Was ist los mit TT & T ?? die letzten Tage über 10% gestiegen. Einstieg jetzt??

wenn Du ein Aktien Normalanleger (Langfristanleger) bist, dann lohnt auf jeden Fall der Einstieg.
Ist eines der interessantest Telekommunikationswerte in Asien.
In Thailand sieht es in dieser Hinsicht in den nächsten Monaten und Jahren sehr gut aus.

bei der Klärung der Schuldensituation tun sich neue Schwierigkeiten auf, u.a. ist die Einsetzung eines Schulden-Restrukturierers auf den
29. Mai verschoben worden.

Trotzdem: Wenn Du investiert bist, würde ich drinbleiben.
Positiv ist, daß sich bei der Umschuldung endlich etwas tut.

Thai Tele fällt weiter, da die Schuldenrestrukturierung
immer noch nicht geklärt ist.
Hoffentlich kommen die bald auf einen grünen Zweig...

TT&T to brief TOT on debt plan


THAI Telephone and Telecommunication Plc will meet with the Telephone Organisation of Thailand (TOT) today to seek a solution to their disagreement over the company`s debt-restructuring plan.

President of the state agency Dr Thongchai Yongcharoen said that if the debt plan is clearly explained the TOT might be willing to accept it.

"If the agency finds that the plan is unacceptable, we will then look for our own planner," Thongchai said.

The TOT claimed that TT&T had never revealed the full details of its debt restructuring plan to it even though the agency is one of its creditors.

The TOT started its dispute with TT&T over the selection of the planner to restructure the company`s debts after finding that it would be adversely affected by the firm`s plan. A row then erupted between them after the state agency appealed to the Central Bankruptcy Court charging that TT&T`s plan failed to take into account the portion of debt owed to the state agency.

The TOT claimed that TT&T owed it more than Bt4.6 billion but the latter argued that the actual amount was Bt3.6 billion. As TT&T`s creditors are due to vote on whom will nominate the debt planner on May 29, the company wants to settle the dispute quickly.

This week, the state agency won key support from Alcatel, another TT&T creditor, in its effort to be responsible for nominating the debt rehabilitation planner. Alcatel is the sole creditor in the Corporate Debt Restructuring Advisory Committee (CDRAC) which is against the Bt44-billion debt-restructuring plan drawn up by TT&T in the last two months under the committee`s supervision.

The state agency is also drumming up support from another batch of creditors, including, Ericsson, for the same purpose. Whoever is selected to nominate the debt restructuring planner will have to win a majority vote of 66.67 per cent from all the creditors involved.

During this week, TT&T executive vice-president Witit Sujjapong said that the company is confident of winning the support of its major creditors.

He said in a press release yesterday that the reason why the TOT had opposed the company`s proposed restructuring plan may stem from the failure on the part of the company to explain the plan to the TOT.
