die news am freitag kam erst kurz vor börsenschluss, vieleicht sehen wir ja heute noch eine reaktion des marktes darauf.
unsere totgesagte RLG hat jetzt immerhin über eine million in cash und ein weiteres Bohrprogramm für den herbst 2016 wurde angekündigt.
wo hat sich denn eigendlich unser freund Onofurzfz1 verkrochen. jahrelang hat er die aktie schlecht geredet und jetzt plötzlich nicht mehr da?!?

WEST RED LAKE GOLD MINES Stock Symbol: RLG-CSE; HYLKF-OTCBB Shares O/S: 89 Million / Cash: $0.6 Million DRILL TARGET: High Grade gold - new target area, existing 1 million ounce resource Recently reported a 1.1-million-ounce gold resource. JV on eastern half of project, 60% RLG, 40% Goldcorp. Last drill program tested the edge of the "structural intersection" area, reporting 1.5 metres @ 69 g/t gold. Minimum 2,000 metre program starts in June. 10+ holes focused on the structural intercept area. The chart above shows you that RLG, like many other gold juniors, had a nice run in the past couple of months. It still trades at a fraction of its value a few years ago though. It does have the market's (and our) attention however. That means an audience when West Red Lake starts drilling again in June. As the name implies, West Red Lake has a gold project just west of the famous gold mining center of Red Lake in northern Ontario. The project covers part one of the large east-west trending deformation zones that carry much of the gold in the Red Lake camp and includes three small past producers. The map on the following page shows the RLG project in relation to major mines and deformation zones in the Red Lake camp. RLG has optioned the eastern half of its property to Goldcorp with RLG holding 60% and Goldcorp 40%. Like most junior gold miners RLG was languishing until February when the company published an Inferred gold resource estimate for the JV ground. The study focused on the Rowan Mine area that has undergone the bulk of past drill testing. West Red Lake reported an Inferred Resource of just under 1.1 million ounces at a grade of 7.57 g/t gold using a 3 g/t cut-off. This is a nice starter resource at good grade. RLG holds 60% of it and it definitely helps underpin the share price. That is not where the upside is though. Not long after reporting the resource, RLG reported on its winter drill program. It was clear when I talked to management that Goldcorp is very focused on the idea of testing the "structural intercept" area that is 500-1500 metres east of the current resource where the main east-west deformation zone intersects a NE-SW trending deformation zone. Goldcorp clearly feels this area will have more structural preparation and a better "plumbing system". This gives it the potential for thicker and/or higher grade veins. RLG and Goldcorp fund work on the JV ground on a 60:40 basis but Goldcorp clearly won the argument. The last drill phase consisted of five holes used to trace the main E-W deformation to the structural intercept area, followed by a single hole testing the western end of the structural intercept area. That single hole reported 69 g/t gold (2.3 ounces/ton) across 1.5 metres and also included several lower grade intercepts. It was this drilling that got HRA's attention when it initiated coverage at 9 cents. RLG just raised $575,000 to fund its share of the next drill program. Drilling costs are relatively low because the logistics are quite good. RLG wants to target some of the drill program to increase the known resource while Goldcorp is interested in more testing of the structural zone. I expect the program will include drilling in both areas but it's the drilling in the area east of the high grade hit noted above that interests me and which I think has the greatest potential to move the share price. West Red Lake and Goldcorp will agree on a program layout and budget and wait until after spring break up. RLG announced it will be back drilling in early June. Red Lake is a very well-known camp that gets plenty of attention from traders. Institutional shareholdings and those of management and close associates accounts for about 60% of the outstanding shares. The remaining float is tight enough that a couple of thick high grade intercepts would have an outsized impact on the share price. It's a good high risk potential, high reward name to accumulate on weakness in advance of the next drill start.

West Red Lake Gold Mines Inc. has received proceeds from the exercise of warrants in the amount of $481,680.
All of the outstanding 4,816,800 warrants expiring June 30, 2016, have been exercised, and the company has issued a total of 4,816,800 common shares at a price of 10 cents per common share for proceeds of $481,680.
Proceeds will be used for work on the company's gold project located in Red Lake, Ont., and for general corporate purposes. The proceeds provided from the warrant exercise are planned for use in the fall 2016 exploration drill program which will follow the previously announced 2016 summer exploration drill program. With regard to additional exploration programs in 2017, company financing partners have advised that they plan to transact additional equity financing that would follow up on previous common share financings provided by them over the prior two years.
The company also announces the grant of 900,000 options to consultants and service providers at an exercise price of 25 cents per share for a term of three years. The company has also issued 476,128 common shares at a deemed value of 25 cents per share for $119,032 of services to the company by several providers.
