ich versteh` die welt nicht mehr.
vor einem halben jahr war uvgi einer der am meist besuchten threads auf diesem board. es ging raketenartig nach oben und dann im freien fall nach unten. jetzt ist uvgi bestimmt das interessantere investment. der preis für die aktie ist zur zeit fast schon wie geklaut. die fundamentals passen und die firma ist etwas gläserner geworden. nach unten ist eigentlich kein spielraum mehr.
heute wurden bis jetzt schon mehr als 7,8mil aktien getradet - das sind immerhin ca. 6,5% der ausgegebenen aktien. aktuell haben wir ein plus von 15%.
warum ist dieses papier für euch jetzt uninteressant? habe ich vielleicht irgendwas übersehen?

United Ventures Group Completes $36,000,000 Common Stock Equity Line

NEW YORK, Sep 6, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- United Ventures Group (OTC BB: UVGI), a premier designer, manufacturer and distributor of fine jewelry, today announced that the company has entered into a private equity line of credit agreement with a private investor which, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, provides the private investor with the right to buy shares ("Put Shares") in the amount which would produce proceeds to the Company of up to 1,000,000 dollars per month and an aggregate of up to $36 million during a
three year period in exchange for shares of the Company`s stock.
The pricing of each sale of common stock is based upon current market conditions at the time the private investor buys the shares. Under the agreement, the investor is entitled to receive warrants exercisable to purchase 8 percent of the amount of common stock issued to investors at the closing of the put shares.
In addition, the company intends to a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission registering the Put Shares.

the metal, but UVGI has secured a source with the ability to produce

Sales and Marketing


UVGI`s marketing efforts are directed toward large retailers, such as mass
merchandisers and discount stores, national and regional jewelry chains,
home-shopping networks, warehouse clubs, department stores, and large
regional wholesalers; its marketing emphasis aims to encourage and
maintain relationships with its customers, in keeping with its belief that
exceptional customer service is an essential aspect to its marketing
program.

Part of this customer service comes from the manufacturing capabilities
that allow UVGI to maintain an adequate inventory of finished goods and to
fill customer orders promptly. In addition, an electronic data interchange
(EDI) program allows orders with certain retail customers to be filled
more efficiently. The program, developed to provide a secure, paperless
exchange of information between suppliers and major retailers, allows UVGI
to electronically receive purchase orders from participating customers and
to electronically transmit customer order acknowledgments, invoices, and
advance shipping notices. (Some retailers even require its vendors to use
the EDI program.) During the 1997 and 1998 fiscal years, approximately 60
percent and 53 percent of UVGI`s net sales were made on orders received
through the EDI program.

The customer service also extends to arenas designed to meet the
customer`s individual needs. For instance, for many retail customers, UVGI
prepackages, price-tags, and bar-codes individual pieces of jewelry, and
ships an assortment of many prepackaged items to individual retail
locations. In addition, UVGI has the capacity to provide its customers
computer-generated reports that analyze the customer`s sales and
information regarding market trends.

The UVGI sales structure, which consists of an in-house sales force,
allows management to control the selling operation more effectively and to
create better relationships with its customers. The sales efforts are
supplemented by attendance at major industry trade shows, advertising in
industry trade journals, and participating with customers in cooperative
advertising programs. UVGI also assists its customers in allocating their
purchasing budgets among UVGI`s different items and by monitoring retail
sales to better assess how customers are responding to the products.

At the end of April 2000, UVGI announced receiving a 7,000-unit order from
Home Shopping Network to purchase the Swiss-cut and designed 14-karat gold
rings that were recently added to UVGI`s line of products. "Although we
have sold to Home Shopping Network orders in the past," Nussen said, "this
major order is the first large-scale initial test rollout for this new
product. An order of 7,000 units for this item on its introduction is very
significant, as it shows the confidence of Home Shopping Network in the
product. Should the sell-through meet Home Shopping Network`s and our
expectations, major reorders and additional expansions of this product
line will follow. The television shopping networks, such as Home Shopping
Network, have been a material part of our sales in the past, and we plan
to continue our relationships and the development of sales with these
major retailers."

