geologist. "The Brooklyn represents a property that is perfectly aligned with our Company's strategy of targeting past producing mining properties in historic districts for exploration and production," said Moore.

      Colorado Goldfields Acquires Mining Assets in Rich Gold Ore Play of Los Chorros, Colombia; Company CEO and CFO Fourth Appearance on "The Big Biz Show" With Russ and Sully

      LAKEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - October 22, 2009) - Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) announced today that the Company signed a Letter of Intent to purchase all the mining assets of Gemini Explorations Inc. in exchange for 100 million restricted Class A common shares of Colorado Goldfields Inc.

      Among the properties this transaction brings to Colorado Goldfields is Los Chorros. This property is located in the municipality of Zaragoza in the department of Antiochia, Colombia. It lies in the El Bagre - Zaragoza mining district in the midst of Colombia's most prolific gold producing region. This area has been the site of extensive placer mining for several decades along the Nechi River at the western foot of the Serrania de San Lucas. Exploration of the lode gold source areas of these placers in the vein deposits of these upland areas has resulted in a number of recent discoveries presently being developed into producing mines.

      Artisanal miners have been working on the Los Chorros concession and have exposed some of the gold-bearing veins. Bonanza grades of 250 grams/tonne (7.2 oz./ton), a value of $7,300 per ton have been reported. Prospective grades of 15 to 20 grams/tonne (0.4 to 0.6 oz./ton), a value of $430 per ton, are the primary target on the property in work conducted by Gemini Explorations.

      "This acquisition could well be the seminal event for the Company. It places the Company in one of the hottest gold development districts in the world. Two major international conglomerate mining companies are developing, as we speak, gold resources in excess of 20 million ounces gold in total within the same mining district as the Los Chorros concession, which represents $20 billion in total value," stated Lee R. Rice, President and CEO of Colorado Goldfields.

      The acquisition is subject to mutual due diligence. The due diligence period extends to November 30, 2009.

      Also, Company Executives Lee R. Rice and C. Stephen Guyer were invited back for a fourth interview on the "Big Biz Show," which airs today October 22, 2009, at 4:10pm EDT. The interview will also be available on the Company's website at:

Our seasoned management team targets historic gold camps with strong potential for multiple deposit discoveries. Colorado Goldfields Launches Series: "Gold Dynamics in the News" -- Relevant Information for Company Shareholders

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/01/2009 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) announces today the commencement of a continuing series entitled "Gold Dynamics in the News." The series examines current news, opinions, and trends in the gold (and other precious metals) markets, with a special emphasis on their implications for small exploration stage companies such as Colorado Goldfields.

      "The most frequent question we receive from shareholders is, 'Gold prices are going up, why not our stock price?'" stated Stephen Guyer, CFO for Colorado Goldfields. "Since no two elements of our economy are connected by a straight line, and there are always a multitude of forces acting upon any one of those elements, we want to provide consolidation and insight to our shareholders that will be both informative and relevant to them."

      The gold market is complex and enormous. Each day hundreds of articles, quotes, opinions, and predictions appear in the media. Many have to do with wide macro level behavior in the metals and financial markets. This series will distill that information in a way that is specific to Colorado Goldfields, its operations, and plans for the future. "As a young exploration-stage company, our goal is very focused. Bringing focus to the far-flung array of metals information is not easy," stated Lee Rice, President and CEO of Colorado Goldfields.

      One of the primary sources of expert information regarding gold and precious metals comes from Jim Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair (often dubbed "Mr. Gold" or "Gold Guru") is legendary for his remarkably accurate timing regarding the gold bull market of the '70s and is the Founder of jsmineset.com and Chairman of Tanzanian Royalty Exploration. It was in January 2003, that Mr. Sinclair launched, "Jim Sinclair's MineSet" (http://jsmineset.com/), which now hosts his gold commentary and is intended as a free service to the gold community. (See taped interview of Mr. Sinclair on South African television of 7/16/2009 at: http://www.youtube.com/user/darboshed#p/a/u/1/2zeMXPwiyeE.)

