wird die Trintech Aktie zum Kauf empfohlen.
Kursziel 8-10 Euro.
-Öffentlichkeitsarbeit soll verbessert werden.
-Vorstand spricht von Falschinterpretation der letzten Zahlen.
-Hauptursache der schlechten Zahlen waren die 4 Übernahmen im letzten Jahr !! schlechte Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
-Analysten haben die Zahlen angeblich falsch verstanden.

Ich habe mir die Zahlen noch mal angesehen und bin der Meinung das ohne die Zukäufe das Minus wesentlich kleiner gewesen wäre.Ich kann dem Vorstand nur Recht geben in Bezug auf die doch schlechte Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.

So. Dienstfrei, Wochenende! Das wird aber ein langer Nachmittag für mich. Heute spielt Bayern München in Aurich ( das ist in Ostfriesland ) und ich gehe mit meinem Sohn zuschauen. Wegen der relativen hohen Zuschauerzahl (10.000) müssen wir schon gegen 14.30 los, um wenigstens einen vernünftigen Platz zu kriegen! Damit wir uns richtig verstehen, auch bin in Trintech investiert, und zwar reichlich. Aber nach Monaten der Tristesse mit kurzem "Auflackern" stagniert der Kurs in einem Kanal zwischen 2€ und 3€, aus dem es sehr, sehr schwer sein wird auszubrechen. Natürlich stimmen die Meldungen der letzten Zeit positiv, aber leider sind die Umsätze für einen Nemax50-Wert ausserordentlich gering. Fragen bleiben:
Warum steigen keine Großinvestoren ein? Normalerweise steigen die Kurse bei guten Meldungen im Vorfeld an (z.B. Comroad), warum nicht vor der HV bei Trintech?
Hoffentlich hast du recht und die Durststrecke ist bald vorbei.

Derzeit ist der Neue Markt und somit der Nemax 50 absolut negativ belastet.Tranparenz und Aufklärung sollen Vertrauen zurückbringen.man sucht nach Wgen aus der Krise am NM.
"Die Deutsche Börse hat das zu lange alles toleriert!", so die DWS.
Der Neue Markt ist damals als Qualitätssegment gestartet - und inzwischen ein bodenloses Faß geworden.
Zwangsauschluß(Delisting) von zweifelhaften Unternehmen und Pennystocks anstelle von geringen Bußgeldern für die Sündenböcke - das wäre eine Lösung!
In einem derartigen Umfeld ist die Frage nach den fehlenden Großinvestoren und institutionellen automatisch beantwortet: wo das Vertrauen verspielt wurde, da investiert niemand in einen Markt, der vor allem Wagniskapital sucht.
Selbst aussichtsreiche Unternehmen verschieben Börsengänge - wo soll denn da die Substanz herkommen?

Das alles trifft nun nicht auf Trintech zu; solide Finanzen, gutes Management,positive Nachrichten,seriöse Firmenpolitik - hoffen wir, daß all dies in einem zur Zeit hoffnungslos
pessimistischen Umfeld wahrgenommen wird!

Damit das Warten auf positive Ergebnisse von der HV nicht
zu langweilig wird,
kann man ja zukaufen (ich habe das eben getan) und/oder
diesen aktuellen Artikel aus Forbes zur Kenntnis nehmen.

Ich denke, Trintech ist ein lohnendes Investment!

Trintech Kick-Starts Wireless Commerce

If you lined up all the shopping carts that consumers are abandoning daily on the Web,
they would snake all the way around the world from Fifth Avenue to Les Champs
Elyses.

But shopping on the wireless Web is even more difficult. Imagine surfing a wireless Web
site for a sweater, choosing it, and having to type out your billing information on the
teensy keypad of your phone. Forget it.

Fortunately, there are solutions. Trintech Group ttpa (nasdaq: ttpa - news - people) has
today launched its wireless Web payment product, called mAccess. The software is
supposed to make buying goods and services over the Web via wireless phones or digital
devices easier by creating a button or virtual credit card representing the consumer`s
financial data. In reality, the financial data is stored on servers in the consumer`s bank or
service provider network, and when the user gives the OK, the data is transmitted in a
secure link to whatever Web site the consumer is shopping on to complete the
transaction.

Trintech also has powerful allies. The company says it will extend its contract with Visa
International to further develop virtual credit cards for wireless commerce. "We expect
to do the same with Discover and MasterCard in the future," says John McGuire, chief
executive of Trintech.

In addition, Phone.com phcm (nasdaq: phcm - news - people), one of the major providers
of wireless application protocol servers, has agreed to integrate Trintech`s technology into
its offerings.

In the fledgling wireless commerce market, Trintech has the first-mover advantage.

"There is very little wireless commerce today, but the important thing is to take market
share now in these early days," says McGuire.

Der Kursverlauf passt zwar zum Nemaxdesaster aber das ist sicher nicht der Grund des Absturzes..
Die Produkte von Trintech sind top.
Meiner Meinung nach ein Vervielfacher, egal ob schon jetzt m Herbst oder erst im nächsten Jahr.

Mit der HV sollten und können wir zufrieden sein. Keinerlei negative Aspekte! Bei derzeitiger Börsenlage müssen wir Geduld haben. Die guten Nachrichten in der letzten Zeit werden auch von den "richtig Großen" vernommen worden sein. Wenn der Gesamtmarkt steigt, wird auch Trintech wieder höhere Stände sehen und wenn dann letztlich die nächsten Q-Zahlen in Ordnung sind, wird Trintech zu den Gewinnern gehören.Ich bin zuversichtlich!

leider vermisse ich von der HV positive Meldungen, was das 2. und 3. Quartal angeht. Die Prognose für das 4. Quartal ist mir etwas zu dünn, hier gibts eigentlich nichts neues. Bis dahin wird noch viel Geld verbrannt. Letzlich tippe ich auf eine anstehende Übernahme, was meint ihr?
Übrigens noch ein Tipp von mir: CARRIER 1 !!!!!!!

Trintech Inc.: Outperformer (SES Research)

Die Analysten von SES Research belassen ihr Rating für die Aktie von
Trintech bei „Outperformer“.

Das Unternehmen habe am 29.08.01 die Geschäftszahlen für das zweite
Quartal 01/02 bekannt gegeben. Demnach habe der Umsatz bei 18,4 Mio.
US-$ gelegen, was den Erwartungen der Analysten exakt entsprochen
habe (18,4 Mio. US-$). Das Nettoeinkommen habe mit -14,3 Mio. US-$
sogar über ihren Erwartungen von -15,1 Mio. US-$ gelegen. Der Bestand an
liquiden Mitteln habe zum Ende des zweiten Quartalsbei 82 Mio. US-$
gelegen, was in etwa dem 15-fachen des EBITDA-Verlustes (-5,3 Mio.
US-$) des zweiten Quartals entspreche.

Vor dem Hintergrund der guten Zahlen bleibe festzuhalten, dass Trintech
nach Ansicht der Analysten deutlich unterbewertet sei. Deshalb halten Sie
weiter an ihrer Einschätzung (Outperformer) fest.

Trintech habe zudem die Auflegung eines Aktienoptionsprogramms für
Mitarbeiter bekannt gegeben. Dieses habe keinen Einfluß auf die
Einschätzung der Analysten.
