Hatte Team am 15. Januar folgende mail geschickt und bekam jetzt nach einem Monat diese Antwort.

here in germany we` ve got the news from Mr. Forstner Team will found a TV-Fund with a credit from the CIBC. But I can`t find the news on your homepage, it is possible to get more information about that deal and do know what kind of programm you will produce with the money from this fund?

Following on the success of the MTV primetime movie event “Anatomy of a Hate Crime,” TEAM is now in development with a one-hour pilot for the channel.
· “Final Jeopardy,” the recently announced, two-hour primetime telefilm starring Dana Delany for ABC Television Network is now in post-production and is scheduled to be delivered by March 5th 2001

TEAM has a one-hour pilot ins development for USA Networks.
TEAM has 10 new movies in development for the networks including ABC, VH1 and TBS.


Additionally, our new Chairman and CEO, Michael Jay Solomon, is one of the most highly regarded and successful executives in the entertainment industry. After founding Telepictures Corporation and serving as Chairman and CEO, he later merged with Lorimar to become Lorimar Telepictures and served as that company’s President and on its Board of Directors. Lorimar Telepictures, which traded on the American Stock Exchange, grew to be the largest producer of American television content in the world. He later repeated such success as President of Warner Bros. International, which, under his masterful stewardship, became the most successful distribution company in the world.

bezüglich der Beantwortung von emails hat Forstner schon mal nicht gelogen.

Eigenartig, sonst ist die Presse schnell bei der Hand etwas zu schreiben, wenn es so um eine Aktie steht wie momentan um Team Com.
Aber nichts, nichts, nicht einmal eine kleine Anmerkung weder in FTD noch sonst wo.
Wie kann man sich das erklären, sind wir denn so eine verschlafene Nation - wie ich es zwar schon immer befürchtet habe.

Very good from Hollywood und das ich da mehr Presidenten auf der homepage finde
als Produktionen . Aber bin echt erschrocken vorher das die mir geantwortet haben nicht mal einen halben
Tag später, wo doch alle Welt schreibt die melden sich nicht auf e mails`s !

Bemerkung von mir : Erst wer seine Aktien verkauft hat einen Verlust eingefahren der wo sie hält nicht!
Ich war , bin gewesen bei 3 E weit weg von meinen Einstandskurs und jetzt eben noch weiter...
Aber sage Euch eines , so schlecht wie der Kurs steht jetzt ist team trotzdem nicht.

Ich bin seit einem Jahr bei TMTV investiert.So eine Nachricht bei so einem Börsenumfeld lässt die Aktie natürlich abschmieren.Bedenkt aber der tatsächliche Wert der Aktie ist trotzallem nicht so niedrich zu bewerten.Die Aktie wird sich in den nächten monaten irgendwo zwichen 2,50-3,50 einpändeln.Wenn auch die Sache mit den 120mio Auftrag für 2001 bestätigt werden wir Kurse um die 6-8 Euro wider sehen.Geduld,Geduld und wieder Geduld.

dein optimismus in ehren, aber die hoffnung stirbt zuletzt.

ich kann nur eines sagen. nach dem was ich hier über monate gelesen habe, war eine gewinnwarnung das letzte an was ich geglaubt hätte. ich habe leider auch nicht rechtzeitig verkauft. ich glaube ein sl hätte hier auch nicht viel genützt.

meine 445 teams, die ich für einen schnittkurs von ca. 10 euro gekauft habe liegen jetzt bei rund 500 euro, also ein verlust von ca. 3500 euro.

da nützt auch eine klage gegen team nichts. die einzige hoffnung ist daher, dass das geschäftsmodell doch irgend wie aufgeht, an das ich aber nicht glaube.

ich werde diese 445 stück als lehrendes beispiel in meinem depot behalten und nur noch auf substanzwerte setzen, von denen ich auch 100 % überzeugt bin.

leider bin ich damals, als börsenneuling auf den aktionär hereingefallen, mit dem titel einer 100 % change.

Im chat wurde auf ein Verlust hingewiesen.Was sind 20 mio Dollar für ein Lizencehändler.Sie werden diesen Kredit von Cibs oder einen anderen Bank bekommen und es wird wieder aufwärts gehen.Cool bleiben.Wenn du das Geld nicht immoment brauchst lass einfach liegen du wirst belohnt werden.Denk daran die Börse handelt zurzeit irrational.Kaufen wenn die Kannonen donnern.Mehrere 100% gewinn wären real.Ist mein persönlicher meinung.
Solomon wird es schon schaukeln.

ist ne standardemail. wahrscheinlich an alle, die in den letzten 8 wochen geschrieben haben. hab ich auch bekommen. blablabla. auf keine meiner fragen wurde eingegangen. traurig. sehe schwarz für team, selbst wenn sie nicht pleite gehen. vertrauen ist weg - für lange, lange zeit.

Die aktuelle Entwicklung bei Team wird ja nun wirklich nicht durch die weltweite Lage des Filmrechtehandels bestimmt, sondern durch betrügerische Machenschaften des (ehemaligen) Vorstands.

Das (angebliche) Geschäftsmodell von Team hat Entwicklungen im Handel mit Filmrechten wie sie derzeit tatsächlich zu beobachten sind weitgehend ausgeschlossen und ist daher von vielen Anlegern positiv beurteilt worden.
