folgendes war bei www.suntrade.de wieder einmal der Anlayß für mich, es hier ins Board zu stellen:

Grund war die folgende positiv einzuschätzende Meldung, derzufolge sie sich mit Cirrus Logic für die weitere Entwicklung von MP3 Playern zusammengeschlossen haben. Cirrus ist ein Entwickler von DSP-Chips (Digitalen Signal Prozessoren):

Interactive Objects Introduces iObjects Dadio, Digital Audio Software for a New Generation of MP3 and Digital Audio Players
New software features universal support for music formats and removable media
BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 1, 2000-- Interactive Objects, Inc., (OTCBBBJX - news), today introduced iObjects Dadio(TM), a new type of software for the next generation of mp3 and digital audio players. Dadio is a digital audio operating system for portable digital music players that allows mp3 and other digital music file formats to be played interchangeably.

Storing Music Gets Easier

Dadio`s innovative design makes it easier to store more music, flexibly and cost-effectively, by providing universal support for onboard flash memory and removable media. Dadio players will be the first to support a broad range of removable media storage types, including SanDisk`s CompactFlash(TM), SmartMedia, Multimedia Cards(TM). IBM`s Microdrive, and iOmega Clik!(TM) disks. ``The cost of storage and expansion memory is the single highest component in most player designs and is therefore one of the most critical decisions customers must make today,`` said Kelly Wood, VP of Business Development at iObjects. ``Since storage options vary considerably in cost per megabyte, power consumption, and overall size, it`s important to allow manufacturers flexibility in their design in order to meet the differing needs of customers.``

User-Friendly Features

In addition to its universal support of other codecs, Dadio comes with its own optimized mp3 codec. Based on the original ISO standard from the creators of mp3 (Fraunhofer Institute), iObjects` engineering team has developed an industry standard mp3 codec that offers enhanced fidelity and performance over current players. Dadio adds to its user-friendly design by incorporating features such as jBox, a music Jukebox for song playback and play-list management, and dEQ, a high quality digital equalization control system that enhances audio quality. Dadio`s jBox software works directly with leading PC-based Jukebox systems and allows drag and drop transfer of music files and play-lists from PCs to digital audio players. Dadio also includes all the necessary software drivers for connecting digital audio players to PCs and other Internet music devices through a USB port. Making a Digital Appliance

I-Jam Multimedia First to Offer Dadio

I-Jam Multimedia LLC has agreed to be the first to offer Dadio in its line of portable digital audio players. I-Jam`s forthcoming Win-Jam player, which is powered by Dadio and runs on the Cirrus Maverick chip, is scheduled for release this July with a suggested retail price of $129.99. ``Dadio gives us the flexibility to offer an optimized player for specific music formats. Dadio will be featured in our new Win-Jam player, which will be the first to support Microsoft`s new Windows Media Player 7,``said Norm Goldberg, Sr. VP of Marketing of I-Jam Multimedia LLC. ``We also plan to showcase the extended capabilities of Dadio in other new devices.``

How Dadio Works

Dadio is built around a unique software kernel that supports a series of layers and components. The Digital Streaming Services (DSS) layer manages media download and playback. The Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) manages interaction with internal memory, storage, LCD, and data ports. The Universal Media Services (UMS) layer manages codecs and digital rights management schemes. To make these modules run together as a complete system, Dadio`s kernel provides sophisticated file and memory management functionality and supports multi-threaded operations. Advanced memory buffering allows continuous, smooth operation with external media. This design approach is what makes Dadio unique in providing universal support of music formats and storage solutions. It also enables an entire class of new ``concurrent`` features such as downloading music or managing play lists while listening to music. bei OTC Werten kommt man meist mit den Charts als Erklärung nicht sonderlich weit, die Entwicklung von OBJX ist aber ähnlich denen von FECC oder anderen OTC Werten. Von Dezember bis Ende Januar begann ein richtiger Hype auf diese OTC Werte (oft durch Gerüchte von bevorstehendem Nasdaq Listing). Dieser Hype entwickelte sich bis in den März hinein und teilweise hatten sich schon völlig irreale Bewertungen einzelner Unternehmen ergeben. Den starken Kursanstieg nutzten viele Altaktionäre, die die Aktie für einen Bruchteil des Kurses gekauft hatten, zum Ausstieg. Viele Anleger wurde aber erst bei viel höheren Kursen auf diese Unternehmen aufmerksam, oder aber Sie waren erst ab einem bestimmten Kurs in Deutschland handelbar und erschienen dann als Geheimtip in diversen Boards. Ähnlich verhielt es sich im Dezember/Januar auch mit denen in Deutschland anscheinend sehr beliebten australischen Minenaktien, die in Internetholdings umgewandelt wurden und in diesem Zeitraum auch mehere Hundert Prozent zulegten.
Bei der allgemeinen Nasdaq Korrektur fielen logischerweise diese Werte natürlich stark (oft überproportional) mit. Im Moment ist bei vielen in Deutschland gehandelten OTC Werten kaum noch nennenswerter Umsatz (verglichen mit dem Hype), aber ohne nennenswerten Umsatz steigen die Aktien auch nicht so mehr so überproportional.

