Ich hoffe, wir werden in dem Bereich schneller gegenseitige Übernahmen sehen, als wir bisher denken. Je schneller, desto weniger Verluste. Das Marktplatzsterben beginnt demnächst, eine Reihe von Marktplätzen war sowieso Vaporware, also nur angekündigt. Wie sollen da die Softwarefirmen langfristig wachsen?
Warum keine Fusion ARBA mit CMRC oder ITWO mit ARBA oder sowas in der Richtung? Oder SAP kauft CMRC auf. Obwohl ich bei der Verbindung SAP und CMRC langfristig auch eher schwarz sehe. SAP kann die Kindergartensoftware, die CMRC und ARBA anbieten locker selber machen, wenn sie wollen - und die passt dann noch besser zu R/3 und R/2 als der ganze Kram von CMRC.
So wie im Moment kann das mit den beiden auf jeden Fall nicht weiter gehen.
