MANAGUA, NICARAGUA, Oct 06, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ), a casino investment and management holding company, today announced that it has contracted for the purchase of seven gaming locations in Nicaragua. The Company has tendered its initial cash down payment towards the seven locations and will begin the transition procedure regarding each location over the next few months. This acquisition will bring the Company's total number of locations to eight.
The Company will take possession of one of the locations in Masaya, Nicaragua, within a week. Management from Inversiones Nacionales Capri of Managua, which is the seller of the businesses, will assist Beneficial Holdings, Inc. during the transition phase of this acquisition in exchange for a temporary management fee of 10% of the monthly net profits from the new locations.
Another two locations are also in Masaya. The remaining four establishments being acquired are in Managua and Tipitapa, Nicaragua.
On average, each location has been in business and profitable for over five (5) years.
The acquisition will increase the Company's gaming machine inventory to over 200 electronic gambling devices including slots, poker machines, and modern digital games manufactured by International Game Technology of Reno, Nevada.
Over the next sixty days, the Company will be engaged in intensive monitoring of the locations to determine methods to improve customer service, increase revenues, modernize the establishments, and offer additional products and services.

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 10/07/09 -- Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ), a casino investment and management holding company, today announced that it retained three consultants to assist it in locating gambling parlor opportunities in Argentina, Columbia, and Peru.
The Company's original plans were to explore opportunities exclusively in Central America; however, several factors have played a role in expanding our focus. First, the Company cancelled an unannounced letter of intent in Costa Rica to build a casino hotel because of a change in the regulatory environment there which reduced Costa Rican casino operating hours and specified the number of slot machines that can be installed per room.
Second, the recent political turmoil in Honduras temporarily prevented the Company from moving forward with a negotiation to purchase a casino in San Pedro Sula. (The Company did not announce these opportunities as it was unclear if they would move forward).
As the Company hopes to have over 750 machines in operation by the end of the first quarter of 2010, it chose to look towards South America for expansion.
The Company already entered into discussions with an investor group that owns the majority of a multi-location gaming parlor network with assets in Argentina, Columbia, and Peru. However, the Company's limited legal experience in South America required it to obtain local citizens to assist with the opportunities. Therefore, the Company retained, for a six month term, three full time consultants who have knowledge of the business environment, gaming industries, and applicable regulations of the specified countries. The consultants are also tasked with locating additional opportunities.

Beneficial Holdings Inc. Announces Tentative Dividend Ex-Date and Addresses Verified Short Selling Problem
LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb 22, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ), a casino and hospitality investment and management holding company, previously announced its intention to issue a share dividend of 6 shares of free trading common stock for every 1 share of unrestricted common stock that a shareholder owns (holders of restricted shares will receive restricted certificates). This means that the shareholder will have 7 shares of common stock after the dividend for every 1 share currently held.
The Company issued a resolution directing that the ex-date for the dividend will be March 5, 2010. The Company requested that the shares be prospectively distributed on March 10, 2010. However, the Company notes that these dates are tentative in nature and subject to approval by FINRA. In the event that FINRA cannot perform their review in time for the March 10 date, the distribution may be delayed; however, the ex-date probably will not be delayed. The ex-date is the date you must have settled your positions to receive the dividend. This will not be treated as an ordinary forward split, so shareholders must factor in the settlement times for the ex-date when deciding when to purchase or sell their shares. In the event that the Company is notified of any changes, it will advise shareholders promptly.
In addition, the Company received information that a large portion of the daily sales of its common stock is due to short sellers and not retail investors trying to sell their shares. This short selling action is precisely why the Company needed to issue a dividend to make our common stock more liquid. Our shareholders cannot benefit from liquidity when short sellers are manipulating the price of the securities by creating a wall.

Beneficial Property Holdings Corp. will own approximately 55% of the partnership and will license its Hotel Beneficial name to the project.
The Company is also in negotiations and conducting due diligence for additional adjoining parcels for the resort whether through a purchase or participating in the partnership.

Beneficial Holdings, Inc. Contracts to Acquire Seven Gaming Locations in Nicaragua
MANAGUA, NICARAGUA, Oct 06, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ), a casino investment and management holding company, today announced that it has contracted for the purchase of seven gaming locations in Nicaragua. The Company has tendered its initial cash down payment towards the seven locations and will begin the transition procedure regarding each location over the next few months. This acquisition will bring the Company's total number of locations to eight.
The Company will take possession of one of the locations in Masaya, Nicaragua, within a week. Management from Inversiones Nacionales Capri of Managua, which is the seller of the businesses, will assist Beneficial Holdings, Inc. during the transition phase of this acquisition in exchange for a temporary management fee of 10% of the monthly net profits from the new locations.
Another two locations are also in Masaya. The remaining four establishments being acquired are in Managua and Tipitapa, Nicaragua.
On average, each location has been in business and profitable for over five (5) years.
The acquisition will increase the Company's gaming machine inventory to over 200 electronic gambling devices including slots, poker machines, and modern digital games manufactured by International Game Technology of Reno, Nevada.

Beneficial Holdings, Inc. Contracts to Acquire Seven Gaming Locations in Nicaragua
MANAGUA, NICARAGUA, Oct 06, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ), a casino investment and management holding company, today announced that it has contracted for the purchase of seven gaming locations in Nicaragua. The Company has tendered its initial cash down payment towards the seven locations and will begin the transition procedure regarding each location over the next few months. This acquisition will bring the Company's total number of locations to eight.
The Company will take possession of one of the locations in Masaya, Nicaragua, within a week. Management from Inversiones Nacionales Capri of Managua, which is the seller of the businesses, will assist Beneficial Holdings, Inc. during the transition phase of this acquisition in exchange for a temporary management fee of 10% of the monthly net profits from the new locations.
Another two locations are also in Masaya. The remaining four establishments being acquired are in Managua and Tipitapa, Nicaragua.
On average, each location has been in business and profitable for over five (5) years.
The acquisition will increase the Company's gaming machine inventory to over 200 electronic gambling devices including slots, poker machines, and modern digital games manufactured by International Game Technology of Reno, Nevada.

The current acquisition is located on a main commercial street near the Farmacia San Antonio and will house a slot parlor with approximately 25 modern gaming machines. The building that was acquired by the company is owned free and clear and has no loan or mortgage. It is titled to Recreaciones Beneficial, S.A., which is over 97% owned by Beneficial Holdings.
"We have already contracted the workmen to begin work on the location with instructions to build it out as one of the most elegant parlors in the area. The company authorized a generous budget for this build out as we believe this is a prime area. Our marketing arm is already preparing cross promotions with the www.bet.cr by Beneficial logo to supplement our website, www.bet.cr," said Carolina Navarro, President of Beneficial Holdings, Inc.
As with company policy at all locations, www.bet.cr online disks will be distributed to all players free of charge at the door so they may access our web-based casino from their home.

Beneficial Holdings Inc., through its Central American subsidiaries, will continue its strategy to acquire control over small slot parlors in Central and South America. The Company's review of the market demonstrates that the highest profitability is achieved through smaller slot and gaming parlors which can be managed with minimal overhead and employees. Larger casinos are not faring as well mainly due to high overhead such as the need for sophisticated training and surveillance. Small slot parlors, on the other hand, achieve revenues of between $650,000 and $1,200,000 per location and can be managed with only four to six employees.
Beneficial Holdings' objective is to achieve control between 30 to 60 additional gaming parlors in Central America by the end of 2011.
