Airtech Announces European Broker Dealer and New Board Member
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 2001--Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AIRG - news) announced today the Company has retained the firm of Brown & Lampe (http://www.brown.at/) of Vienna, Austria to represent Airtech for Investment Banking, Retail Support, M&A, and Syndication services in Europe.

Airtech CEO & Chairman C.J. Comu will travel to Europe this month, to visit with numerous Investment Banking and Corporate Finance groups for strategic planning discussions.

Die Umsätze sollen innerhalb dieses Zeitraumes um über 100 Prozent auf 1,1 Mill USD gestiegen sein.

Wer nun zum aktuellen Kurs nicht einsteigt, ist selber schuld!!!

Was fällt Dir den zu dem erwarteten Umsatzwachstum von über 100 Prozent von Q3 auf Q4 ein?

im moment haber wir ja gerade ein sehr aktuelles beispiel was durch miese luft so alles passieren kann
siehe - ausbruch der legionärskrankheit in murcia -

ich stöbere von zeit zu zeit durch diverse boards und schau mir dann auch desöfteren aktien/firmen genauer an .
da ich von haus aus im bauwesen -architektur(lüftung/klima)
involviert bin sind mir natürlich gleich die products von
airtech aufgefallen.
habe bisher aber wegen des charts von einem investment abgesehen, bin nun aber mit dabei
man braucht sich ja nur die ami-bauweise anzusehen um zu verstehen warum die yankees in ihren hütten keine luft kriegen

Airtech and 7-Eleven Test New Technology
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2001--Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AIRG - news) announced today the Company has installed a new custom made (Titan IV) commercial air sterilization system in a Dallas based 7-Eleven Store. The objective of the installation is a field test to demonstrate the efficacy of the new Titan IV in-duct air sterilization system.

Installation was co-sponsored by Airtech and Synergy Air, a Dallas, TX- HVAC & IAQ Company. Airtech V.P. Manufacturing Clifford Spicer was the project leader that developed the unique system configuration to handle the air volume of a typical 2,400 to 3,000 square feet convenience store. If the test is successful, each location will require two of the Titan IV units. Formal data will be released upon the completion of the test.

Airtech`s Clifford Spicer stated, ``Our objective in conducting this test for 7-Eleven was to examine if this technology has the ability to; reduce the annual maintenance charges on each store (from 12 visits to 4 visits), reduce absenteeism, increase customer satisfaction and provide total IAQ for each facility. If Airtech`s products can handle this vigorous challenge there is great promise for the entire chain.``

The Titan IV, is designed to be incorporated in new or existing construction and renovation to provide business owners protection against indoor air pollutants, e.g. mold spores, bacteria, viruses, pollen, formaldehyde, combustion by-products, odors, and many toxic gases. The uniqueness of this product is its ability to sterilize and eliminate as opposed to merely filtering or collecting pollutants, all within the capacity of existing blowers and HVAC equipment. No additional blowers or high-pressure filters are required. The unit installs easily in the return-air duct, and is designed to protect the evaporator coil, motor, drain pan, and duct system from dirt and pollutants, the Titan IV increases efficiency of heat transfer, providing significant cost savings.

Warren Buffett says that if a company can earn 10% of its current market cap sometime in its lifetime then that is a fair value and any price at or below this is a good entry point.

Let`s apply this principle to AIRG. This quarter we are expected to earn 1 cent per share for the quarter. Let`s assume that earnings per quarter will remain constant over the next 9 months(but, of course, they must increase).

Even with constant earnings per quarter with zero growth, that means AIRG is currently trading at 1/3rd of fair market value. It should be trading at least 40 cents if the company has zero growth. And my figure is conservative.

Folks, this is a 3 bagger with no substantial news from the company and as long as they meet their earnings projections for this quarter and if they have no future plans for company growth! But it looks like they may achieve a 100% growth rate or greater.

In all honesty, zero growth is absurd. So accounting for the expected growth rate over the near term, the fair market value is $1.50 per share. That makes AIRG a 12 bagger investment! RIGHT NOW!

Airtech Issues Stock Dividend Distribution Notice
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2001--Airtech International Group, Inc., (``Airtech``) (OTCBB:AIRG - news) announced today the completion of a Stock Swap Agreement with Airsopure International Group Inc., (``AIG``) and Humitech Inc., (``Humitech`).

Airtech stockholders will retain approximately a 10% equity interest in, Humitech. With the completion of the Agreement, Airtech will be issuing to qualified shareholders of Airtech, a stock dividend of one share (of the combined entity, Humitech), common stock for each ten shares of Airtech stock owned. This notice also includes information that sets the date of record for determining holders of record for this dividend as of September 30, 2001. This transaction is between AIG (the Direct Sales Division) and not Airsopure Inc., (``Airsopure``) the international franchise division.

Humitech`s business model is to gain entry into the business of Humidity Control Technology that is not compatible with Airtech`s air purification business. Humitech will be seeking USD $5mm in financing in order to implement the objectives of its Business Plan. Humitech is targeting October 30, 2001 to file its Form 10 or SB2 with the SEC. Schon eigenartig, dass sich hier schon vor September und Oktober diesen Jahres und den Anthrax-Fällen überhaupt Leute über diese bisher langweilige und nicht einmal in Deutschland gehandelte Aktie unterhalten haben!! Ich will ja niemandem zu nahe treten, aber der Verdacht auf Insider-Handel und vielleicht Terroristen unter uns liegt in der Luft.

Nach Spitzenkurz von 0,50 $ heute wieder auf 0,095 Ask zurückgefallen. Die Umsätze sind heute sehr klein geworden
ca. 120.000 Stück. Das heißt für mich, die heiße Spekulationsluft ist erst mal raus und ein Einstieg für einen kurzen Zock lohnenswert. Aber Vorsicht: Das Eigenkatipal der Gesellschaft beträgt nach letztem 10-K Quartalsbericht nur noch 22.000 Us $