Summer 2000

After clearing all comments from the SEC, UVGI-at the end of July-was
relisted on the OTCBB. "We are extremely pleased to be re-listed on the

United Ventures Group (OTCBB:UVGIE), a distributor, manufacturer and designer of fine jewelry, was re-listed on the OTCBB after clearing all comments from the SEC. The company was removed from the OTCBB in June when it failed to comply with an SEC rule regarding mergers that was introduced a day after United Ventures merged with ASCI, the company CEO said.

“The problem with the SEC is by the time they review somebody, there’s not enough time,” said Isaac Nussen, United Ventures president and CEO. “So they threw us off and then reviewed it. They had five comments and then they OK’d it and then we were back on.”

A Delaware-based corporation, United Ventures’ product line includes an assortment of 14-karat gold jewelry with a newly added line of diamond, pearl and platinum jewelry. The company also has a research-and-development wing and a factory in Lima, Peru that produces much of its merchandise at reduced labor costs.

Its re-listing on the OTCBB paves the way for United Ventures to surge ahead with its “strategic objectives that include acquisitions and joint ventures that work synergistically with our expectation of the expansion of our business through e-commerce and Internet marketing,” Nussen said. Part of the United Ventures’ marketing strategy is to seek out and capture niches within the jewelry market. The company developed a unique line of 14-karat gold and silver earrings, for example, for the over-40 demographic who prefer clip-back earrings to the more contemporary pierced variety, he said.

Asked what some of the trends are in today’s jewelry industry, Nussen said, “Charms are going much better right now. Also we’re selling much more rings and a lot of silver and gold bracelets and earrings – not just silver and just gold but silver and gold mixed in combination. And also in rings, we have a lot of Swiss-cut rings that are selling very well.”

The buoyant economy has favored the upper end of the market, in particular, Nussen said. There is a big market now, for example, for diamonds certified by the Gemelogical Institute of America priced at $10,000 to $15,000, he said.

Like virtually every other business in the age of information technology, United Ventures has gotten on the Internet bandwagon and recently launched a web site. Shopping channels on TV currently account for more jewelry sales than retail stores, barely 10 years after making their debut on the airwaves, Nussen said. Besides offering merchandise at a lower price, the Internet also allows typically time-strapped Jewelry buyers to shop at their own leisure from their own living rooms, he added.

Selling jewelry over the Internet, though, Nussen said, is still not that competitive relative to the potential size of the market. “There’s a lot of people (marketing jewelry) out there but only a small few of those have a serious web site that has a lot of merchandise, and the right merchandise that changes everyday,” he said.

wenn ich das alles wüßte wäre mir wohler :-)
Fakt ist aber, daß uvgi ein major player in der branche werden will, und dafür braucht man geld. über balemore kann ich jetzt noch nichts sagen. die negativen postings im rbb kamen auch nur von 2 personen.
uvgi will weitere 240mil shares auf den markt schmeißen. balemore
soll aber insgesamt nur 9,99% der os halten dürfen. ich gehe davon aus, daß wir demnächst weitere sc 13g- fillings von anderen geldgebern sehen werden. ich vermute, das balemore der 36mil$ geldgeber war. mit dem geld wird nussie jetzt auf brautschau gehen oder die braut die er sich schon ausgeguckt hat schlucken. abwarten und tee trinken.
es kitzelt eben.

@Geldcasher: ich hoffe, Du machst Deinem Namen alle Ehre, da ich auch investiert bin. Doch mich würde interessieren, warum Du diese geordert hast. Welche Motivation hast Du gehabt? Danke

@Clyde: Sind Deine Einstiegskurse nicht in sehr weite Ferne gerückt?
Versteh es nicht falsch, doch musst Du absolut überzeugt sein um solch ein Abstieg mitzumachen. Der Trend ist absolut klar gekennzeichnet. Ich hoffe selber, dass dieser bald aufhört, doch gerade intraday sieht es nie gut aus. Und wenn Du nochmals unter 0,06 kaufen willst, sei vorsichtig! Der Spruch von Dir ist sehr wage. Mein Konzept ist auch so ähnlich, doch erlebte ich in einer kurzen Zeit auch sehr viel negatives. Natürlich auch positives, was ich mir hätte nie erträumen können, aber Vorsicht.