      In response to recent events in Dubai, Mr. Sinclair declared last Friday, "In terms of gold this event is further proof that paper and promises are NOT the stuff money is made of anymore. Those that will come out of the woodwork to call a top in the gold price have little experience in what a top looks like in gold. Let me assure you the action of today contained zero evidence of a top. The dollar will not reverse out of the bear market it is in, nor will gold top here and now. In fact the bear market in the US dollar and the bull market in gold is not only alive and well but in terms of price, young."

      Another source especially useful to Colorado Goldfields' shareholders is Joe Battaglia, host of Goldline's American Advisor radio program. Mr. Battaglia said on November 23, 2009, "With huge players in the investment communities such as Einhorn and Paulsen buying enormous quantities of gold totaling billions of dollars, and with Paulsen planning to open a new gold fund in January, it would appear that the odds are that the gold market will continue to move substantially higher. Forecasts of $1,300 to $1,500 do not seem out of the question any longer. They seem like reasonable targets for next year."

      What this means for Colorado Goldfields is that the economics of gold exploration and production are increasingly attractive. "It has always been a financial strategy that if you cannot own gold directly, the next best thing is to invest in companies that are in the gold business," stated Stephen Guyer, Colorado Goldfields' CFO. "That makes Colorado Goldfields a ripe candidate for success as we put our investors' money to work in a market that shows exceptional up-side." :cool:

      Colorado Goldfields Announces Date for Annual Shareholder Meeting in Silverton, Colorado

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/02/2009 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) announced today that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Colorado Goldfields Inc. will be held on January 6, 2010, at American Legion / Miner's Tavern / Silverton Mountain Offices, located at 1069 Greene Street, Silverton, Colorado 81433. The meeting will start promptly at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time.

      Upon completion of the formal portion of the meeting, the Company will host a tour of its Pride of the West Mill, located just 4 miles away on County Road 2. Weather permitting, shareholders may also take this opportunity to visit the Company's newly leased Brooklyn mine. The Company hopes that holding the meeting at this historic location will give shareholders not only the opportunity to participate in general corporate matters, but also provide a one-of-a-kind hands-on reference of gold mining and milling in this extraordinary area.

      "This will be no ordinary annual meeting held in some sterile law office," stated Stephen Guyer, CFO of Colorado Goldfields. "This is a chance for shareholders to touch and feel not only a piece of history, but their piece of the future as well," added Guyer.

      According to the Silverton Area Chamber of Commerce:

      "... in 1860, Charles Baker and several prospectors entered the San Juan Mountains in search of wealth. They soon found deposits of gold and silver along the Animas River, in an area that was later called 'Baker's Park.' In the 1870s, nearly 1,000 prospectors once again ventured into the high country. The Silverton district opened legally to miners in 1874. An estimated 2,000 men moved into the region that year. They came from across the U.S., many parts of Europe and even China, to endure severe winters and dangerous mining conditions in their pursuit of the minerals they hoped would make them rich.

      "Due to a slow market and low demand, mining in Silverton closed down in the early 1990s. However, there's still gold and silver in those mountains and rumor has it that mining will be back one day."

      "We are enthusiastic about this year's annual meeting. As the writer above said, 'rumor has it that mining will be back one day.' Colorado Goldfields remains dedicated to fulfilling that rumor," said Lee Rice, President and CEO of Colorado Goldfields.

      :eek::eek:Colorado Goldfields Launches Series: "Milling Dynamics in the News" -- Relevant Information for Company Shareholders

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/03/2009 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCBB: CGFIA) announces today the commencement of a continuing series titled "Milling Dynamics in the News." This series is designed to be complementary to the Company's recently announced series "Gold Dynamics in the News." The two series together will provide relevant and complete information to our shareholders.

