The error will be corrected on Thursday, November 30, 2000, and
will be so noted today in the "daily list section" on the web site of
the OTC bulletin board exchange at www.otcbb.com.
The OTC reported, in error, that Upgrade was not in compliance
with its filings to the SEC. Upgrade is and has been, in total
compliance with all its regulatory filings. The error was due to the
fact that the OTC believed that Upgrade`s fiscal year-end is as of
calendar year-end. Upgrade International`s fiscal year-end is
September 30, 2000; and accordingly the Company`s next SEC filing will

hat sich ja zum glück aufgeklärt...
und... das waren sicher nicht die news von denen ich sprach.
zur marktlage...
habe infos das sich investmenthäuser morgen bzw. freitag eindecken wollen... warten wirs ab...
bedeutet für upgrade...
in dieser euphorie könnte man mal ne news in den markt werfen, oder???
HUI minus 4,5% in usa
also heute deckt sich scheinbar noch niemand ein (auser ein paar immer noch an wunder glaubende longs)
aber vielleicht empfehlt der aktionär upgrade wieder wenn sie bei 2 $$$!!! ist,kursziel dausend.