Ist irgendetwas announced worden, von dem ich nichts weiss?

Zu diesem Abwärtstrend habe ich meine eigene These- da sit doch immer noch dieser Investor der pro Monat direkt von UVGI Stücke zum "marktgerecheten" Preis kaufen darf - hat er ja auch im September schon getan - im Oktober ist ein neuer monat also darf er wieder kaufen - Stücke genug ,um für einen billigeren Einstieg zu sorgen hat jetzt also auch . Liegt es da nicht nahe ein paar davon geschickt einzusetzten , um noch billiger an die nächsten Stücke ranzukommen ?

Die frage ist eigendlich nur bis zu welchem kurs der Markt sich das gefallen lässt - ich mach es momentan ähnlich wie CLYDE ich beobachte und warte auf billige Nachkaufmöglichkeiten - wo die liegen kann ich allerdings im Moment noch nicht sagen.

6 Cent erscheint verlockend aber wenn die wirklich erreicht werden - wer weiß ob es nicht noch ein Stückerl rutscht schaun mer mal .

Lange wird der Kursverfall meines Erachtens aber nicht mehr gehen können - denn 1. spätestens Mitte bis Ende Oktober sollte meiner Ansicht nach eine Winterralley an der OTC beginnen die fast alle Werte mitreisen wird und 2. steht ja auch das Weihnachtsgeschäft bevor von dem wir uns für UVGI einiges erhoffen können.

es ist immer der gleiche sch... . jeden tag bis mittag in den green`s und dann geht`s bergab. selten so viele 100each orders gesehen wie in den letzten tagen, alle mit einem downtick. wenn der kurs nicht manipuliert ist fresse ich einen besen.
fundamental ist alles i.o.? ich denke schon. die quartalszahlen werden ein neues rekordergebnis von uvgi ans licht bringen, oder ich will bonnie heißen.
nachkaufen? logo! allerdings warte ich bis zum letzten handelstag im september. die shorties müssen dann ihre naked-positionen auflösen und der intraday-kurs wird sich umdrehen.

ja, meine einstiegskurse sind soweit weg, daß ich sie selbst mit dem teleskop nur noch schemenhaft erkenne. jede woche kommen eigntlich gute news - ist schwierig dann zu verkaufen und billiger wieder einzusteigen. stay long and strong!
die spekufrist will auch erstmal abgwartet werden! (das macht mut)

also ich hab sie schon länger im Auge, und der Kurs scheint mir einfach unterbewertet, ich setzte voll auf das Weihnachtsgeschäft aber ausschlaggebend war das Gerücht von der aussetzung der Handelsbeschränkungen mit China ( gestern wurden sie aufgehoben ), ich will gar nicht weiterschreiben sonst werd ich für einen Spinner gehalten oder ist da wirklich was im Busch........
Im RB-Board wurde schon öfter darüber geschrieben, naja lassen wir uns überraschen.....

an den fundamentals hat sich nichts geändert.

gewinnerwartung für 2000 $4mil
oder $0,032/ share
bestätigter gewinn im ersten halbjahr 2000 $1,623mil


ein kuv von 5 und ein kgv von 30 zugrunde gelegt, sollte ein kurs von 1$ möglich sein. zusammen mit der ankündigung de managments auf aqusitionskurs zugehen und joint ventures mit anderen firmen aus der branche einzugehen, sehe ich einen kurs zwischen 2 und 3$!

schade doch im Minus abgeschlossen. Im Verhältnis zum Tagestief, muss man schon sagen leicht im minus. Schade eigentlich.
Doch intraday ist etwas anders. Zuerst ist der Kurs aufgeschlagen bei 0,63, dann kontinuierlich gestiegen. Das gab es seit ca.2 Wochen wieder zum ersten mal.

von 1982 - 1987 habe ich bei siemens vorzugsaktien erworben und diese mit sattem gewinn 1995 verkauft. 1992 habe ich dann angefangen mit fonds zu spekulieren. seit 1996 wurstele ich mit aktien rum.
zur zeit habe ich nur leichen im depot:
TLTG, GEOL, UVGI, DNAP, SNMM, T-ONLINE, FREESERVE, ERICSON und NOKIA.

