Das sollte sich jeder mal genau durchlesen leider nur in English! ( Hab ich aus dem Ragingbull Board)
Da werdet ihr erkennen welches Potenzial in IDFR steckt!
Aber die Aktie ist hochspekulativ und wird derzeit nur als Pinksheet gehandelt!Ist in Deutschland unbekannt und man kann nur in Amerika kaufen!

I`m going to list some DD here on IDFR. The main thing is this is a debt free and profitable company even without the California contracts, which they seem to have the inside track on. They are also a California company. They own pay2playonline,a gaming site that usually has over 100,000 people on it. The fee to play is like $14.95/month or $99.95/ year. Huge revenues! They have over 4,000,000 customers currently using their IDC software. Many alliances with Big companies(list toward the end of DD). While reading the Executive Order by The Governor, ask yourself......Who can provide the technology to do what he has ordered? Parts of his order sure seem to resemble IDFR`s proposal. It also appears, by acquiring a shell, IDFR is eager to get back on the OTC. I believe shareholders will be very happy when they see the financials.

Issued June 4, 2001

WHEREAS, on January 17, 2001, I proclaimed a State of Emergency to exist due to the energy shortage in the State of California; and

WHEREAS, there is a high probability that the shortage of electricity will continue to cause blackouts throughout California, endangering public health and safety; and

WHEREAS, the threat of frequent and widespread blackouts requires a system to assure early and effective notice to the public and public safety agencies so that appropriate preparations may be taken to protect public health and safety, minimize economic disruptions and prevent harm to
property and the environment;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GRAY DAVIS, Governor of the State of California, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me by the Constitution and statutes of the State of California, do hereby issue this order to become
effective immediately:

IT IS ORDERED that the California Independent System Operator shall, no later than June 15, 2001:

* forecast to the general public the potential for rolling blackouts 48 hours in advance and updated 24 hours in advance, based upon such factors as weather, outages, supply and demand;

* provide frequent updates to the public during periods of forecasted electricity emergencies; and

* notify utilities and public safety agencies one hour in advance of any firm load curtailment;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each utility (the term "utility" includes investor owned utilities, municipally owned utilities and municipal utility districts) required to reduce its electricity output to customers shall notify the California Office of Emergency Services, the public, media and public safety agencies within its jurisdiction no less than one hour in advance as to the time and location where the anticipated blackout will occur, providing common geographical boundaries, grid or block numbers, maps or similar identifying information so as to be readily understood by the public and affected customers;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each utility subject to the curtailment of electricity output to its customers shall maintain an updated listing available to the public, media, and its customers identifying all service areas designated for, or likely to experience, future blackouts, providing where possible the order in which future blackouts will occur;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each utility subject to the curtailment of electrical power output to its customers shall provide each public safety agency within its jurisdiction, upon request, such information regarding the utility`s service areas, grid and infrastructure as the public safety agency deems necessary to plan its responses to blackouts;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Office of Emergency Services, in consultation with the Public Utilities Commission, utilities, state and local public safety agencies, local governmental entities, and the media, shall develop a plan no later than June 15, 2001, providing specific direction for implementation of this Executive Order, including, but not limited to:

* specifying the information that the utilities are to provide to public safety agencies, the media and the public, and the form and procedures for providing such information;

* identifying and assuring the safety of utility customers who are particularly vulnerable to blackouts, such as hospitals, nursing homes, schools, buildings in excess of 80 feet in height, day-care centers; persons on life-support and water pumping stations;

* providing public safety agencies with the identity and location of facilities exempted from blackouts;

* utilizing the State`s emergency public information systems to provide timely and widespread notification to the public of imminent and potential future blackouts; and

* assuring the confidentiality of customer and business records.

The activities herein are authorized to be carried out pursuant to the Emergency Services Act, Government Code section 8550 et seq., as necessary to mitigate the effects of the emergency.

I FURTHER DIRECT that as soon as hereafter possible, this order be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State and that widespread publicity and notice be given to this order.

GOVERNOR UNVEILS BLACKOUT WARNING PLAN

Governor Gray Davis today announced his plan to provide California neighborhoods and businesses with notification of impending blackouts.

