Ich habe überlegt, ob man dieses posten sollte. Aber es dient unserer Information.
Allerdings braucht man dieses auch. Ein funktionierender Sicherheitsdienst kann es nicht allen recht machen.
Und deshalb muss AOI sehr genau auf UN Maßstäbe achten z.B. beim Testing Equipment.

Oil security in Puntland
The methods used by Africa Oil, its partners and Pathfinder to provide security for its oil permits in Puntland is criticised by UN Somalia Eritrea Monitoring Group.
The operations carried out in Puntland by the security firms Salama Fikira of Kenya and Pathfinder Corporation of South Africa, on behalf of the Canadian company Africa Oil, have led to the creation of an Exploration Security Unit (ESU) at the end of 2011. This unit’s sole purpose is to provide security for the operations of the company Horn Petroleum and the staff of the firm Canmex, which are in partnership with Africa Oil. It consists of a force of over 300 armed men and is under the responsibility of the Puntland minister for security, General Khalif Isse Mudan, and is under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Aadan. It was trained by Pathfinder and its men, hired from among the ranks of the Puntland army and police, receive their monthly salary from Canmex.
In a confidential and as yet unreleased report, the UN Somalia Eritrea Monitoring Group (SEMG) stated it had been strongly impressed with Pathfinder’s desire to comply with the international sanctions imposed on Somalia. Nevertheless, Pathfinder’s temporary supply of military equipment to the ESU and Canmex’s financial contribution constitute, in the SEMG’s opinion, “a violation of the arms embargo”.

The issue has been resolved and therefore we are able to do a new run today. There is no certainty that there will not be new issues with this run but that is oil exploration - nobody is expecting any problems though.
I'm afraid I have no idea on the date of an RNS about the results but the test will have to be completed before anything is announced.

Test has been delayed a little due to mud circulation issues yesterday. The schedule is to do a revised 12 hour run today now - but there is confidence of moveable oil.

Und ob das wirtschaftlich verwertbare Qualitäten und Mengen werden, wissen wir bei allen Bohrungen - Shabeel wie Ngamia - noch nicht. Das wird sich in der Tat erst später herausstellen.

Na dann bin ich aber mal gespannt wie die Herde heute nachmittag reagiert.
Kurs läuft hoch, weil viele rein wollen vor dem WE um auf gute Nachrichten,
die vielleicht am WE kommen könnten, gewappnet zu sein
oder Abverkauf, weil man nicht drin sein möchte bei eventuellen schlechten
News.
Würde mich mal interessieren, wie man bei einem Misserfolg
den "Family and Friends PP" Mitgliedern, dass dann erklären will.
Genau deswegen glaube ich schon an einen Erfolg.
Die Beteiligten wissen mehr als bekannt ist.
Das aber nur ein Beitrag aus meiner Fabel- und Meinungswelt