Die amis habe ich von dem gewinn den ich mit Adultshop.com und hurrican gemacht habe gekauft. alle anderen trades in der zeit
liefen 0 auf 0.

gute chancen sehe ich bei uvgi und dnap. snmm, tltg und geol bleiben liegen bis die firmen endgültig pleite sind oder der kurs ein neues ath erreicht. ;-)

Mein horosokop (kommt von horror?) sagt, daß im juli 2001 meine papierchen gewinn abwerfen. wer dran glaubt?

GDOL sales = $1.2 million (projected 2000)

Stock Price Comparison:

GDOl = $2.25
How can this be possible? Either GDOL is way overpriced or UVGI is way undervalued. Somewhere, someday the two will meet.

Hallo Clyde, diese Zahlen sehen richtig appetitanregend aus.

Aber beantwortet mir mal bitte eine Frage:

Balmore Funds darf die company jeden Monat darum bitten, doch bitte gefälligst neue (!) shares im Gegenwert von 1 Mio. Dollar zu
drucken und an sie auszuliefern. Und das Ganze 36 Monate lang. Wenn ich mich nicht komplett irre, sind da unsäglich gefräßige
Haie dran, scheißegal, wieviel die Company verdient. Bei (wohlwollend) 10 US-cents pro share macht das jeden Monat 10 Millionen
neue shares, bis ein Volumen von 36 Mio. Dollar erreicht ist. Sowas nennt man meines Wissens dilution. Man könnte es aber auch
als Verarschung der Altaktionäre bezeichnen.

Bis mir jemand das Gegenteil beweist, gehe ich davon aus, daß sowohl CEO als auch CFO dieser Gesellschaft tendenziell verrückt
oder größenwahnsinnig oder beides geworden sind.

Um keine Mißverständnisse aufkommen zu lassen: Ich halte es durchaus auch für möglich, daß der Kurs aufgrund der phänomenalen
Geschäftsaussichten trotzdem noch einige Phantasie kriegt. Aber der Interessenlage von Balmore wird das erst entsprechen, wenn
die gesamten 36 Mio. durch sind und sie mindestens zwei Drittel der Firma erworben haben. Vorher haben die ausschließlich ein
Interesse daran, den Kurs unten zu halten. Bei diesen Aussichten wird die evtl. noch nicht einmal ein Bußgeld der SEC wegen
Kursmanipulation von ihrem Tun abhalten, weil der zu erzielende Gewinn um ein Vielfaches höher ist.

Kann mir jemand bei diesen Überlegungen einen ernsthaften Fehler nachweisen? Dann steige ich sofort massiv ein, denn die fundamentals
sind wirklich großartig.

Vorher gilt aber: never catch a falling knife! Und solange bleibe ich persönlich lieber bei isfb und upgd.

genau diese Überlegung hatte ich auch schon geäußert - ich bin im Moment immer noch am recherchieren inwieweit die Shares die da Monat für Monat neu ausgegeben werden restriktet sind .

Dewegen habe ich auch immer noch nicht weiter nachgekauft was ich eigendlich anhand der Fundamentels längst hätte tun müssen.

Ich habe allerdings auch die These, daß sich diese Strategie eben nicht 6 monate durchziehen läßt , vor allem dann nicht, wenn es für die neu erworbenen Shares ein Richtlinien gibt die einen einfachen verkauf über die OTC ausschließen - denn dann sollte spätestens mit Bekanntgabe der Zahlen vom Weihnachtgeschäft ein deutlicher Kurssprung möglich sein.

Und daß mit dem Cash was jetzt der Firma zufließt sehr viel Fantasie für Wachstum durch Übernahmen in den Titel kommt sollte auch jedem klar sein.

