e-VideoTV, Inc. is a B2B content aggregator that will deliver electronically current Pay-Per-View(PPV) / Video-On-Demand(VOD) movies to customers of cable, satellite, and broadband DSL distributors. The digital quality movies will be the latest available. The movies are ordered over the Internet and delivered to the home through existing secure cable, satellite and broadband DSL channels. The Company believes that its e-VideoTV(sm) electronic entertainment distribution system is the future of electronic entertainment on request.
e-VideoTV has developed the key components to combine the power of the Internet and the security of cable, satellite and broadband DSL delivery systems. The EVTV system will operate with both existing and upcoming set top boxes. New release movies represent 85% of movie revenues with home movie market revenues currently exceeding $12 Billion annually. e-VideoTV will focus the power of the Internet to enable home viewers to order current PPV movies to be watched at home without the video store experience. No driving, no returns, and no late fines!
The Company owns the sole exclusive license to turn on Macrovision Corporation`s (NASDAQ:MVSN) copy protection circuit used in all home movie devices and set-top boxes in the USA for video received in Less-Than-Real-Time (LTRT) and stored for later viewing.
The Company has initiated three strategies to leverage into and establish a competitive advantage in the electronic home video market:
First to integrate movie ordering on the Internet with secure non-Internet delivery to the home TV
One-on-one interactive advertising using full motion video
Exclusive ownership of a Macrovision Corporation copy protection license for USA video content
The common shares of e-VideoTV Inc. are listed on the OTC Bulletin Board under the trading symbol EVTV.
Ich werde den Wert im Auge behalten...
Aktueller Kurs 1,781$ .. ATH: 8$ !
Marktkapitalisierung ca 7 Mio $... lächerlich wenn man den US Markt sieht!
Also.. stay tuned

THE MARKET
According to Centris Insights, a Los Angeles based entertainment research firm, rental and buy rates of home videos, games and music are at historic highs. Home video market revenues are currently over $12 billion U.S. and are based on the physical delivery of tapes and DVDs - a 20-year-old business model. The television and Internet are converging - according to Jupiter Communications, a leading provider of research on Internet commerce, 37% of households were online in 1998. By 2003, it is expected to reach 67%. There are over 43 million US homes with access to Pay Per View with revenues exceeding $1Billion annually. These numbers are growing each year and are expected to increase considering that the home video rental market is over $12 Billion annually. There is tremendous room for growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY
e-VideoTV is strategically positioned to electronically deliver PPV/VOD current releases to broadband DSL, cable and satellite operator/distributors. Driving to the video store to rent/return videos will no longer be necessary - a significant milestone considering that late return fees resulted in an estimated $1.5 billion in 1998 alone, representing approximately 15% of the industry revenue.
Diversified strategic relationships and negotiations with rights owners, distributors and advertisers are expected to continue to strengthen e-VideoTV and improve its competitive positioning. Based on the current value of the home video and related markets, the market for PPV/ VOD is wide open.
e-VideoTV has several attractive attributes including:
Resourceful industry relationships, including Macrovision Corporation (NASDAQ: MVSN), a $5 billion dollar company and the premier copy protection currently used by the Motion Picture Association of America. This exclusive license for the USA allows e-VideoTV to protect Pay Per View (PPV) content that is transmitted in Less-Than-Real-Time (LTRT) for subsequent viewing. Macrovision Corporation has also acquired an equity interest in e-VideoTV Inc.
The sub-licensing potential of Macrovision Corporation`s "Less Than Real Time" copy protection to more than 50 current "Real Time" license owners.
A technology solution to deliver content to Cable, Satellite and broadband DSL distributors` head-end systems.
A highly focused advertising model using the Internet to significantly increase existing PPV viewer-ship.
e-VideoTV Inc. is solidly positioned to participate in the rapidly expanding electronic entertainment on request, e-commerce, internet and telecommunication industries.
Wahnsinn!
Also ich geh da nu ma rein!

Jaaa,

Da steckt was dahinter.

Hi an alle...

wo kommen 2 M$ her?
verhandlungen steht?