Das Unternehmen ist interessant (ich möchte das jetzt wirklich nicht mit Adelong und Co vergleichen), aber Du mußt hier einfach Geduld mitbringen. Im Moment werden halt noch die stärkeren Kurssteigerungen zum Ausstieg benutzt.

OBJX konnte endgültig aus dem seit dem Frühjahr bestehenden Abwärtstrend ausbrechen und gewann gestern endlich den Kampf mit der bei 2.50 mit einem gewichtigen Horizontalwiderstand zusammenfallenden EMA-20 und rannte intraday exakt bis an den kurzfristigen Abwärtstrend bei 2.70 vor, um sich dort zunächst die Decke einzuschlagen und bei 2 5/8 mit einem Plus von über 10% zu schließen. Das jetzige Top liegt bereits außerhalb der Bollingers, so daß die technische Gegenreaktion, die gestern bereits zu Handelssende begann sich heute zu Handelsbeginn wahrscheinlich fortsetzten wird. Von Seite der Indikatoren bleibt noch Luft nach oben, d.h. das der Wert ev. schon intraday wieder drehen könnte. Denn auch der Candlestick-Chart sieht vielversprechend aus: Nach einem bullishen Hammer, der dem noch unentschlossenen Ausbruch aus dem Abwärtstrend vom Frühjahr folgte, hat sich gesten ein schöner weißer Kerzenkörper herausgebildet.

Der OBJX-Konkurrent EDIG scheint immer noch die oftmals beliebtere Aktie bei den Privatanlegern auf Raging Bull, ist OBJX dennoch näher an Laden-fertigen Produkten, wie durch die jüngsten Kooperationen bestätigt wurde. Dazu paßt auch folgende Meldung:

While Corker couldn`t bring himself to cover e.Digital, he did decide to cover the competition - Interactive Objects Inc. (OBJX) - and says he`s ``been able to justify a buying opportunity`` on that stock. Two devices using Interactive Objects` Dadio operating system, Iomega Corp.`s (IOM) HipZip player and I-Jam Multimedia LLC`s WinJam player, are scheduled for shipment in the fourth quarter. ``I`ve visited the (e.Digital). I`m not able to get enough information that I can take to the bank, that would allow me to justify the current market cap of e.Digital,`` said Corker.

Although Interactive Objects may be winning the race to store shelves, e.Digital is still winning the hearts of many investors, as evidenced by a market cap of about $480 million, with more than 126 million shares trading at about $3.81 each. Interactive Objects` 14.6 million shares trade at about $2.34 each, for a market value of just $34 million.

Was sagt Ihr nun zu dem Research?
Habe was neues auf deren Hotline über OBJX gehört, wenn das stimmt, dann sind die ja tausend mal billiger als mancher Konkurrent.

UNd wass meint Ihr nun nach den Horrormeldungen.
Die Aktionäre sind mal wieder die Dummen.
Noch vor kurzen sagte Tevlan alles weitere könne ohne
Probleme aus den eigenen Umsätzen bezahlt werden.
Und nun ist kein Geld mehr da.
Seit Jahren das gleiche Spiel.
Mit den Kauf von Aktien die Tevlan tätigte wurde uns noch
vorgegaukelt nun ist es soweit, doch woch Wochen später
kommt alles wieder ans Licht.
Ich habe schon vor Monaten geschrieben das da was nicht
stimmen kann wenn eine Gesellschaft bis zum letzten Tag mit
den Zahlen wartet.
Nun wist Ihr auch warum. Wie am NM.
Hier in Europa sollte keiner mehr die Aktie zur Zeit
anfassen. Dies Papier ist nun mehr noch als Heiß !

Die nächste Überraschung kommt mit den 1 Quartal 2001.
Wenn da die Zahlen auch erst wieder im Juni kommen
könnt Ihr euch denken was dann noch kommt.

Es ist lächerlich bei keine 200.000 $ im Monat die Ergebnisse
nicht rechtzeitig zu erstellen.