Ich habe die Hoffnung , daß nur versucht wird mit den ersten Trnchen soviele Shares wie möglich einzusammeln, um dann nach einer zu erwartenden Kurssteigerung einen günstigen mischkurs zu erhalten- ich mache es wie Clyde - ich warte noch ein paar Tage ab und fange dann an bei hoffentlich noch etwas niedrigerem Kursniveau mir das Treiben der Makler zu Nutze zu machen und weitere Stücke zum Discountpreis einzusammeln.

1. der name wird in american jewelry corp. geändert.
2. die zahl der stammaktien wird auf 355 000 000 erhöht.
3. die zahl der zur zeit outstanding shares beträgt 97 140 681
4. das filling ist vom 13.09.00, 1 woche vorher stieg das volumen der gehandelten aktien auf astronomische 11 500 000. insiderkäufe??? oder da sind die 10,8mil shares von balemore mit dabei ;-)
unter punkt 10 des sc 13g fillings von balemore steht:
The aggregate amount in row 9 represents the maximum amount of shares
that Balmore S.A. can control under a contractually stipulated 9.999%
ownership restriction .....
unter punkt 9 sind die shares mit

Ich habe zum Thema Erhöhung der Aktienanzahl von 120 Mio. shares auf 350 Mio. shares (common stock) eine einfache Rechnung angestellt: Wenn man das für das laufende Jahr erwartete Ergebnis von 4 Mio. US$ auf die neue Anzahl shares aufteilt. erhält man ein Ergebnis von rund 1,14 cent pro Aktie. Um eine Bewertung zu schaffen sollte man jetzt ein vernünftiges kgv heranziehen. Wer hat einen vernünftigen Vorschlag?

wir dürfen nicht vergessen, daß durch die erhöhung der shares und der damit verbundenen kapitalerhöhung aquisitionen und joint ventures erfolgen werden. diese werden den ertrag von uvgi erhöhen. bei nigt rechnet man mit revenues von 8 000 000$. 20% gewinnmarge ergibt einen ertrag von 1 600 000$. dann hätten wir schon ein gesamtergebnis von geschätzten 5 600 000$. das ergibt ein ergebnis von 0,016$ gerundet 0,02$. weitere aquisitionen werden folgen.
Kursziel bleibt bei 1$ bis weihnachten. KGV von 30!

bin schon seit jänner an der uvgi-story dran. bin damals zu 87 cent eingestiegen, hab sie aber noch immer, weil ich daran geglaubt habe, daß sie ein gutes Ergebnis liefern würden. Das mit den Akquisitionen ist schön und gut, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob schon welche in diesem Kalenderjahr folgen werden, um die Jahresbilanz aufzufetten. Ich gehe einmal davon aus, daß es erst nächstes Jahr Akquisitionen geben wird, daher gehe ich auch davon aus, daß der Gewinn pro Aktie nach der Erhöhung der shares bei 1,14 cents liegen wird - was allerdings bei einem Mindest-kgv (konservativ) von 20 einen Kurs von rund 23 cents rechtfertigt, was ja noch immer runde 200% bedeuten würde. Kommt nur noch darauf an, wie jetzt nach den jüngsten "Erfolgen" die PR-Arbeit verläuft, damit diese Perle auch beachtet wird. Ich bleib auf jeden Fall dran und hab bereits nachgekauft.

Erst mal dankeschön an Clyde für die links, man lernt ja nie aus. Bevor klar ist, welches der oben vorgestellten
Rechenmodelle sich durchsetzen wird, heißt es wohl zuerst mal, vorher noch die filings genau studieren und abwarten, was
aus den Beschwerden bei der SEC über die Kursmanipulationen wird, die ja ebenfalls noch im Raum stehen.
Wir bewegen uns also, das scheint einigungsfähig zu sein, in einem Korridor zwischen unteren einstelligen cents und
einem Dollar. Ist ja immerhin etwas, und auf jedenfall besser als Dausend ohne Begründung.

Die Welt ist also auch hier um einiges komplizierter, als der oberflächliche Eindruck glauben läßt, und der bodenständige
Schwabe pflegt vorläufig mal wieder die geschätzte Dialektik.