Press Release
e-VideoTV Inc. Files Patent for All Pre-Cached VOD Applications
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 2000--e-VideoTV Inc. (OTC BB: EVTV - news), Thursday announced
that it has submitted an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to obtain patent protection for its technology
involving the delivery of pre-cached media including VOD (video-on-demand) and PPV (Pay-Per-View) movies downloaded into
set-top boxes fitted with hard drives.
e-VideoTV believes its new technology will allow satellite and cable operators to immediately deploy Instant-Video-On-Demand (IVOD) applications using their
existing distribution and broadcast networks. DBS satellite operators have previously been unable to offer VOD services and are expected to benefit significantly
from e-VideoTV`s IVOD technology.
Charles J. Weber, president and CEO stated: ``The patent we are seeking represents a strategic asset for e-VideoTV and covers all VOD and other media delivered by
satellite, cable, broadband DSL and wireless distributors. This allows us to store a large number of movies in the set-top box in advance, which can be ordered and
viewed instantly. This patent pending technology combined with e-VideoTV`s exclusive Macrovision license, will enable e-VideoTV to provide the defining
service in protecting the intellectual content of studios and broadcasters.
``Today, there are over 300 million analog television sets in the U.S. alone. With the development and deployment of digital set-top boxes and similar appliances for
the VOD home viewer, protecting `the last yard` between the digital set-top-box and the analog TV is now essential. The exclusive Macrovision license held by
e-VideoTV protects this `last yard,` especially for pre-cached VOD and PPV applications.``
Additionally, e-VideoTV has joined the ``TV Anytime`` initiative along with more than 120 other corporations to develop global specifications and standards for
digital set-top boxes with built-in hard drives capable of selecting and storing media for future viewing. The TV Anytime specifications including time shifting,
personal channel creation, active filtering, editing, VOD and other capabilities are expected to create the personal TV options that home viewers are demanding.
e-VideoTV expects to provide selected VOD copy protection functions to this forum.
e-VideoTV is a B2B content aggregator of current Pay-Per-View / Video-On-Demand movies. The company plans to provide a comprehensive service to
distributors to include movie mastering, post-production, trailer preparation, soundtracks and quality control with studio approvals. The digital movies are delivered
to the home through existing secure cable, satellite and broadband DSL channels and will be copyright protected using e-Video`s exclusive Macrovision license.
e-VideoTV owns the sole exclusive license to turn on Macrovision Corp.`s (Nasdaq: MVSN - news) copy protection circuit used in all home movie devices and
set-top-boxes in the United States for video received in Less-Than-Real-Time (LTRT) and stored for future viewing. Macrovision Corp. owns an equity interest in
e-VideoTV. The company believes that its electronic entertainment distribution methodology is the future of entertainment on request. Visit the company`s Web site

Sodele, hab E-videotv etwas links liegen lassen.
EVTV war auf All Time Low.

Press Release
e-VideoTV Inc. to Generate Revenue From Licensing Set-Top-Box
Manufacturers
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2001--e-VideoTV Inc.
(OTCBB:EVTV - news), is pleased to announce that it will begin licensing
Set-Top-Box (STB) manufacturers for the use of Macrovision copy protection
for Faster-Than-Real-Time (FTRT) video-on-demand (VOD) caching.
e-VideoTV has the exclusive rights to license FTRT use of Macrovision
Corp.`s (Nasdaq:MVSN - news) copy protection technology in the United
States.
e-VideoTV will also be certifying the FTRT-capable STB`s for proper copy
protection activation.
The company will earn revenue by charging a license fee plus a royalty on
each set-top-box. e-VideoTV also has the exclusive rights in the United
States to
license all PPV & VOD operators broadcasting via cable, satellite, telco,
broadband or wireless to STB`s in FTRT.
``To meet the increasing demand of DBS and cable companies, the STB
industry is manufacturing advanced STB`s with hard-drives with up to 40
Gigabytes of
storage space for use in time-shifting, live-pausing,
personal-video-recording (PVR) and of course VOD applications.
``Hollywood requires both system operators and STBs to have the ability to
provide Macrovision copy protection, in order for DBS and cable companies
to access
top release movie content. This puts e-VideoTV in the unique position to
create a revenue stream by licensing all STB manufacturers that
incorporate
hard-drives used for FTRT VOD caching,`` stated Charles Weber, president
and CEO.
According to recent studies the worldwide set-top-box market will explode
in the next three years with up to 143 million set-top-boxes installed in
homes by
2004, expanding the STB market to $5.4 billion. e-VideoTV believes that
the only economically viable VOD solution is to cache movies in hard
drives in the
set-top-box.
e-VideoTV is a licensor of copy protection technology and its pre-caching
VOD delivery technology currently under patent-pending. As the exclusive
licensor
of Macrovision`s copy protection technology for all FTRT applications, the
company owns the sole exclusive license to turn on Macrovision`s copy
protection
circuit used and embedded in all set-top-boxes in the United States for
video received in Faster-Than-Real-Time (FTRT) and stored for future
viewing.
The company licenses the use of Macrovision`s FTRT copy protection to both
manufacturers and system operators. Macrovision owns an equity interest in
e-VideoTV. The company believes that its electronic entertainment
distribution methodology is the future of entertainment on request. Visit
