im Jahr 2000, als alles den Bach runterging, war die beste
Aktie OSIP mit einem kleinen Plus von 984 %. Alleine das ist ein Grund, diesen Wert nicht zu kaufen. Höchststand am Jahresende war ca.80 $; d.h.im ersten Halbjahr 2001 sind die
um circa 30 % gefallen.

ELTI now has merged with PTS, Inc. as of only 2 weeks ago! PTS, Inc. is committed to a truelly global trading platform . They
have a joint venture with a major Shanghai information technology firm. Now with ELTI and PTS, Inc merged , ELTI is now
connected to China`s platform and will be positioned to expand its platform globally conducting transactions of any size,
anywhere, across multiple currencies.

And now just days ago, ELTI announces they are to receive $1,000,000 in merger deal from PTS, Inc.

So what does the outlook show for Elast Technologies, Inc ( ELTI ) ? The only reason it was staying under $1 is because of its
current no revenues. HOWEVER, that means nothing now as ELTI will be bought out on Monday June 25th. There is major
speculation and belief that ELTI and PTS, Inc will be announcing their buyout to major China based superpower Shanghai through
World Trade Organization this coming week.

Even more important, Biomet, Inc ( BMET ) is now negotiating with ELTI behind closed doors this week. Biomet, Inc is very
interested in Elast Technologies patented spinal cord intrument. Biomet, Inc who markets many products INCLUDING spinal
implants and instruments in this area is looking to take over and aquire ELTI outright - meaning BUYOUT! Biomet , who`s shares
are $45 a share , would mean ELTI shares would be converted into BMET shares and BMET would have $7.50 buyout rights of
ELTI shares. An expected news release is scheduled for Monday from both companies on an official buyout press release after
the bell. Today`s Biomet news on aquiring ELTI sent ELTI soaring over 100% rise ! More is in store for Monday - much more!

Either buyout to Shanghai or more likely to Biomet Inc, ELTI shares are going to rocket on Monday June 25th and end over $5 a
share Monday because of the terms to merge ELTI shares into Biomet shares and a $7.50 purchase price of all ELTI shares to
then be turned into Biomet shares. The buyout has changed everything and even $20 is possible for ELTI on Monday.
