Slim Management Structure at mb Software

Hamlin, May 16, 2001 - mb Software AG is further slimming down their management structure. Hans Lipperheide has resigned from the management board in order to direct his full efforts towards the operative distribution business and the acquisition and consulting of major customers. The provider of innovative software solutions and internet business applications will step up its sales activities, in particular for the o2c and the or.bit technologies, as well as the visualization software ArCon. Remaining members of the management board are Bernhard Mursch, Chairman, responsible for marketing and distribution, and Professor Klaus Wassermann, in charge of development. Bernd-Wolfgang Diekmann, in charge of consolidated finances, is responsible for accounting.