      "Colorado Goldfields has a huge differential advantage because we own the only mill within several hundred miles, and have the capability to mill our own ore and pour doré right on our property. That makes combining news and events regarding gold with the latest developments in milling in an ongoing series uniquely applicable to our shareholders," said Stephen Guyer, CFO of Colorado Goldfields.

      Simply stated, in obtaining gold from vein ore, the ore is first crushed in rod or ball mills, reducing the ore to a powdery substance from which the gold can be extracted by amalgamation with other elements or by placer procedures. About 70% is recovered at this point. The remainder is dissolved in dilute solutions of chemicals. The addition of metallic zinc to these solutions causes metallic gold to precipitate. This precipitate is refined by smelting. The purification is completed by electrolysis and the sludge produced will contain commercial quantities of silver, platinum, osmium, and other rare-earth metals.

      While the basic process remains the same as at the turn of the 20th Century, new developments, especially in the geo-chemical area, continue to be discovered.

      One of the primary sources of the latest expert information regarding advances in gold ore milling is M.D. Adams, of Mutis Liber Pty Ltd., Guildford, Australia, who recently served as editor for the contemporary publication, "Advances in Gold Ore Processing."

      Dr. Adams stated, "The gold processing industry is experiencing change. As free-milling and oxide ores become depleted, more complex polymetallic and refractory ores are being processed, coupled with increasing pressure for stricter environmental compliance." These are issues and developments that the staff of Colorado Goldfields are constantly evaluating and considering as the Company moves closer to milling operations.

      Last spring, the Company produced a video tour of its Pride of the West Mill. The video presentation may be viewed at http://www.cologold.com/uploads/2009-05-14_Mill.wmv.

      "Developments in milling receive far less attention than events and predictions regarding gold. Ironically, gold can not be produced without the milling process. As a company that owns its own mill, we understand this far better than the majority of junior mining companies operating today," stated Lee Rice, President and CEO of Colorado Goldfields. :eek::eek:

      Hallo an Alle.

      Press Release Source: Colorado Goldfields Inc. On Wednesday February 9, 2011, 7:00 am EST
      LAKEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - 02/09/11) - Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTC.BB:CGFIA - News) announced today that the Company is developing a dry stack approach for tailings disposal at its Pride of the West Mill. Although used extensively in other parts of the world, such as Chile, South America, Mexico, and the Middle East, this is an innovative method of tailings disposal for the U.S. and Colorado. Mining operations using dry stacking in the U.S. include: Greens Creek Mine, the Pogo Mine, Nixon's Fork, and the Kennings ton mine all located in Alaska, TVX Gold located in Montana, JR Simplot Co. in Idaho, and Mineral Ridge located in Nevada.

      "This approach to tailings disposal should remove all regulatory agency concerns surrounding the existing tailings ponds since those ponds will be reclaimed. Furthermore, and maybe even more importantly, this approach will increase the ultimate useful life and financial viability of the mill by several years," stated Stephen C. Fearn, consulting Registered Professional Engineer for Colorado Goldfields.

      Lee Rice, President & CEO for the Company, described dry stack plan and its importance as follows:

      Moving forward we will develop a "dry stack" method of tailings disposal as part of a new permit amendment.

      The DRMS accepted the parts of the amendment regarding:

      •Mill building;
      •Laboratory building;
      •Ore stockpile area;
      •Leach plant building;
      •River protection dike;
      •Procedures for custom or "toll" milling.

      In a Filtered Tailings or Dry Stacking system, the mill tailings are filtered (de-watered) to remove approximately 85% of the water at the mill plant itself. The resulting material is approximately 85% solids and 15% water and can be transported by belt conveyor or trucks to a disposal area where they can be placed in an environmentally contained area and handled with earth moving equipment.

      Utilizing this approach for tailings disposal will remove some of the issues associated with our prior permit amendment, such as:

      •Providing improved long term geotechnical stability of the tailings disposal area;
      •Reducing concerns about potential seismic activity;
      •Greatly reduce environmental risks of contamination of ground and surface water;
      •Making overall compliance with environmental regulations much more efficient and straight forward.

