Wichtig, für alle Studenten: Ich habe feststellen müssen, daß die Mailadresse meines Uni-Servers Starnet nicht erreicht. Der Grund ist wahrscheinlich, daß das Deutsche Uni-Netz aus Gründen von Spaming gesperrt ist.

Mit einer Mail über GMX ist man aber sehr wohl erfoglreich!

Also, wer noch nicht abgestimmt hat aus welchen Gründen auch immer, kontaktiere bitte Mr. Cas Sydorowitz. Ich denke, mit seiner Hilfe kann man noch zu einer Lösung kommmen. Es fehlen meines Wissens nach < 1 mio Stimmen. Die kann man kriegen!

Hallo

Ich habe noch im Dezember bei der Comdirect Bank für meine Starnet Aktien dort abgestimmt. Jedenfalls glaube ich das, denn ich habe es so gemacht wie von HowMuch in einem anderen Threat empfohlen wurde. Allerdings habe ich von der Bank keinerlei Reaktion bekommen. Weder eine Bestätigung das mein Fax bei denen eingegangen ist noch über irgendwelche Kosten die entstanden sein könnten. Ich hoffe jedenfalls das es hingehauen hat.
Für alle die Ihre Aktien bei der Comdireckt und noch nicht abgetimmt haben , stelle ich die Daten von HowMuch hier nochmal rein.

Ich habe jetzt bei Comdirect mal richtig einen lauten gemacht, aber es hilft!

Alle die bei der Comdirectbank sind müssen ein Fax mit ihrem Namen (Inhaber des Depots),Depotnummer,Stückzahl und das sie mit "ja" wählen wollen auf einen Zettel schreiben . Diesen handschriftlich unterschreiben und an diese Fax-Nummer senden:

zu Händen Herr Seppke : Fax-Nr.:04106-7043401

Er gibt dann dieses an Clearstation weiter. Wenn ihr andere kennt die auch bei Comdirect sind, weißt sie bitte darauf hin!

So wer sich aufgrund seiner Englischkenntnisse oder sonst etwas nicht zutraut, Hernn Sydorowitz zu mailen, kann hier seine Email Adresse reinstellen. Ich leite sie im Zweifelsfall weiter. (Ich hoffe natürlich, daß das überflüssig ist und ihr mitlerweile alle euer Proxy Formular erhalten habt!!!)

Noch ein kleiner Auszug aus einer Mail von heute:

If there are shareholders in Germany that want to get the proxy card emailed to
them I would be happy to email it to them.

The process is still the same. The shareholder must:
1. Execute the proxy by filling in their account information, their name as it
appears on their account, theri address, their account number and the number of
shares they had as of the record date, November 1st. They must sign and date
the proxy cards.
2. The shareholder must give the executed proxy card to their bank or broker,
with instructions to process their proxy as soon as possible. The problem is
that many of these banks/brokers are branch locations so they are not familiar
with the proxy process and even less so for a foreign security. The shareholder
is even less familiar with the process, so when their representative says they
don`t handle this, the shareholder takes their word for it without probing
further. What needs to happen is that the branch representative has to find out
who is to receive this proxy within their organisation and forward it to them.
At the head office their is a corporate actions department, and a division
handling proxy voting. Within that group there may be specific individuals who
handle international proxy voting. They are the ones who are to receive this
executed proxy. When submitting their proxy to their representative they
could instruct them to pass this along to the bank`sbroker`s Corporate Actions -
Proxy Voting Department. That may expedite the process.
3. We ask that the shareholder or the broker to fax GSC a copy of their executed
proxy card along with the individual contacts so that we can follow up with them
to make sure that they received the proxy and find out what they did with it.
Hopefully if they don`t know whatto do with it we can ask a few questions which
will lead them in the right direction.
4. Once the Central Corporate Actions Department processes it they have to send
it to Clearsteam. who has to process it on their own.

Probably more info then you wanted but this may be useful for the German website
for other shareholders who want to vote.

Na wer sagts denn - habe heute folgende Mail von der Comdirect bekommen:

Ihre Abstimmung bezüglich der Verlegung des Firmensitzes der Starnet

Also nochmal an alle die über die Comdirect noch nicht abgestimmt haben. Stimmt ab wie oben angegeben.

Habe aber echte Zweifel das wir es noch schaffen. Frage mich echt wo die anderen fast 20 Mio. Shares sind die noch nicht abgestimmt haben.

Aber mehr als hier immer wieder alle drauf aufmerksam zu machen und selber abzustimmen geht leider nicht. Also ran ans Fax und mitgewählt.