Der glatte Widerspruch zwischen news und Kursentwicklung ist sicher für alle Investierten Adrenalin pur, na wenigstens ein
add-on, das im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Sollten mich clyde, tw u. co. in den nächsten Wochen noch überzeugen, dann steig ich sicherlich auch noch ein, bevor
das Weihnachtsgeschäft losgeht oder Balmore den Kurs auf 1 Cent prügelt. Schaun mer mal. No risk no fun. Und der
Körper braucht das wohl.

Seh ich das richtig? Geht es jetzt schon wieder abwärts? Scheint wirklich nichts für schwache Nerven zu sein. Fürs erste aber

der gestrige tag war wohl nicht so doll. ich sehe mich allerdings in meiner annahme, daß die shorties noch aktiv sind, bestätigt.
am monatsende müssen die positionen aufgelöst werden. dann wird der kurs nochmal nachgeben. ich glaube, daß dies dann die letzte chance ist günstig an shares zu kommen.
kursziel bleibt 1$ bis weihnachten.

heute wahrscheinlich letzte möglichkeit um günstig einzusammeln.
meine order zu 0,058$ wurde gestern nicht bedient.
im intraday deutliche umkehr zu den letzten tagen. ich glaube, daß die mm`s begonnen haben ihre shortpositionen zu begleichen. entweder wir sehen heute nochmal einen leichten kursverfall oder es geht steil bergauf. seitwärts geht es jedenfalls nicht mehr.

du sprichst mir aus der seele geldcasher.
meine order wurde übrigens auch nicht bedient.
die mm`s haben sich die stücke wieder untereinander zugeschoben. da waren heute richtige "hammerorders" dabei. 500 000stk, 415 000stk usw. ich hoffe nur, daß die trottel sich jetzt dick mit billigen stücken eingedeckt haben und sie teuer weiterverkaufen.

wettervorhersage für morgen freitag den 29.09.2000:
anfangs ein schwaches hoch aber starker umsatz. im laufe des tages setzt sich ein schwacher tiefausläufer durch. gegen abend klart es auf und wir schließen im grünen.
die aussichten für die kommende woche:
ein starkes hoch bestimmt das wetter in der gesamten woche. die temperaturen steigen bis 0,15$ bei starken umsätzen. news werden das hoch begünstigen.
wie immer ohne gewähr.

1$ ist noch lange nicht der gipfel.
für die longs unter uns ist noch mehr drin.
warten wir mal die aktionärsversammlung und die quartalszahlen ab.
auf der versammlung wird nussie die absichten der geschäftsleitung darlegen müssen. ich bin überzeugt, daß wir in der darauf folgenden woche einen riesen sprung nach oben machen. alle unklarheiten werden an diesem tag sicherlich geklärt. irgendwann wurde mal angekündigt, daß uvgi seinen umsatz für 2000 auf 25 000 000$ erhöhen will und für 2001 werden umsätze von 75 000 000$ angestrebt.

meine strategie mit uvgi sieht so aus:
bei 1$ hole ich meinen einsatz wieder. die restlichen shares lasse ich liegen und liegen und liegen und .......

uvgi ist ein zock vom feinsten. zocken sollte man nur mit geld, daß man nicht braucht. mit vorsicht ist jede otcbb notierte aktie zu geniessen. es ist immer alles möglich, 10 000% oder totalverlust.
aber das weißt du alles schon.
warum gerade uvgi:
uvgi hat kein patent auf ein revolutionäres produkt von dem niemand
weiß ob es jemals verkauft wird.
uvgi verkauft "bodenständige" artikel - schmuck.
uvgi ist, fundamental gesehen, völlig intakt.
uvgi ist faktisch total unterbewertet.
uvgi hat einen fehler gemacht und der wird bald vergessen sein. keine
sau diskutiert mehr über ihre versäumnisse und das folgende
delisting.
uvgi will wachsen und zeigt uns jede woche, daß dieser plan in die
tat umgesetzt wird.
uvgi shares werden jeden tag in großen stückzahlen gehandelt, so daß
ich keine angst haben muß meine shares nie mehr verkaufen zu
können.