      We will also realize some immediate benefits from this Dry Stack approach, such as:

      •Smaller environmental footprint for tailings disposal area;
      •Smaller operating area at any one time, which is easier to manage;
      •Vastly improved management of tailing disposal operations during winter season, which is approximately 7 months of the year;
      •Facilitates the ability to use tailings for mine backfill to improve underground ore extraction efficiency and reduce need for additional tailings disposal area;
      •Conserves water use in the milling process;
      •Lower long-term environmental liability from possible failure of conventional tailings dam structures.

      "We believe that this new approach to tailings disposal, the one year extension of the mill mortgage to December 31, 2011, and the successful arrangement with Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety for funding the bond increase announced last Tuesday, will move the business plan forward rapidly," stated C. Stephen Guyer, CFO for Colorado Goldfields.

      schön zu sehen, dass der thread etwas fahrt aufnimmt. der dry stack approach klingt sehr gut, zumal die umweltbelastung bis dato eine der größeren hürden für cgfia war. mit diesem verfahren sollte hier durchaus eine positive entwicklung eingeschlagen worden sein. das potential bei dieser aktie ist natürlich enorm, wenns hier tatsächlich losgehen sollte dann bin ich froh, dabei zu sein!

      Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCQB: CGFIA) (PINKSHEETS: CGFIA) announced yesterday that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"), with American Sierra Gold Corp ("American Sierra"). The MOU, which provides for customary due diligence, intends to make American Sierra a wholly owned subsidiary of Colorado Goldfields Inc.
      After successfully adding the Brooklyn, King Solomon, and the Pay Day and Rage uranium claim group to its asset base, the Company now continues its strategy to increase shareholder value by acquisition and merger.
      "This 4th acquisition is a significant step not only in total growth, but represents a new level of attractiveness to many other mining companies. I believe this transaction will propel our roll-up strategy to a higher level. As our discussions with American Sierra continue, it becomes clear that the strategic expansion of our shareholder base opens up new growth prospects for our company and creates further potential for accessing external capital funding and new and valuable acquisitions aligned with our gold mining and milling rights roll-up model," stated Lee R. Rice, President and CEO of Colorado Goldfields.
      "The fact that American Sierra on behalf of the Company's over seven thousand shareholders showed this commitment to Colorado Goldfields strongly supports our business model and the course our company is taking. After four years of total and consistent dedication and perseverance in the face of a very challenging world-wide economic climate, the strategic expansion of our shareholder base and the strengthening of our capital base opens up new growth prospects for us and creates further potential for acquisitions," said Stephen Guyer, CFO of Colorado Goldfields.

      CGFIA-Russia, Kazakhstan, Colombia Raise Gold Reserves in October

      By Nicholas Larkin - Nov 25, 2011 6:06 AM ET

      Russia, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Belarus and Mexico added a combined 25.7 metric tons of gold valued at $1.38 billion to reserves in October, a month after prices rose to a record.
      Russia’s bullion reserves rose 19.5 tons to 871.1 tons last month, according to data on the International Monetary Fund’s website. Kazakhstan’s assets increased 3.2 tons to 73.6 tons, Colombia’s gained 1.2 tons to 10.4 tons, Belarus expanded assets by 1 ton to 31.9 tons and Mexico added 0.9 ton to take holdings to 106.3 tons, the data show. Germany cut reserves by 4.7 tons to mint commemorative coins and Tajikistan cut 0.4 ton of gold.
      Central banks are expanding reserves for the first time in a generation as prices head for an 11th straight annual gain and assets in exchange-traded products rose to an all-time high. Purchases may reach 450 tons this year, according to Marcus Grubb, managing director of investment research at the London- based World Gold Council. Central banks and government institutions bought 142 tons last year, IMF data show.
      “Given gold’s much more attractive levels in October, we would not be surprised if a similar trend of significantly more buying than is reflected by IMF data actually occurred during the month,” Edel Tully, an analyst at UBS AG in London, wrote in a report today.
      Gold touched a record $1,921.15 an ounce on Sept. 6 and averaged $1,671.25 last month, valuing Russia’s purchase at about $1.05 billion.
      Germany’s gold reserves are at 3,396.3 tons, the IMF data show. The country is the second-biggest holder after the U.S., according to the World Gold Council. A Bundesbank spokesman confirmed the sale and said it was done to mint commemorative coins, which is the only reason it sold bullion during the past few years.

