Integra (922684) steht kurz vor dem nachhaltigen Ausbruch nach oben! Nachdem wir sie gestern zwischenzeitlich bei 5,20 E gesehen haben, schaffte die Aktie ein eindrucksvolles Intraday reversal und liegt derzeit bei 6,50 E. Wer bis Jahresende noch 100 % machen möchte, sollte spätestens jetzt in Integra investieren - und das ist in Anbetracht der fundamentalen Stärke und Positionierung des Unternehmers eine sehr vorsichtige Schätzung.

So, was war das denn heute - eine einzige kleine Empfehlung von CSFB und - 20 % im Plus!!! Nicht zu vergessen, der Index verliert mal wieder locker 8 %. Ich denke, mehr muß man zu Integra nicht sagen. Die QZ kommen am 30.11. und die werden richtig gut! Ich nehme noch Wetten entgegen: Integra steht Ende des Jahres mindestens bei 12-13 E. Wenigstens in Zusammenhang mit dieser (Klasse-)Aktie wird sich die Empfehlung auszahlen - stay long!!!

Die Analysten der Investmentbank Lehman Brothers stufen die Aktie der
französischen Internetgesellschaft Integra (WKN 922684) auf
„Kaufen“ ein.
Das Web-Service-Unternehmen habe für die norwegische
Internetberatungs-Firma Infostream ein Übernahmeangebot zu 28 Kronen je
Anteilsschein abgegeben. Integra biete für 59 Infostream-Papiere eine
Integra-Aktie und 326,27 norwegische Kronen.

Das neue Unternehmen würde in neun europäischen Ländern präsent sein,
würde einen Umsatz von 40 Mio. Euro aufweisen und gehöre zur größten
komplexen Web-Agentur in Europa.

Angesichts der guten Marktpositionierung biete ein Engagement in den
Internet-Wert dem Investor gute Kurschancen. Das Kursziel liege bei 300
Euro.

Integra reports record Q3 2000 results - Strong Managed Hosting
Growth

Paris, November 30, 2000 - Integra (IEA NM or INTG NM),
Europe`s leading provider of managed web hosting and e-business solutions, announces record high revenue of EUR 14.50
million in Q3-00 representing a 616% increase from EUR 2.03 million in Q3-99. Managed and Application Hosting revenues
rose from 28.9 % of total revenue in Q2-00 to 36.2 % in Q3-00, as more clients demanded management of Increasingly
complex web sites.

Financial Highlights - Managed and Application Hosting revenues surged 1,272.7% from EUR 0.38 million in Q3-99 lo EUR
5.24 million in Q3-00, and rose 32.0% from EUR 3.97 million in Q2-00. - Professional Services revenues rose 465 % from EUR
1.64 million In Q3-99 to EUR 9.26 million in Q3-00, and decreased 5.3 % from EUR 9,78 in Q2-00. - Integra had a strong cash
position of EUR 88.3 million at the end of Q3-00. Bank and lease debts were EUR 2.83 million. Operating Highlights - The
average number of servers operated rose 30,5 % from 695 in Q2-00 to 907 in Q3-00. Integra operated 1,004 servers at the end
of Q3-00. - Annualised revenue per server rose 4.0% from EUR 22,245 in Q2-00 to EUR 23,144 in Q3-00. - Managed hosting
capacity at Integra`s Technical Centres is on track to reach more than 12,000 servers by the end of Q1-01. The centres are
designed to enable a doubling of this capacity in less than 3 months.

Revenue The strong increase in Managed Hosting revenues during the quarter was due to the increase in the number of servers,
the rise In average revenue per server, and the increase in the number and complexity of sites hosted. This again confirms the
company`s leading position in Europe`s managed web hosting market. To be sure, demand for managed hosting services
remains strong, which will allow the company to continue to achieve growth in both number of servers operated and revenue per
server, as is demand for Professional Services combined with high-end managed hosting solutions.

Capacity & Capital Expenditure In order to meet strong growth in demand for managed hosting services, Integra is nearing
completion of the first phase of its second generation ITCs network, to have an initial capacity to operate more than 12,000
servers, and a total capacity of more than 25,000 when fully deployed, which should enable the company to generate managed
hosting revenues of more than EUR 600 million per year. The first of these new ITCs, which are specialty designed for operating
mission-critical applications, opened in Frankfurt in June 2000 and centres are due to open in Paris, London, and Madrid in
December this year. Integra`s capital expenditure in Q3-00 was EUR 7.3 million.

Gross Margin (1) Managed and application hosting gross margin improved from - 34.0 % in Q2-00 to - 21.1 % in Q3-00, as the
company achieved strong revenue growth with existing centre capacity. The company expects managed hosting gross margin to
decrease in the next two quarters due to the costs required for the opening of additional second generation Integra Technical
Centres (ITCs), before increasing again when the new ITCs become operational and start generating revenue in early 2001.
Professional Services gross margin declined from + 21.0 % in Q2-00 to - 2.2 % in Q3-00 due to seasonal effects of the summer
holiday season In the Nordic region, which represents two thirds of Integra`s Professional Services revenue. The company
expects Professional Services revenue and gross margin to improve substantially in the next quarter.

In Q3-00, Integra continued to win new clients across Europe, including Commerzbank, Mercer, Office 24/7, NYK Line, Ducato
Gestioni, Red Pen, and The National Gallery, London. Integra is now developing synergies between ist European subsidiaries
to focus on being able to serve pan European operations in all of their locations. The number of operated sites increased 97.7%
to 1,538 at the end of Q3-00 from 778 at the end of Q3-99 and rose 21.5 % from 1,266 sites at the end of Q2-00. The average
number of web sites operated in Q3-00 was 1,402 (* see footnote).

Employees & Management The company`s planned expansion of its direct managed hosting sales force continued on track and
Integra will have completed recruitment of 100 additional salespeople at the end of Q1-01. The total number of employees was
922 at the end of Q3-00, up from 180 at the end of Q3-99, and from 831 at the end of Q2-00. Integra promoted Andy McLeod
(British) to Chief Executive Officer in October this year. Andy, who had served as Executive Vice President at Integra since June
2000, brings 17 years of industry experience from Europe and the U.S. He has a successful track record in both general
management and marketing roles from ICL from 1985 to 1995 where he managed large divisions with strong growth and
achieved profitability. Andy, aged 41 holds an MA in Physics from Oxford University, and an MBA from the London Business
School.

Costs General and Administration costs fell from EUR 6.81 million in Q2-00 to EUR 5.68 million in Q3-00, demonstrating that
integration of the company is on track. Integra will continue to keep a keen focus on containing G&A costs ahead. Sales and
Marketing expenses increased from EUR 4.28 million in Q2- 00 to EUR 5.98 million in Q3-00 as the company grew its managed
hosting sales and marketing apparatus in preparation for the opening of the second generation network of ITCs, and recruitment

Ist bis jetzt Tagessieger: Aufgrund einer AD-HOC ist der
WERT bis jetzt um 20% gestiegen. Da diese auf English ist
fällt es mir schwer diese zu deuten, kann mir jemand helfen?

Nachdem ich mir den Chat angesehen habe, denke ich wir
könnten noch wesentlich höhere Kurse sehen.