"Here in California, blackouts have become the energy-era equivalent of an earthquake," Governor Davis said. "But, if blackouts are going to occur, there`s no reason for us to be kept in the dark. We deserve as much advance warning as possible. Notice of impending blackouts is more than a question of convenience. It`s vital to public safety."

Governor Davis` plan will require notice of blackouts 48 hours, 24 hours and one hour in advance.

* "Rolling Blackout Alert" -- At 48 hours, the Independent System Operator will give Californians [Utility Companies] an "alert" if blackouts are likely to occur. From this time, the ISO will post hourly updates for the public over the Internet.
* "Location Notification"-- At 24 hours, utilities will be required to identify the neighborhoods scheduled for blackouts.
* "Blackout Warning" -- At one hour prior to an actual blackout, utilities will give a blackout warning, with the exact location and time of the impending blackout.


"Currently, we`ve been receiving notice as late as two minutes before a blackout," Governor Davis said. "A two-minute warning might work fine for the NFL, but it doesn`t work for our consumers and businesses. Warnings allow law enforcement to send personnel to busy intersections. Warnings encourage people to avoid elevators. Warnings help people who run day care to prepare at home."

I spoke to Roger Pawson on Wednesday to congratulate him on the recent negotiations with utilites` companies, governmental entities and key people -such as Senator Dede Alpert. I have been a firm believer (and stockholder)of IDFR long before the negotiating in California was announced.

But after speaking to Roger any doubts or concerns that I had were completely eliminated. His first statement truly defined his character as a man of honor.. beginning with "Everything you have read that has been released by IDFR is 100% true, I assure you this is not a pump and dump scheme. That is why we post it directly on our website."

Even though he was very busy, Roger took the time to talk to me and answer any question I had (within the law). He confirmed:
-- 2 million share buyback
-- financials are completed and will be available for all to see in a few weeks at IDFOUR.com
-- 500,000 messages per 5 seconds is virtually a cake walk with the IDC technology. They can easily handle sending out over 6 million messages a minute.
-- Received very high remarks/recommendation from Senator Dede Alpert that IDFR is the best technology available to handle the notification system.
-- Relisting is a top priority for IDFR.

I inquired about IDFR`s competition... he provided me with the sites.. Outofpower, Infotility, etc... all provide notifications via email, fax, pager, etc... not even fair to try to compare them with IDFR`s rapid notification system.

We discussed briefly some of the other subsidaries of IDFR, such as the Pay2Play site and although he couldn`t give me details, he did say that all information will be released in the coming weeks and available on website. We discussed the fact that at any given time over 100,000 players were online at the site... remember these people are paying to play.... I could tell by Roger`s voice that he is definitely one very happy and enthusiastic guy. He and his management team have accomplished a great deal in a relatively short time -they should be proud.

IDFR is not the same company it was a year ago. I truly believe that when we have a chance to view the financials many of us will see IDFR in a different light and so will the MM`s. The .10-.15 range will merely be a sweet memory.

My last comment was that I hope all of IDFR`s negotiations were going very well... of which the reply was...I prefer not to call them negotiations but rather think of them as "talks" and yes everything is going VERY VERY VERY well...

So.. bashers can say what they want and take all the shots they can.. but they aren`t budging me one bit... I have researched til my heart`s content and can not find any other technology that can even touch IDFR`s... Now it`s time to sit back and enjoy the ride.

And.. if a CA Senator takes the stance to highly recommend this technology to provide relief for the CA residents, well than I`m sure the CA utilities companies will take notice.

CAL-ISO to Implement System of Early Blackout Warnings

Crisis: State grid operator is putting final touches on a procedure that will give a series of notices as likely outages approach.

By ROBIN FIELDS, Times Staff Writer

Meeting a tight deadline set by the governor, the manager of the state`s transmission grid said Friday it was rolling out a computerized notification system designed to warn the public about impending blackouts and to spark conservation.

The California Independent System Operator will issue 48-hour forecasts when
power supplies dip, temperatures soar and rotating outages seem likely;
divulge their general areas 24 hours in advance; tell utilities and the media that blackouts are imminent 90 minutes beforehand; and give heir precise locations an hour before they occur.