      Colorado Goldfields Inc. Obtains Approval From State of Colorado for Silver Wing Mine; A Potential $200 Million Silver and Copper Value

      Gold Stocks

      LAKEWOOD, CO, Dec 20, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCQB: CGFIA) (PINKSHEETS: CGFIA) announced today that the Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety ("Division"), has approved its application to begin work at the Silver Wing Mine. The formal name of the application is "Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Activities." The application was approved on November 18, 2011 and is the third consecutive approval of a permit received by the Company from the Division.

      Activities to be completed under this initial approval of work at the Silver Wing Mine will include re-sampling key areas of the mine by taking approximately 250 channel samples to verify records of sample data taken by prior operators and consultants. In preparation for drilling, work will also include the verification of underground mine maps, evaluation of prior underground development work and the condition of existing workings. This information will be utilized to develop an on-going core drilling program and an initial mining plan.

      The approval of this project is particularly significant because it allows for an investigation to be made to determine the source of the existing mine drainage of approximately 20 gallons per minute and evaluate the potential for controlling or eliminating this discharge with an underground grouting program which could avoid the need for a discharge permit. If it is determined that the discharge cannot be eliminated, then an evaluation will be made of what actions can be taken to minimize the discharge, and assuming a permit is required, what permit conditions would be most effective and appropriate for preventing discharges of pollutants into the Animas River.

      "Colorado Goldfields is working to find the best way to address a very long-term, pre-existing problem. The approval by the Division of this work, I believe shows confidence in our expertise and reinforces in real terms the Company's commitment to proper and careful mining in the area," stated Stephen Guyer, CFO for Colorado Goldfields.

      The Silver Wing Mine consists of 10 patented mining claims across 70 acres in San Juan County, in southwestern Colorado known as the Silver Wing Mine.

      "A thorough study of geological structures, past production, core drilling and extensive underground sampling records indicates that the total resource of the Silver Wing Mine could exceed $200 million with approximately 80% of the resource value composed of silver and copper minerals," stated Lee Rice, President & CEO for Colorado Goldfields.

      Colorado Goldfields Inc. Files Pride of the West Mill Permit; In Only 5 Days Accepted as Complete by State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety / Gold Stocks

      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/12 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCQB: CGFIA) (PINKSHEETS: CGFIA) announces that it submitted the Company's Rule 112-b Reclamation Permit Amendment (AM-03) Application to the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ("DRMS") on January 27, 2012. Just 5 days later, the application was deemed "complete for filing" by the DRMS and a decision date was scheduled for May 1, 2012.

      According to Colorado law, the Company is required to "publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks." Further, the regulations require that the Company notify all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands within 200 feet of the permit boundary and affected land via certified mail and submit proof of the notices prior to the decision date.

      The Company began notice publications on February 9, 2012 in the Silverton Standard and the Miner and will complete the publication requirement on March 1, 2012. Certified mail notices were completed on February 9, 2012. Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on or before March 21, 2012.

      The application itself consisted of 526 pages (weighing 45 pounds) of detailed specifications, maps, and drawings describing every aspect of the proposed milling operation. Included in the application was a proposed procedure for the processing of ore from 3rd parties -- custom or "toll" milling. This component of the application is unique to Colorado Goldfields and was originally accepted in concept by the DRMS in December, 2010.

