Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 74.614.298 von Comedy am 10.10.23 16:52:30vielen Dank für die Infos 👍
Hallo zusammen
Also Mal wieder Genauigkeit vor Geschwindigkeit.
Fazit viel Geduld erforderlich.
Gruß

Dear Mr. Black please allow me some questions and remarks
Contrary to the event last year to take care of these facts, there is still no
corporate calendar regarding upcoming quarterly results, participation in
Events, general meetings, construction progress updates available. In addition, there are
repeated capital measures with the exclusion of minority shareholders. This is very disappointing.
Once again, the commissioning of the mine has been delayed. With a much poorer financing basis, Group 6 Metals only managed a delay once, and that was by a one time event 3 months until the mine went into operation and is now producing.
It is also impossible to understand why the various components come from different countries and even components. Don't you have a general contractor who produces all the components centrally and also operates the spare parts management locally in the future? Is it because Almonty's priority with suppliers has slipped backwards due to the fixed price? Are the partners such as Plansee, Deutsche Rohstoff AG and, above all, the chip manufacturers in South Korea keeping their feet still?
What does the further delay mean for future repayment? How much money will be needed to bridge the gap, including the ramp-up phase? Will the subscription rights of minority shareholders be excluded again for the necessary capital increases?
And some specific questions about Sangdong
What happens over the winter, means the next 6 months?
Where does the mine stand in April 24, September 24?
Is the financing in place now until Sangdong opens, or will more KE, convertible bonds, borrowing, etc. be needed? When will the staff be recruited for a startup?
When will the will the mine in Los Santos finally be put back into operation? Here too
again there are signs of a delay.
Overall, this is not building trust into the future of Almonty. This is also clearly reflected in the share price. Also the repeatedly recurring reference to the long life of the mine is not very helpful when others are faster and graze the meadow!
With
kind regards

Vielen Dank

impression that these are not particularly desirable.
Once again, the commissioning of the mine has been delayed. No, I do not accept the statement that this can happen with mining projects. With a much poorer financing basis, Group 6 Metals only managed a delay once, and that was by a whole 3 months until the mine went into operation and is now producing.

Overall, the company has lost a great deal of confidence over the past year. This is also clearly reflected in the share price. Also the repeatedly recurring reference to the long life of the mine is not very helpful when others are faster and graze the meadow!