Government agencies and individual power users who sign up for the service will be alerted by fax, cell phone, pager and e mail repeated until they respond to say they have received the message. Nonsubscribers will be able to check the status of their areas via utility Web sites and call centers or through the media.

The system` impetus came largely from businesses eager to minimize the potentially devastating impact of unexpected stoppages. Public safety and health facilities are not subject to rolling blackouts, athough traffic signals are.

Edison is conducting the final tests on its new notification site and expects it to be operation Monday, complete with 2,100 maps detailing each outage area in the utility`s service zone, ....

Ok...we discussed mainly the reverse merger and the blackout contracts. I believe we may see a PR this week announcing that the merger paperwork has been filed with the SEC. Regarding the blackout contracts, "talks are ongoing" with the power companies, not only in San Diego, but with other California power companies as well. "Talks are not stalled, they are on-going." The bottom line is this: Governor Davis` executive order applies to the power companies. It orders them to provide the type of advanced warning to customers that only IDFR provides. There are no other competitors at this time that can provide this same level of service that IDFR can. So if the power companies decide to ignore the Governors executive order, at the very least I believe the press will have a hay-day and it will look very very bad for the utility companies. In my opinion, and I live in San Diego and am very familiar with this subject, I don`t believe the utilities want anymore bad publicity. Roger didn`t know what type of legal enforcement, if any, might apply to a utility company violating an executive order but that might be an interesting thing to call Senator Albert`s office and inquire about. Finally, he gave me a demonstration of the IDC software and the weatherbug. We also talked briefly about marketmakers and he pulled up Mytrack Level2 on his computer and we discussed the closing bid/ask briefly. If anyone gets a chance to go to LaJolla you will love the town and I guarantee you will enjoy your visit with Roger. All of the above is my interpretation of what was discussed and I used quotations when repeating actual words Roger used.


A couple more things...he said that once the paperwork is filed with the SEC he believes the relisting to the OTC BB will be very quick, within 2-3 weeks. As I said in my last post, I believe the paperwork was either filed last week or will be filed this week. We also discussed the significance of the changes made to the IDFR website, i.e. the power poles etc. This was made for purposes of clarification so that people could understand the chain of events that takes place when a power outage is going to occur.

ID Four is still in discussions with California Utility companies regarding the use pre-emptive Rolling Blackout Technology. Some Utility company`s are currently using Website Notices as an interim means of notification of impending Blackouts, which is not really a form real time notification when Blackouts are actually about to occur it is more of a generic message that power reductions may be necessary and Blackouts may occur.

For clarification, real-time IDC Audio/Visual messaging allows for almost immediate notification to consumers who have IDC technology on their computers, of the impending conditions before the blackouts actually occur in the specific area to be affected. The designated location for Blackouts is not usually determined by the Utility Company until notification by ISO of a need to reduce power consumption. Typically these notifications are 1 Hour or less prior to the actual Rolling Blackout, as the Utility company`s determine where the Outage will have the least impact at the time of reduction.

IDC Technology can not only alert in Real-time, but can also help avert Rolling Blackouts, as it is one of the few technologies that allow the most time between actual notification and the event. Consumers can in the same message be prompted to reduce power in the designated areas, by switching off non-essential appliances and lights helping to reduce consumption, which could reduce the load, enough to avert the Blackout.

With IDC Technology public services and public safety services can be notified immediately along with consumers and businesses, within minutes of determination by the Utility Company which areas are to be affected. Currently only essential services are notified by the Utility company`s.

Advance notification of Rolling Blackouts helps notify before the event some of the following:

Public Safety Officials enough time to send additional patrols to affected areas to safely police the area.

Transportation departments to have crews on stand-by for Traffic control and emergency lighting.

Property Management and Hotels to shut down elevators to avoid people being trapped in elevators.

Restaurants and food companies to take steps to preserve food, to avoid contamination.

Factories and Businesses to save valuable data and shut down sensitive equipment.

Computer users to save data and avoid system crashes.