      The complete submittal is available to the public from the DRMS, or may be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at:

      www.cologold.com/uploads/M-1984-049_AM-03_Complete.pdf

      "This is a gigantic milestone for the Company," stated Stephen Guyer, CFO for Colorado Goldfields. "After several years of intense work with the DRMS, we are now literally knocking on the door of operations. We believe our team of engineers, legal staff, and management, have covered every possible aspect of the operation and are extremely optimistic about the outcome. I believe this is evident by the DRMS' very quick acceptance of the filing as 'complete.' I have never seen such a fast response," continued Guyer.

      In addition to the comment period, between now and May 1st, the DRMS will be analyzing the technical content to determine if the permit amendment application is adequate to meet the requirements of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining Operations Act.

      Colorado Goldfields Inc.

      The company bought the mill in San Juan County in 2007 from Tusco Inc. Colorado Goldfields is trying to reactivate the mill to produce primarily gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc.

      Colorado Goldfields Inc. Announces New Approach in Pride of the West Mill Permit; Streamlines Dry Stack Tailings Repository; Accelerates Time to Production
      Gold Stocks
      LAKEWOOD, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/01/2012 -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCQB: CGFIA) (PINKSHEETS: CGFIA) announces its streamlined approach to tailings management, which was contained in the Company's Rule 112-b Reclamation Permit Amendment (AM-03) Application to the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ("DRMS") submitted on January 27, 2012.

      As a follow-up to its press release of February 28, 2012, the Company details its new streamlined approach for tailings management contained in the permit amendment application filing.

      "In the early part of the design process, we had identified a 35 acre site for a dry stack tailings repository. As the analysis continued, it became clear that a much faster path to production could be achieved by utilizing a location on our own property," stated Stephen C. Fearn, Consulting Engineer for Colorado Goldfields.

      Colorado Goldfields Inc. conducted geotechnical investigation, flood and avalanche hazard studies of the proposed 35 acre mill tailings repository site during the summer and fall of 2011. Engineering studies were then conducted utilizing the results of the geotechnical investigation and the hazard studies. As a result of this analysis, significant challenges emerged to the development of a viable and economic tailings repository on that property.

      The proposed land was underlain by saturated substrate not unlike the old tailings ponds at the Pride of the West Mill, requiring significant additional analysis. A second site located on the 35 acre property was found to be in the run-out zone of a major avalanche slide path and was also located adjacent to the channel of the Animas River.

      Therefore, the team intensely re-evaluated the permitting, engineering, total cost and construction scheduling requirements of the original 35 acre plan. At the conclusion, a new site was identified on property owned by Colorado Goldfields Inc. that avoided the challenges of the 35 acre site. The new site would require less time to permit, would have lower construction costs, a shorter construction schedule and would result in bringing the Pride of the West Mill into production at an earlier date. Although the site is smaller than the original plan, it will result in lower initial operating costs and not delay the planned re-activation date of the facility.

      The advantages of the new site incorporated in the current permit amendment application are: 1) located on a dry alluvial bench above the flood plain of the Animas River, 2) offers significantly superior geotechnical foundation conditions with simpler design and less expensive construction requirements, 3) has no avalanche hazard, 5) is only 400 feet from the mill building saving approximately 2 miles of haulage distance for the de-watered mill tailings, 5) will serve as an archetype facility that will expedite future design and regulatory approval of facilities for future tailings repository needs.

      Ich kann nicht beurteilen was hier wirklich gespielt (manipuliert) wird aber die Aktie wird zu 0,0002 Doller gehandelt, was umgerechnet 0,00015 Euro entspricht.

      In Berlin wird sie für 0,001 Euro angeboten was dem Verkäufer, der in US gekauft hat einen Gewinn von 650% einbringt.

      Hier gibt es einen der für die Aktie trommelt und Berlin wärmstens
      empfiehlt.

      Einfach mal recherchieren und dann eigene Entscheidung treffen...
