Das glaube ich nicht. Das Management hat mehrfach bewiesen dass sie liefern können und ich vertraue Ihnen. Wie gesagt : die Vergabe der Lizenz liegt nicht in ihren Händen. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Schlimmste was passieren kann, dass sie keine Lizenz bekommen. Dann geht hier alles vor die Hunde. Das glaube ich aber nicht weil der Jorge Díaz selber ne Mine dort betreibt und auch bei anderen Firmen schon bei der Genehmigung mitgewirkt hat. Das warten fällt unheimlich schwer, ich hoffe aber für uns alle dass wir dafür entsprechend entlohnt werden.

Also heute sind auf den Tag die 3 Wochen (also "Ende" der genannten Spanne) rum.

Bisher keinerlei Info und auch der Kurs zeigt an, dass es wohl keine News geben wird.

Ich bin ganz ehrlich - ich glaube das ist wieder ein Scam und wir sind das klassische "stupid German money".

Ja das stimmt das man die Anleger bei Laune halten muss aber dann sage ich lieber 3 Monate am Stück wie warten auf die Genehmigung als einen Termin zu nennen der dann nicht gehalten werden kann.....

Da hast Du vollkommen recht. Aber sie müssen die Anleger ja immer wieder bei Laune halten. Sie haben keinen Einfluss auf die Genehmigung. Und warum sollen die Ämter in México schneller arbeiten als bei uns 🙈🤪

Man macht sich unotig unglaubwürdig wenn man Termine für die Genehmigung mehrmalsn die Welt setzt die dann unkommentiert gerissen werden und das schon paarmal da wird man als Anleger misstrauisch

Ja ich denke auch dass wir ‚zeitnah‘ evtl mit der Genehmigung rechnen können. Und die haben ja auch den Jorge Díaz der reichlich Erfahrung in México mitbringt. Also drücken wir die Daumen

Ich habe dem John Darch mal eine Email geschickt und ihn nach dem Stand der Dinge gefragt. Ich habe ziemlich zeitnah die folgende Antwort bekommen :

Thank you for reaching out to me and your confidence in Sonoro Gold.

I apologize for the delay in responding to you, but last week I was in Mexico with our team and meeting with parties directly involved with securing the MIA.

My meetings were very positive and, based on what I was told, I’m confident that we will get the MIA approved soon. It could be in two to three weeks, but the precise timing is beyond our control.

While the market continues to be challenging, we continue to press ahead with our financing and, as you may know the insiders will participate for at least $1,250,000.

Some potential participants are waiting for the MIA, while others will participate as they recognize the value of the 10-cent unit which includes the 2-year warrant, exercisable at 15 cents.

We are planning to engage Toronto based, Red Cloud Securities for their marketing and financial services to assist with market awareness and the completion of our financing.

To give the market some confidence, we plan to close the first tranche of the financing, approximately $1,600,000, within the next 10 days or so. Please advise asap if you would like to participate.

As indicated in the Private Placement Term Sheet (see below), approximately 30% of the current financing will be used to complete a targeted infill drilling campaign at the El Colorado and Guadalupe gold mineralized zones located in the southwestern region of the property. Results from a May 2022 drilling program completed at these zones demonstrated multiple very high-grade ore shoots and returned higher-grade gold intercepts within larger intervals of high-grade gold mineralization.

We are not wavering on our focus to move to production asap but a very focused drilling program in Guadalupe and El Colorado should increase both size and grade of the mineralization which we believe may also enhance the overall economics of the project. Despite our prior experience, we will have a very aggressive marketing program.

As to the ability of Sonoro’s technical team to take Cerro Caliche to production, please refer to the attached resumes of Mel Herdrick and Jorge Diaz.