Consumers at home, to open Garage doors and unplug the electric openers, so they can safely access vehicles, purchase gas before the gas station pumps shut down.

Doctors and Dentists offices who are scheduling treatments.

Hospitals and Factories, allowing them time for a seamless transition to Back-up generators.

There are many more examples of how advance alerts can be beneficial in our everyday lives. IDC Technology is a leading solution in real-time Audio/Visual messaging.

That is certainly a lot of growth to ignore, so keep that in mind. However, we want to be as conservative as possible,
so let`s forget about that for now. On to the rest of the calculating! We can say that the float is roughly 21M shares.
Therefore, we can guesstimate that IDFR is on track (with no growth) to do roughly 30 cents per share in revenues!
YIKES! I know . . . I know . . . everyone wants to know how much they are losing on that, right? Well, I have spoken
with the company several times recently about that issue. I have been concerned with operating losses, profit
margins, or lack thereof, etc. This is what I found out . . . IDFR is enjoying profit margins of roughly 40%! YES,
PROFIT MARGINS of roughly 40%! This leads us to believe that it is POSSIBLE for IDFR to do over 12 cents per share in
EARNINGS in the next 12 months (and that is assuming no growth)! The stock is currently at 6 cents . . . you want
more? OK.

the aforementioned reasons, but also because of the following possible scenario:
Right now, you can buy 100,000 shares of IDFR for about $6,000. Now, I know that I have been buying like mad for
the past few months . . . and I know several others who have been buying like mad. As people like myself (who feel
that IDFR is way undervalued at current levels) continue to pick up loose shares, the float continues to decrease.
Soon, it is quite possible that we will be dealing with maybe $500,000 worth of tradable stock on the open market.
So, what is the point to all of this? IF IDFR successfully reverse merges and goes back to the OTC . . . IF IDFR comes

schwer zu sagen ich denke der Boden ist da und wenns noch etwas tiefer geht naja ist auch nciht so wild!

Ich weiß nciht ob du bei ragingbull mitliest, wenn man den Leuten glauben kann halten allein die raginbull mitglieder 13 Millionen Aktien bei einem Float von ca. 20 millionen!

Also man sieht die MM´´s sind extrem short und der Shareprice wurde känstlich runtergetradet!

Ob du nun kaufen sollst oder nicht must du selber wissen aber wie haben ihr eine der aussichtsreichesten Aktien überhaupt wie ich finde! Mit und ohne Contracts!

I can answer a few of your questions, and I will research the one that I can`t
answer right now. As for our relisting, we are currently waiting for the SEC
to finish processing our forms. We expected them to be done sooner, but we
have turned in all of our forms, and now it is up to the SEC to process them in
due time. Hopefully we will hear from them shortly, and when we do, we will be
posting it on our website and letting all of our shareholders know.

Oh... and .028 or so per share?!?!?!?!?!? This company is rediculously undervalued!!!!!! 20 million shares float times .035 equals $560,000... Is that a reasonable market cap for a company that just signed a $1,500,000 contract and is PROFITABLE???

If IFDR clears $1,000,000 profit for the year on just what they have done so far without counting any potential contracts then their PE would be .44

PE-----price .028 divided by earnings .05 = PE of .56
to get the PE up to 10(which is a very consevative estimate) then IDFR would need to be trading at .50 that is why I believe that we will be up between .30 and .50 soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Lock your shares up so that they can not be borrowed against by placing a GTC sell order in at say $5-----seeing that the longs hold about 15,000,000 shares(3/4 of the outstanding shares) of the float this will help support the stock price.

Ich bin bei consors dort geht es sovielich weiß bei comdirect auch man muss nur bei der Bank anrufen und nach der Wpkn der Aktie fragen und dann kann man ordern!

Die deutsche WPKN für idfr findest du am Anfang des threads!

Aber es dauert sehr lange bis man die Orderausführung hat und es sind hohe Kosten!

Utility Companies Update:

ID Four is still in discussions with two of the major California utility companies regarding the IDC technology. The reason for the slowed down decisions is primarily the lack of rolling blackouts in California during the mild summer season.

The utility companies are still continuing discussions with ID Four, as they are seeking a long-term solution not only for Rolling Blackout alerts but also continued direct electronic communication with their consumer network.

August 29 2001.The due diligence being performed by ID Four`s SEC Attorney`s on the fully reporting trading shell which ID Four is planning to merge it`s TLCO Software division in to, has revealed no significant negative issues.

Over 9700 system users as of September 12th, 2001 have now opened the "SirCam" Virus Intelligram for Attune users.

The statistics show over 2800 Attune users then opted to download the free patch contained within the Intelligram message.

Discovery CD Distribution Update:

The Discovery CD Phase I, scheduled for distribution in the October edition of PC Magazine, has been rescheduled. This was our decision. We feel that due to the economics and events of the past month it would not be of the best interest both, financially and the proper timing to launch the Discovery project at this time.

ID Four`s Technical Team is pleased with the progress of the actual Discovery CD and the included software programs. We also will have some new programs that will be more appropriate for the economic climate. We will be announcing a revised publication date very soon.


IDC News Update.

September 28th 2001

TLCO Software plans to launch a new Intelligram to "Attune" users, in early October. The Intelligram designs are under way for the promotion of a new Hand Held GPS [Global Positioning Satellite] system, which is compatible with Palm models, III, V, and VII which includes a new Customized Golf Course mapping program. The release of this Intelligram is scheduled to attract Holiday Season Gift buyers, who have Attune and Palm technology on their PC systems.

The Hand Held GPS system is also compatible with other GPS technology products which operate through Palm products.

The company also is in the final stages of development of the "Visor" version of the GPS product.The Intelligram will direct shoppers to TLCO Software`s E-Commerce website, which will highlight the GPS Golf system as the "Featured Product".

ID Four Statement dated Thursday October 11th, 2001


The Board of Directors of ID Four today announced that the company has decided to unwind the Acquisition Contract with Stream Technologies, Inc.

After ID Four’s attorneys conducted extensive due diligence of Stream Technology’s proprietary software and licensing contracts including the
“Oasis” contract, the decision was made to unwind the agreement based on the fact that the technology was unprotected, and did not comply with the original specifications outlined in the initial agreement. Furthermore the “Oasis” contract which was initially reported to generate substantial annual revenues, is in fact now without verifiable revenue and contract distribution dates.

Additionally there have been several other unverifiable incidents where discrepancies seem to have occurred, such as the mass e-mail program which had to be abandoned due to the authenticity of the e mail list provided by Stream Technologies. Also the incident with the reported number of players being displayed on the: letsplaysomegames.com, website, and these facts to date have also not been verifiable.

ID Four’s attorneys have been instructed to advise Mr.Whetton and Stream Technologies of the unwinding and to return the monies and stock that have been paid to date. The deal was structured primarily with a majority of restricted stock for the purchase to be held in escrow by ID Four and distributed in stages to Mr. Whetton over a three-year period; this stock will no longer be distributed to Mr. Whetton.

The decision to unwind the deal with Stream Technologies will in no way affect any current or future ID Four projects or proposals regarding the use of IDC Technology.

ID Four Announces Merger Proposal

SAN DIEGO, Dec 7, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ID Four Ltd. (OTCBB:IDFR) today announced the proposed merger of assets with IDC Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:IDCG).
ID Four`s president announced today that the board of directors have entered negotiations to merge the assets of ID Four with IDC Technologies Inc., in an effort to create a new larger Technology Holding Company.

The merger of the two companies would create a more defined share structure for shareholders of ID Four, with IDC Technologies becoming the surviving entity.

ID Four currently holds substantial assets and holdings in other technology companies including Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI).

The proposed merger subject to all parties` agreement would be effective in January 2002, and shareholders of record would receive IDCG stock in exchange for ID Four stock at the relative market values on the agreed date of execution.

IDC Technologies is currently a voluntary reporting Pink Sheet company, and upon satisfactory completion of the merger would file a 15C-211 to return to fully reporting status.

IDC Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:IDCG) is a newly developed technology company which plans to acquire smaller companies in the communications sector creating a network of profitable subsidiaries along with research and development for advanced communications.
